An old nemises of the Rogues has escaped Tartarus and he wants revenge on the one who defeated him.
It's been half a decade since Eternal Flames had defeated his arch nemises, Thunder Drum, who was then sentenced to 100 years in the Tartarus prison. Unfortunately, the evil stallion had broken out and is now out to destroy the two stallions who wrecked his dream of taking the throne on Rogue Mountain.
