The hospital doors opened up just as a shower of rain and violent wind blew right into the waiting room. Closing the door quickly so as to not trouble the patients waiting, Nurse Redheart closed her umbrella and shivered in place.
“Sheesh, it’s a wild one outside, alright,” Redheart said, stomping the end of her umbrella against the carpet to dislodge water from it as she made her way to the front counter, where Nurse Tenderheart was seated. “And here I heard that it was supposed to be sunny days all week long, from what the weathercolt had said.” Redheart removed her coat, frowning as water dripped from its surface and onto her clothes. “It’s going to be a nightmare getting back home in this weather.”
Tenderheart nodded, checking something off on a clipboard as she played with a loose lock of her mane which had fallen out of her bun. “I’ve learned to trust weatherponies about as far as they can carry themselves through those doors. Have you met our weather captain? Two broken limbs just last month because she thought a forty-five degree turn wasn’t ‘cool enough.’ No, it had to be twenty,” the blue mare said, rolling her eyes as she scanned over her clipboard. Her eyes widened as she stopped on one sheet, and she smirked slightly. “Speaking of ponies known for trouble, you will not believe who’s waiting for you in room 115,” Tenderheart snickered.
“Let me guess… Thunderlane knocked his head against a mailbox and thinks I can kiss the boo-boo away?” Redheart gagged, sticking her tongue out and pointing at it. “Seriously, can’t that creep take a hint? We broke up over two weeks ago and he’s still coming after me like a love-struck puppy. It’s getting really pathetic now.”
Tenderheart’s smile grew wider. “Ohhh no. Much better. Seems our princess just scheduled an appointment. And guess who’s the only resident OB/GYN on staff right now?”
Redheart snatched the clipboard from Tenderheart’s hands and glanced over it. “Don’t tell me you signed me up for this?” The blue mare’s smile grew wider. Groaning under her breath, Redheart dropped the clipboard on the desk and rubbed the bridge of her nose. “Great. Just great. I have to deal with with a pompous noble of all things on an already crappy day…”
“Oh come on. Twilight’s not that bad. Of course, you do get to deal with the most severe case of ‘Patient Doctor’ I’ve ever seen.” Tender’s grin was almost vindictive as she leaned forward on her elbows to smile smugly at her coworker.
“Remember when that guy Blueblood ended up in our ward after spraining a pinkie finger at a Ponyville social gathering for nobles?” Redheart asked, glaring daggers at Tenderheart. “That was bad. Twilight I can only hope to be moderately less.”
The receptionist’s expression changed from smug to almost disapproving. “You’re joking right? This is Twilight bleeding Sparkle we’re talking about. Celestia’s apprentice? Savior of the world more than twice? She volunteers for your tent at sports meets, Red.”
“That can just be a public image. Like a celebrity that goes to charity auctions to keep up appearances, but is actually a total asshole.” Redheart starting signing her name into the nurse log, frown still clear on her face. “For all you, me, or anyone else knows, she could be a royal bitch. More than likely since she’s actual royalty now.”
Tender shook her head disbelievingly and shoved the clipboard back in Redheart’s hands. “You might want to get started. You’ve got a busy day.”
Flipping through the clipboard’s pages, Redheart couldn’t help but roll her eyes. “Oh joy, a full plate of patients and bullcrap to go through. Just my luck the first on my list happened to be of your doing.” Redheart turned away and walked away from Tenderheart, calling over her shoulder, “Thanks for that, by the way!”
“Good morning to you too, sunshine!”
Redheart incoherently muttered curses under her breath as she walked at a brisk pace down the hospital wing’s halls. Nurses, doctors, and even patients passed by her, though most knew to avoid being in her way with the expression she had on currently. Redheart was well respected in her position as one of the head nurses, so the hospital staff took extra measures to make sure to not trip over her toes if they could help themselves.
While her first appointment was Princess Twilight, she still had at least another thirty minutes before her highness showed up. So, in the meantime, she might as well as get into her scrubs and out of her wet clothing. She was a professional, after all.
Making her way down the halls with a no-nonsense glare none dared bother, Redheart finally reached the nurse changing station.
Checking inside, Redheart was relieved to see that no one was around. Changing in front of the other nurses was always a chore for her. For one thing, her figure was off-putting. Big up top and in the rear, many of the nurses weren’t exactly comfortable changing around her. Not like she was either, considering some made snide comments behind her back. Though she always got the better end of the deal, since she was the one who assigned the work schedules for the week. So most of the nursing staff tried to stay on her good side to not get the shit jobs. Except this time, she was getting the bitter end of the stick as well.
Opening up her locker, she threw in her soaking coat and umbrella, not really caring much about how they landed. Unbuttoning her shirt, she removed it so that her pair of double D’s were finally free, save for the constrictive hold of her bra. Picking up her nurse uniform from the hanger, she compared it next to herself in the mirror. Smoothing out the last of the wrinkles on the skirt of her dress, Redheart exited the locker room and walked down the halls with her clipboard held to her side. Each step caused her knockers to jiggle and bounce, though there weren’t too many patients or staff in the hospital so early in the morning to stare. Although, Redheart was sure she made at least one doctor run into a wall while she passed by. The satisfying smack of their forehead against drywall was enough to alert her.
Finally reaching the OB/GYN wing of the hospital, Redheart remembered Tenderheart mentioning Twilight would be located in room 115. Reaching her door, Redheart tugged down her skirt and smoothed out her mane, throwing on her best faux smile before going inside the room. “Why hello there, Princess Twilight, my name is Nurse Redheart,” Redheart said upon entering the room. “I’ll be helping you today.”
Twilight just looked blankly at her. “Yes, I do believe we’ve met before.”
Redheart’s smile remained as wide as ever as she checked her clipboard. “I think so, too. It looks like you’ve scheduled an appointment early. Your next checkup wasn’t supposed to be at least for another couple of months.” Glancing up at Twilight, she asked, “So, are there any problems you are having?”
Twilight cast her glance nervously about the room. “Ok, so there’s this… spell… that I’ve been trying. Or, that I tried. Well, it’s still, technically, going, but…” she trailed off, the next few words becoming a slur of mumbles and incoherent sounds.
Redheart put her clipboard behind her back and tilted her head at Twilight. “I’m sorry, your majesty, but I can only help if you properly explain to me exactly what is going on. Now, if you used a spell to do a check for STD’s I can already tell you that can be some risky magic to use. One of our doctors can test you for that. Or is it for something else?”
“Well, see, there’s kind of a big problem with being a Princess. It’s kind of… hard to get laid.”
“Pardon me?” Redheart asked, holding a hand to her ear and leaning forward.
“It’s kind of difficult to, um, attract attention. If you know what I mean,” Twilight said evasively.
Redheart arched a brow. Twilight was attractive alright, Redheart had to give her that. Twilight gave Redheart a flat stare. “I came three times on the way here,” she deadpanned.

“I fell asleep to it last night. Apparently it builds up over time.” The alicorn hid her blush behind her hands.

She was expecting some dimwitted teen or a drunken adult to pull an idiotic stunt like this, as was the usual case, but for a princess and scholar like Twilight? That was unreal. Taking in gulps of air to choke back her laughter, Redheart put the clipboard down and said, “Well, this shouldn’t be too much of a bother to fix, princess. Less than fifteen minutes and you’ll be as good as new.”
“What, do you have some kind of ready counterspell or potion available?” the purple alicorn asked eagerly.
“Well, we have no luck on the potion, but I believe Dr. Ironhooves may know a spell to fix it. I think he’s in radiology right now, but I could ring him up for you.”
Twilight nodded her head eagerly. “Oh, please, do that. I can’t move without getting close to getting off anymore. And sitting still just makes it worse.”
Going to the emergency phone located in every patient’s room in the hospital, Redheart rang up the front desk. “Hey, Tenderheart, you still on your shift? It’s Redheart. Is Dr. Ironhooves still appointed to radiology?”
“Sorry, Red. He went home twenty minutes ago. What’s up?” Tender’s voice came in as a lazy drawl over the phone.
Redheart bit back a curse, looking over at Twilight who was frowning. Smiling at her cheerfully, Redheart turned away and cupped a hand over the receiver. “I got a problem here, Tender. The princess royally fucked up, and Ironhooves was the only doctor on staff that knew the easy way out. Twilight’s cast one of those stupid ‘super-duper climax’ spells, and I’m not sure whether I can get rid of it or not. They’re supposed to wear out but she’s said her’s has been going on since last night!”
The other end of the line erupted in laughter. “Pfffftahahahaha! Are you serious?! Oh god, oh god oh godohgodohgod. I can’t… I can’t even…” the rest was hearty laughing and heavy breathing close to hyperventilation.
“I know, have a big laugh, but you were the one who fucking stuck me with her!” Redheart reminded her. “Now, how exactly do I get rid of… it? This is Ironhoof’s territory and we don’t have any prescription drugs to cut back against this type of magic. Solutions, I need them, fast!”
After Tender took some time to reconcile her ability to breath with her ability to appreciate stupid humor, she eventually coughed out: “Look, just… did she already make herself pass out from cumming too hard?”
“She said she came about three times on the way over here, so she might be close.” Redheart glanced back at Twilight, who was staring nervously at her own groin. “She also said she fell asleep to it last night, so maybe?”
“Well, that’s good. That’s one part of the… pffft… hard way to do it. Listen, all you gotta do now is get her off. And not like, letting her do it. It’s a self-satisfaction spell. Somepony else has to pop her cork, you know?”

“Of course. Of fucking course, the princess who hasn’t gotten anything in over a thousand years would come up with a spell like this.” Looking back to Twilight, who nervously waved to her, Redheart asked, “So… do we have any tools for this or anything like that? Is this even legal at all?”
“Legal? Hell if I know. But I’ve had to do it myself a couple of times. And if you’re asking about tools…” Tender’s playful tone left the obvious implication hanging in the air like yet another obvious implication.
“Wait… oh. Oh, you are sick!” Redheart muttered, her only response being deep laughter on the other end of the line. “Okay, Miss Pervertheart, how exactly do I break it to the princess here? I don’t even know if her majesty swings that way, much less will agree to such a means to cure herself.”
“Redheart, right now I’d fuck Discord on Celestia’s dinner table if it meant I didn’t collapse every five minutes on the way home,” Twilight whined from her seat in the back of the room.
“I did not need that mental image in my head, thank you very much!” Redheart called back. Putting the receiver back to her lips, Redheart asked, “Hey, Tender, let’s say I do the worst of your shifts for the rest of the week. Can you handle this situation for me then?”
“No.”
“Why not?!” Redheart blurted out.
“Because I didn’t give you Twilight. She asked for you herself.”
The nurse’s eyes opened wide and her pupils shrank. “Oh fuck,” she muttered, hanging up the phone as she turned to Twilight. Who just so happened to only be a few inches away from her face. Backing up to the wall, Redheart said, “W-well, um… p-princess, I—”
“Look, Redheart. I don’t care if I have to issue a royal decree to bend me over the sink. I am not going home like this!”
“Why me though? I mean, you can have anypony in this hospital, but you chose me!” Redheart stared down at her dress, and sighed. “Well fuck, it’s because of my tits, isn’t it?”

I asked for you because I was extremely embarrassed, and you’re the only member of the hospital staff I know personally. Redheart was about to ask what the hell she meant when Tenderheart stepped into the room. Already in the process of unbuttoning her shirt, she said, “So, you said something about ‘fuck me’? I think I can figure something out.”
