Finding Ecstacy in Restraint
Being a romantic by nature, Rarity had her bedroom set up for hours of deep intimacy. A few candles had been lit, and she took to laying an album of cool jazz on her record player. Everything, from her perspective at least, was in order.
Her girlfriend, however, seemed to not be so prepared.
"Well?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Yes, darling?" asked Rarity.
"Are we gonna start at some point?"
Rainbow chuckled, her legs struggling against the ropes. She wished she could fully appreciate how comfortable Rarity's bed was, but her mind was currently standing at a crossroads. The ropes themselves didn't even feel bad, honestly; they caused less chafing than the other brand Rarity had bought when the lovers had first attempted pleasure through bondage, which meant that the situation had at least slightly improved from before.
Rarity herself rested beside Rainbow, just on the edge, her head on a pillow. She didn't exactly look happy, but she also didn't look displeased. Could it be that she had a mischievous side to her with situations like this? "Maybe when you stop shaking. I find it hard to get in the mood when my partner acts discomforted."
"Oh come on!" Rainbow protested. "I've been prepping all day for this!" She was lying, of course, but she at least felt that she driven herself into the right mindset by not thinking so much about it.
"And you're still not ready," said Rarity dismissively. "Not quite. Do you think I want you to thrash about like this? I can tell you're having second thoughts. You know, Dash, all I need is one word, and I can end all of this in a second."
"That would be so lame, though..."
With a vile smirk, Rarity nearly breathed into Rainbow's ear. "We could have fun in a more conventional way, if you wouldn't mind that."
An expression of uncertainty passed through Rainbow for a second. "I think I mind."
"Mind my suggestion, or having those ropes hold you down so nice and tightly?" A hoof of hers wandered over Rainbow's chest, feeling for her heartbeat, which she found to be speeding up for some reason. "Are you sure you're not getting too anxious?"
Rainbow wanted to deny it, although she was never the best debater to begin with. "I'm not... okay, maybe a little bit." Those adorable little cheeks of hers started to redden.
A frown spread across Rarity's face, and it made Rainbow frown in return.
She continued with, "Trust me, I really want it. And when I want something, I get it. But, uhh—"
Rainbow tried thinking about something for longer than ten seconds, and so she thought about when she'd first encountered erotic magazines with images of stallions and mares caught in compromising positions. Although she would never tell anypony this, she identified most with the pegasus mare who got tied down with either ropes or cuffs, being left at the mercy of the dominant pony. It was a sight that consistently sent waves of electricity up her spine, from the base of her tail to the back of her neck, and she dreamed of finding just the right pony to restrain her.
Rarity seemed like an excellent choice. She was, after all, excellent at nearly everything else, and made sure not to hurt her girlfriend.
Imagining something was different from practicing it, though.
"Darling?" said Rarity in a concerned tone.
"You say that word too much," quipped Rainbow.
This managed to curl Rarity's lips upward, if only for a moment. "I know," she said, "but when I call you that, I'm putting emphasis on it. A certain sentiment, you could say."
If only for a brief time, when Rarity was saying all this, Rainbow felt perfectly content with her current position. It would be awesome to just lie there next to her, and to listen to her talk about things with more articulation than Rainbow herself could muster. At some point they would even touch each other, at first like good friends, then like something much more intense than that, and much more splendid in Rainbow's opinion. Of course, not being tied down would make the whole thing ideal.
The more Rainbow considered the image, the more the lips between her hind legs ached with yearning...
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Rarity continued.
"Never been surer!" Rainbow couldn't stop the redness from covering her cheeks. "T-then again, I wasn't totally sure before, ya know? Kinda trotting on thin ice with how this thing's been working out."
Rarity seemed to contemplate something, then said, "All right then." Suddenly she got off the bed and started rummaging through one of her many dresser drawers, pulling out a feather in the process. "It's clear to me, darling, that your muscles are too tense right now."
Rainbow raised a confused brow. "Uhh, what're you doing?"
"Tell me, you're a pegasus, did you ever find feathers to be... ticklish?" asked Rarity in a rheotical fashion. With a triumphant smile on her face, she hopped back on the bed with the feather enveloped in her magic. "Call it hunch, darling, but I feel that this ought to do the trick!" She began tickling Rainbow's belly, between her navel and her nether region, and something happened.
Rainbow started to laugh uncontrollably.
"Wait, no!" she yelled, losing breath from how the tip of the feather felt against her coat and skin. "That's not—that's not fair!" Not being able to defend herself, she couldn't stop Rarity from wreaking havoc all long her torso, her neck, and most importantly the sensitive parts of her legs and wings. It was like ascending to the heavens, only for angels to torment her mischievously at the same time.
It felt amazing.
"I should've thought of this sooner!" cried Rarity happily.
Like a vengeful wind the feather made its way all over Rainbow's body, never stopping, no matter how much she tried to resist in a way that could be considered half-serious at most. The lightness, the sheer softness of it, being too much to handle in parts. Sometimes Rarity would brush the end of her evil instrument against Rainbow's sensitive vaginal lips, and, just as she suspected in the heat of the moment, these got the biggest laughs out of her partner—along with something else.
Rainbow tried to clench her mouth shut, not wanting to grant Rarity too much of a reaction, but it was little use; she simply felt too good. As Rarity teased her most private of parts, and her wings fluttered almost defiantly, she felt her buttocks flex involuntarily, and she knew right there that she adored being this held back, this restrained. After all, the idea came to her mind that if she felt this way whilst barely being touched by her girlfriend, her head would go spinning if she were to receive ten times the pleasure soon enough!
But inevitably, eventually, the teasing slowed to a crawl. Not that Rainbow could complain too much about the lack of tickling; her lungs seemed like they were about to burst from how much she'd laughed and moaned.
