Hummingbirds

Rosin's little sister Melody is a particular filly. She is a dreamer and sometimes it takes a dreamer to open the eyes of those around her.
Rosin has music theory books to write and Melody likes to watch the hummingbirds that come to the feeder in their yard. The two are not polar opposites, but the way they see the world brings tension into their relationship. What is more important, art or things that are alive? Making a mark on the world or seeing the little things? Will the death of a hummingbird change the way Melody sees things?
