In an unknown place, somewhere dark and menacing, three figures found themselves in the midst of a battle.

Two of these figures were fighting together, launching blasts of lightning and fire towards the third. These blasts gave off no light, keeping the area completely dark. And as they shot towards their target, the figure leapt around to avoid them as best they could.

This figure's form was rather bulky, especially in the leg department. They appeared to be wearing some kind of armored suit, which they managed to move around in quite well despite the bulkiness of it.

The other two stood side by side, one being tall and lean whilst the other was short and round. They were both carrying staffs, which they were using to launch the attacks at the other.

The round one unleashed a blast of lightning towards them, whilst the armored figure suddenly pulled some kind of war-hammer out and used it to deflect the energy. But as they did, the tall one launched a blast of fire that the armored figure wasn't able to block.

"AUGH!" Whoever they were, they were blasted backwards and smashed into the ground hard.

As this was happening, the two figures turned to one another. "Why don't we test out our new spell?" The short one asked. "If it works, we can use it on ourselves. If it doesn't, we get to see what it does to a pathetic pony."

"I like the sound of that," the tall one nodded. They both raised their staffs and brought them together, causing light to swirl around the tops of them and form a ball of purple and black energy. And as the armored figure pushed himself up, they thrust the sphere towards him.

"WOW!" He jumped forward and rolled under the sphere, laughing as it missed him. "Nice try!" But then he heard an explosion and looked back, to see the sphere hit the wall behind him and explode into a large swirling vortex. "What?" The next thing he knew, he was being dragged towards it.

The two laughed in delight, as the figure did his best to fight against the pull with little success. "Have a nice trip!" The round one told him. "Wherever you end up." This was the last thing the figure heard before he was pulled into the portal, disappearing through the black and purple energy swirl.

They screamed as they disappeared and as soon as they were sucked through, the vortex started shrinking before completely vanishing.

The two figures laughed at this. "Finally. That felt so good."

The taller one nodded. "Our mother would be so proud. If only we had learned that spell earlier. She might still be around."

"Let's not focus on the past," the shorter one stated. "We can't do anything about it now. All we can focus on is the future. Now come on. We have a lot of work to do." The taller one nodded and they began to walk away, as the tall one pondered something

"I wonder where he'll end up. Hopefully, someplace horrible with danger around every corner.

Canterlot City. A place where almost anything can happen.

Whether it be a magic induced piece of havoc, or an attack from the interdimensional monsters named Mimics. People had come to expect almost anything could happen in the city, though they knew they had heroes that could protect them from these disasters.

One of those heroes was Flash Sentry, who was secretly the hero known as Kamen Rider Shifter.

The teen was currently heading towards the city's hospital, where he was planning to meet up with the people he had helped save the other day. Those people had been prisoners of the Mimics, people the monsters had kidnapped and impersonated. After the Mimics copying them was destroyed, they had been kept as prisoners until Flash and Shining Armor had saved them. Now they were in hospital, getting checked out to make sure they were okay.

As Flash stepped up in front of the hospital, he thought about the people he had saved and the promise they had made. Flash was there to make sure they were all okay, but also to make sure they hadn't told anyone who Kamen Rider Shifter's true identity was.

But as the teen headed into the lobby, he was spotted by someone walking away from the front desk. "Flash?"

He looked straight ahead and spotted Twilight Sparkle, the girl making her way towards him. "Twilight." He waved, "hey. You here to visit someone?" Flash instantly realised he knew who she was there to see.

"Yeah. I came to see if Timber's feeling any better." She frowned, "but the doctors aren't letting anyone visit him. It seems he and the other prisoners are all going through a bunch of tests."

"Makes sense," Flash nodded. "They were all prisoners of the Mimics for a long time. There's no telling what kind of effects that can have on someone."

"I guess," Twilight nodded. "But I still wish I could see him. Even if it's just for a few minutes."

"I'm sure you will eventually. But I guess they're not letting anyone except close family from visiting."

"Not even them. Gloriosa was here yesterday and tried to get in, but even see wasn't allowed to see him. Apparently, a lot of the patients' families haven't been allowed to see them." She sighed. "This is really frustrating." Flash could understand that. Which also meant he probably wouldn't be allowed to see Timber or the others either. "So what are you doing here?"

"Huh?" Flash was pulled out of his thoughts by Twilight's question.

"I asked what you're doing here? Is someone in your family sick as well?"

"Kinda," Flash tried to think. "A...friend of my mom's is sick at the moment. My Mom was busy, so she asked me to come make sure she was okay."

"Oh," Twilight nodded, "okay. Well, I hope your friend's mom is okay." She started heading for the exit. "I better be getting home. Maybe I can have Shining get me in to see Timber."

"Maybe," Flash nodded. "But even if he can't, Timber won't be in the hospital forever. Once he's out, you'll be able to see him to your heart's content." Twilight smiled at this, as she said her goodbyes before heading out of the hospital.

Flash watched her leave and sighed. Since he had told her he was going to be visiting someone, he couldn't leave now. He'd have to hang around until he was sure she was gone.

At the police station, Shining Armor was going over his paperwork.

As he finished one case file and closed the folder, his captain stepped up to him. "Hey, Armor. Any news from those people the Riders saved from the Mimics?" Shining had gone to interview all the prisoners as soon as they were free from their tests. The lot of them had been badly shaken from their time under the Mimic's grasp. They were badly malnourished and dehydrated, along with being so traumatised they had woken up screaming on several occasions.

"I'm afraid not," Shining told him. "They were locked up the whole time they were held prisoner. The Mimics didn't say anything about their plans. But they did say that there's some kind of master, controlling the Mimics from the shadows." Flash had actually told him that, but the captain didn't need to know that.

"Well that's something," the captain stated. "But it's not gonna help us stop the Mimics once and for all. It's only a matter of time before they show up and cause problems. We need to find a way to beat them before they try anything insane."

Shining nodded in agreement. He knew in his Tri-Horn form, he might be able to open a portal to the Mimic's base. But they were in no position to wage an assault on them.

"Well, let's just hope those Riders can keep things under control until we find a way to take them out for good. The military is working on new weapons to fight these things every day. Hopefully, they'll find something and we can start helping the Riders instead of hiding behind them."

"I'm sure the Riders will appreciate that," Shining nodded as his captain headed off. Shining wondered if he should come clean about his status as a Rider. But as soon as the thought entered his head, he shook it off. The last thing he needed was to get stuck in some military lab, getting a hundred tests run on him until they figured out how to copy his abilities.

"Focus on what you can do for now." He grabbed another file and started reading through it, writing a few things down as he did so. He had enjoyed this lack of action over the last week. He knew it couldn't last, so he was gonna enjoy it as much as he could.

Back at the hospital, Flash had gone to the cafeteria to grab a snack whilst he waited for Twilight to leave.

After grabbing a fruit cup, he headed over to Timber's room to see if he really was being kept from having visitors. And sure enough, a pair of guards from the hospital security staff were standing in the corridor belonging to the prisoners.

Flash quickly moved away from the area, not wanting to be asked too many questions. And as he left, he found himself almost running into someone. "WOW!" He staggered back, as the woman stopped herself before she could fall over. "Sorry." Flash realised it was a nurse.

She was a short fat woman, with peach skin that had freckles on her face. She also had black hair, tied up in a pair of pigtails coming off the sides of her head. She wasn't the prettiest woman to look at by a long stretch, with her teeth looking crooked and her nose appearing too large for her face.

"Watch it!" She told him. "What are you even doing here?"

"Um..." Flash wasn't sure how to answer that, as he spotted her badge and quickly read the name. "Sorry, Nurse Reeka. Just looking around."

"This is a hospital," the woman named Reeka stated. "Not a place for children to go exploring. Now, kindly leave." Flash nodded and began to head for the exit. As he did, Reeka smirked and turned to head down the corridor. "Now. Where are they?"

She made her way through the hospital, being careful not to stand out. And after a while, she found what she was looking for.

Another room in the hospital, which was currently under protection from a bunch of guards. A room that held the other prisoners that had been saved from the Mimics, though they weren't conscious to appreciate it. "Excellent. Now, to start the distraction." She took out a phone and sent a message to someone, smiling as she waited for the distraction to begin.

Flash had arrived in the lobby when he heard it. A loud scream, coming from outside.

Instincts kicking in, Flash rushed forward as he reached into his jacket to take out his Mimicore. And when he arrived outside, he found a bunch of people running away from something. But it was what they were running from that had Flash confused.

They were some of the weirdest things Flash had ever seen. They were humanoid in appearance, though they appeared to be a mash-up of multiple different creatures. They were covered in orange feathers, which covered their bodies and wing-like arms. Said arms didn't look big enough to fly and coming out the ends were a trio of long red claws.

A yellow ring of puffy feather surrounded their necks and their heads weren't avian, instead looking like that of a wolf's but with the comb of a rooster, sticking out the top like a mohawk. Their feet were the only parts not covered in feathers, these feet looking like yellow chicken feet with razor sharp claws.

"What the?" Flash tilted his head, as the creatures jumped about and threw a bunch of cars and imbalances all over the place. As they did, Flash realised he hadn't sensed them. "They're not Mimics. So what the heck are they?" Hearing more people screaming, Flash realised he needed to table that query for later.

Running around the hospital, Flash found a spot that was deserted and activated his Mimicore.

"STRIKE!"

Around Flash's waist, the Mimic Driver appeared with Flash opening it up before placing the Mimicore inside. He then struck a pose and he called out, "HENSHIN!" Flash then slammed the draw shut, locking the Mimicore inside the Driver as the device spoke up.

"MIMIC! LIGHTNING BUG!" From out of the pipes, a strange dark orange liquid shot out and flew into the air. It then began to rain down on Flash and when it hit him or the ground, it solidified. Within seconds, his body was completely encased in a strange amber-like cocoon.

Moments later, the cocoon cracked apart before exploding off of him and revealing his black suit. The amber then flew back towards him and melted onto his body, turning orange as it transformed into a transparent armor whilst the lines on his suit changed to orange.

As the armour settled, the belt unleashed new words. "Illuminate the light, striking through the darkness!"

Kamen Rider Shifter was ready for battle and he quickly rushed out from behind the hospital, taking out his Shift Striker and another Mimicore as he did. "PIERCE!" He slotted his core into the weapon and in a flash, it transformed into a futuristic rifle that he held in both hands. And once he reached the spot the creatures were attacking, he leapt into the air and started shooting.

The dog, bird hybrids suddenly found themselves getting gunned down, the lot of them letting out a combination of howl and squawk as they were hit.

The ones that weren't hit, turned their attention to the Rider and charged with their claws ready to tear him to pieces. Shifter saw them coming and as he landed, he started dodging and throwing kicks to keep them away so he could shoot them.

The creatures that were shot all fell to the ground, the lot of them twitching as they tried to pry the energy spike out of their chests. But before the could, they suddenly puffed up like a balloon before popping into a burst of feathers.

Shifter saw this and realised whatever these creatures were, they were on the same level as the Mimicreeps when it came to strength and endurance. But the issue was the numbers. "There's too many of them!" He spun around and kicked several back, as he swapped his Mimicores.

"BLADE!"

He quickly replaced his Mimicores into the Shift Striker and changed it into a sword form, allowing him to cut through any bird, wolf hybrid that got too close. Like when he shot them, every time he cut one they exploded into a puff of feathers. But no matter how many of them he cut down, more appeared and he was starting to get tired.

"I could use a little help!" He called out to nobody in particular.

"Ask and you shall receive!" Suddenly, Kamen Rider Morphic flew into the fight on his bike. As he landed, he raised his Blitz Blaster and fired at the creatures. They all exploded as he hit them, whilst Morphic also ran several down. He then leapt off his bike and landed next to Shifter. "You okay?"

"Yeah. But these things are weird. They're not Mimics, as far as I can tell."

"Well, whatever they are, they're clearly dangerous and need to be stopped." Shifter nodded as one of the creatures attacked, Shifter slashing at it with his sword.

Morphic blasted at the others with his weapon, allowing him to get close and use his enhanced strength to punch one flying backwards into the air. But even with two of them, the creatures refused to let themselves be beaten so easily. More and more of them kept showing up, with the Riders getting more and more tired with every monster they destroyed.

They keep this up for a while, until the seven girls known as the Rainbooms arrived.

Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, all stared at the creatures as they ran onto the scene. "What the heck?" Rainbow asked, seeing the bird dog hybrids fighting against the Riders. "What are those things?"

"I don't know," Sunset replied before feeling her geode beginning to glow. "Wait. What?" The others looked down and saw their geodes were also glowing, as they detected a familiar energy. "Equestrian Magic."

"Those things are made of Equestrian Magic?" Applejack asked. "A'h thought Equestrian Magic effected objects, not living things."

"They might be under the influence of something with Magic," Twilight pointed out. "But either way, we need to stop them. The Riders can't hope to beat something with Equestrian Magic."

"She's right," Rainbow nodded. "The Riders might be good at dealing with Mimics. But if these things are from Equestria, they're our jurisdiction. Whatever they are."

"They're called Raptorians!" Everyone looked around, to see someone walking towards them. "And they fall under my jurisdiction."

The one who said that was a teen, who had light gray skin with black hair that had tips that were either light blue, green or pink. He was dressed in a white shirt, with a green leather jacket over it and blue pants.

He walked forward, past the Rainbooms, as he stared at the creatures he called Raptorians. The beasts let out several howling squawks, as he stared at them without any worry in this face. Shifter and Morphic also noticed him, wondering who the heck he was.

"What are you doing?" Sunset asked, "it's dangerous here. You need to get away."

"No way," the teen stated. "This is my fight. These guys and I have a history. I'm not about to walk away and let you guys fight them on your own." Everyone wondered what he meant by that, as the teen took something out of his jacket.

It was a strange looking device that reminded the Riders of their Mimic Drivers, this one being silver in colour with no screen on the front. Instead, a section in the middle appeared to be removed and it had a pair of handles on both sides that looked like they moved back and forth.

The teen placed the device on his waist and as soon as he did, a belt came out the sides and connected on his back. "E-Quest Driver!"

They all stared at him in confusion, Shifter and Morphic sharing a look before glancing back at him. "Who are you?" Morphic asked, making the teen smirk as he took something out of his pocket. Some kind of white object that reminded Morphic of his police badge. On it was the image of a brown horse, which looked strong enough to drag a house behind it.

"Just a passing through Kamen Rider." With that, the teen held the shield forward and pressed a button on top of it. This caused the device to light up.

"EARTH PONY!"

The teen pointed the shield upwards and the light shot off, creating a larger version of the shield floating above him made of white light. He then placed the shield down in the empty spot of his driver, the device unleashing another stream of light which flew into the shield above him.

When it came out the other side, the light took the shape of a large brown energy horse. The creature actually let out a neigh, as the teen posed before yelling out. "HENSHIN!" With that, he slammed both hands into the handles and pushed them into the Driver.

This caused the shield to split down the middle and open up, revealing an armored figure. At the same time, the light shield above him dropped down and the teen flew through the centre of it.

Once the light hit the ground, it exploded and the teen was covered in the white light. And when the light faded, the teen was wearing a white body suit similar to Shifter's and Morphic's. The suit didn't have the lines on it like them, but the suit clearly used a lot of the same design philosophies.

The energy horse let out another neigh before exploding into several streams of energy, which flew down and struck several areas of his suit. When they did, they transformed into pieces of brown armor that covered his chest, shoulder and lower arms. This armor all looked rather light, allowing for great manoeuvrability.

However, the armor that appeared on his legs was a different story. Starting at his knees and working down all the way to his feet, this armor was thick and strong. It looked like it could knock down a wall in a single kick.

The figure's head also gained a brown knight-theme helmet, which had a bunch of metal lines running from one side of it to the other. They even went over his red lensed eyes, along with his mouth guard. Above his eyes was the image of a horse's head.

Transformation complete, the figure posed as his Driver began to speak. "Power of the Earth, unleashed in a single destructive kick! EARTH PONY POWER!"

Everyone stared at him in absolute shock, having not expected to see that. What was even more shocking, was that the girls could sense something coming off the armor he was now sporting. "Equestrian Magic," Sunset gasped.

The new Rider didn't waste any time and leapt into the air, his heavily armed legs propelling himself upwards and allowing him to close the gap between himself and the crowd of Raptorians. And as soon as he landed, he started swinging his legs around to kick the hybrid creatures flying in multiple directions.

One tried to get in close and slash at him, but he managed to grab it by the wrists before leaping up and kicking it in the chest hard enough for it to explode. This also allowed him to back flip, landing right next to Shifter and Morphic.

He spun towards them and placed a hand on his chest before giving a slight bow. "The name's E-Quest. Kamen Rider E-Quest."

"E...Quest?" Shifter replied, only to have to duck under another Raptorian's slash. He cut the creature down, whilst Morphic kept blasting them and E-Quest kicked a few more away.

"Gaia Smasher!" The new Rider's Driver glowed and the light shot off to form some kind of shape, eventually forming a large war-hammer that E-Quest grabbed. This hammer had a long handle and the actual hammer parts, resembled the hooves of a horse.

E-Quest gripped the staff and started spinning it around. He smashed it into several Raptorians, sending them flying as he danced around with incredible footwork. The other two Riders were taking several down, but they were too focused on E-Quest.

"Who is this guy?" Shifter asked, as the horse-themed Rider used his hammer as balance whilst he swung both his legs around. "His powers aren't like ours."

"True," Morphic nodded. "But he seems to be helping us, so I guess we'll just have to accept he's here until these monsters are dealt with." He blasted another away, as he spotted some of the Rainbooms rushing into the fight.

Applejack threw a punch into one Raptorian's chest and sent it flying back, as Twilight picked several up and threw them whilst Rarity launched several gems to cut into them. Rainbow was rushing around, using her super speed to knock the creatures down whilst Pinkie blew them up with exploding sprinkles.

E-Quest swung his hammer around a full three sixty and knocked all the Raptorians away, then seemed to dispel the hammer before reaching down and pulling the handles of the Driver out.

This caused the shield to close, as the armor on his suit suddenly disappeared. He was still in his Rider suit and he quickly took something out. Another shield.

Instead of having a brown horse on it, this one had a blue horse with wings on its back. And when he pressed the button on the top, it lit up.

"PEGASUS!"

E-Quest quickly placed this shield into his Driver and pushed the handles back in, causing the shield to open up and unleash a bunch of blue energy. That energy took the shape of a winged horse, which also neighed before exploding back into the light and flying down to form new armor.

This new armor was similar to the Earth Pony armor, but a few parts were different.

First, it was blue and the armor around his legs was much thinner and appeared easier to run fast in. Instead, the armor around his chest was larger and also covered his back. And coming out of his back armor were a pair of blue metal wings. Meanwhile, his helmet was blue and had a set of wing-like ears sticking out the side.

Transformation complete, the Driver spoke up. "Power of the Sky, harnessed by a pair of majestic wings! PEGASUS POWER!"

"Let's fly!" He cheered, as his wings suddenly grew larger and he took to the sky. "Aero Shooter!" Light flew off his Driver and formed a metal bow, with blades on the ends and some kind of box-like handle with a rip-chord.

He grabbed this rip-chord and pulled on it, drawing it like an arrow as he pointed it towards the Raptorians below him. He then released it and the chord bounced back into the box, as it fired a blast of air that flew down and exploded when it hit the ground.

The wind spread out and cut through the Raptorians, making them blow up as E-Quest dived down and started slashing at more with the blades of the bow. The others watched and realised he was a lot faster than he had been before, though it didn't seem to pack as much of a punch as he did before.

E-Quest spun around and launched several air blasts, knocking the Raptorians around him backwards.

He then landed and used his wings to slash at a few more of them, showing the others that he was clearly adept at fighting these things. Wherever they had come from, it was obviously the same place since he had a bunch of experience fighting them.

Sunset and Fluttershy had stayed back, once again finding themselves unable to do anything except watch the others as they thought.

But a bunch of Raptorians spotted them and began to approach, Sunset pushing Fluttershy behind her as they prepared to attack. But before they could, Shifter leapt over to them as he switched the Mimicores in his Shift Striker.

"FLIGHT!"

The weapon transformed into a metal owl and as it pointed its wings towards the hybrids, the fans inside them started spinning and created a tornado that blew them up and into the air. As they were thrown upwards, E-Quest flew up and used his bow to cut them to pieces.

Once they were dealt with, E-Quest once again closed the shield and his Pegasus Armor vanished.

He then took out another Shield, this one having a purple horse on it. On top of its head was a long horn, that glowed with differently colours lightning surrounding it. And as he pressed the button, it activated.

"UNICORN!"

He placed the device into his Driver and pushed the handles in, the shield opening and unleashing a purple light that took the shape of a horned equine. The unicorn let out a neigh before bursting into light, which flew down and formed E-Quest's new armor.

This one was purple and the chest was the same as his Earth Pony Armor, whilst his legs were the same as his Pegasus Armor. Meanwhile, his right armor was inside a large purple horse head with a silver horn sticking out the end. On his helmet, the horse had a horn sticking out the top.

Transformation complete, the Driver spoke up. "Magical power of the cosmos, unleashed using a single mighty horn! UNICORN POWER!"

As the Raptorians charged forward, the horn glowed yellow and E-Quest swung it around. Blast of lightning then exploded out of the horn, shooting off in the hybrid's direction and causing them all to scream as they were struck by the bolts. And as they exploded, the horn glowed red and he thrust it forward to unleash a blast of fire that engulfed several more and burned them alive.

Several more charged at Sunset and Fluttershy, as the horn glowed purple.

He thrust it forward and created a tendril of purple energy, which flew over to the Raptorians and spun around them. Within seconds, they were all tied together and the light faded to reveal metal chains holding them all in place.

E-Quest chuckled at this, as the horn turned a light blue and he thrust it forwards.

This caused it to unleash a blast of cold air, that struck the Raptorians and caused them to squawk. In the blink of an eye, they were transformed into ice sculptures and quickly shattered. The ice fell to the ground and disappeared, leaving no sign of the frozen bird wolves.

Shifter, Morphic and the rest of the Rainbooms had dealt with almost all the other Raptorians, with only a small group left. And as they staggered into a large group, E-Quest walked towards them and switched his crest with the first one he used.

"EARTH PONY POWER!"

Morphing into the brown armor, E-Quest looked ready to destroy them all at once. And sure enough, he pulled the handles out before pushing them back in, the crest beginning to glow as he did so.

"EARTH PONY POWER! OVERDRIVE!"

"I'm galloping towards the finish line." E-Quest stomped the ground and leapt forward, as the light spread to his heavily armored right foot. "RIDER KICK!" He swung his leg around and the light exploded off of it in a crescent blade, which flew down and cut through the Raptorians like they were nothing.

E-Quest spun in the air and landed in front of the beasts, as they all exploded in a massive fireball behind him.

The Rider stood up and was illuminated by the flames behind him, whilst the Riders and Rainbooms grouped up and stared at him. "I'll ask again," Shifter stated. "Who is this guy?"

Sunset frowned. "Whoever he is, he's using the same magic that me and my friends use. But I've never seen Equestrian Magic being used in such a way." She rushed forward. "Listen to me. You have to give up that magic. It comes from another world and if you use it, you could end up losing control."

E-Quest tilted his head. "I know it's from another world." He placed his hand on his chest, "I'm from that world as well."

Sunset and the others were shocked to hear this. "You come from Equestria?" Twilight asked. "How? Did you come through the mirror portal?"

"Mirror portal?" He asked. "What mirror portal?"

"The one in Princess Twilight's castle," Sunset pointed out.

"Princess...Twilight's not a princess." Everyone shared a confused look, as E-Quest tapped the side of his helmet. "It's possible I come from a different Equestrian from the one you're talking about. My mother's always talking about how there might be multiple dimensions, many having similarities but also differences."

"Mother?" Shifter asked, as E-Quest pointed at Sunset.

"Who's the ruler of your Equestria?"

"Celestia and Luna," Sunset stated. "But Princess Twilight will be taking over soon."

"She is?" Twilight asked.

"She sent me a message letting me know. Kind of a surprise for me too." She turned to E-Quest. "Who rules your Equestria?"

"Celestia and Luna," he stated. "And we don't have a Princess Twilight. Just a normal Twilight. Guardian of Harmony alongside her five friends."

"Guardians of harmony?" Sunset asked. "Yeah, Twilight's never had that title. You really are from another Equestria. But how did you get here?"

"Heck if I know," E-Quest stated with a shrug of his shoulders. "I was fighting a pair of witches in my Equestria and the next thing I know, they're making a portal behind me and I'm getting sucked into it. The next thing I know, I'm waking up here and I have...these!" He pointed down at his feet.

"Right," Rainbow nodded, "guess going from four legs to two is kind of weird."

"What?" E-Quest asked. "Wait. Are the ponies in your Equestria quadrupedal?" Sunset nodded. "Huh. Then we really are from different worlds. In my dimension, most creatures are bipedal." Sunset seemed surprised by this.

"So...the way you look now. That's how you normally look? Just with hooves instead of feet?"

"Pretty much," E-Quest nodded. "Also, my muzzle is smaller." He placed his hand on his helmet, as if trying to figure out if the armor was different like with his feet. "Whatever. We don't have time to really talk. If Raptorians are here, Reeka and Draggle are also here. I don't know why they attacked this hospital, but I'm sure it's not gonna be any good."

"Reeka and Draggle?" Rarity asked, "are those the witches you were telling us about?" E-Quest nodded, as Shifter felt like he knew one of those names.

"Reeka...Reeka...where have I seen that name before." He tried to remember and suddenly, he flashed back to earlier and the nurse he had run into. "Um...this Reeka. She wouldn't happen to be an ugly, fat and short woman, with black hair and crooked teeth?"

"Um...maybe. She's not a human, but she does use magic to change her appearance. Why?"

Shifter ran into the hospital, which had been partly evacuated in the attack. There were a few nurses and doctors around, keeping an eye on the patients that couldn't be so easily moved. Shifter grabbed one of these doctors. "Do you have a nurse here named Reeka?"

"Reeka? Never heard of her." That confirmed it for Shifter.

"There's only two reasons I can think of for anyone to try and sneak into this hospital." The others caught on and all headed up towards the area where the freed prisoners and the cocoons were being stored. They reached the cocoon room first and when they arrived, they found the guards knocked out on the floor.

"Oh no." Morphic ran forward and pushed his way into the room, the others right behind them. They spotted the four cocoons, all having chains around them that were bolted to the floor and kept anyone from stealing them.

Someone was holding some kind of magical staff and using it to melt through the chains, only to stop when they found ten individuals running into the room. "Reeka!" E-Quest cried, as the ugly nurse growled.

"E-Quest. So this is where you went." Her entire body started glowing and suddenly transformed, staying the same basic size and shape. When the light faded, she was wearing a red dress and witches hat. Her skin was the same colour, but it looked more like it was made from hardened flesh that looked like it could take more of a beating. Her mouth was larger and showed off her teeth more, including a pair of tusk-like fangs. Finally, her nose looked more like a pig's nose and made some horrible noises as she pointed her staff at them.

Rarity looked horrified by the monster, whilst the others got into a fighting stance. "What are you doing here?" Morphic asked. "What do you want with the Mimic Cocoons?"

"That's for me to know," she stated. "And for you to wonder until I blast you." With that, she raised her staff and unleashed a powerful blast of red lightning towards them. They all cried out, as the bolts approached. Things had certainly taken a turn for the bizarre on this day.

That's right, folks. Welcome to the Verses movie, which doesn't always have the Riders fighting one another.

What do you all think of this surprise movie? I told you this would be special. Though we'll be taking a break from the main story for a while, we'll get to enjoy this instead. Hope you enjoy it so far and tell me what you think of E-Quest's design.

For those having trouble imagining parts of his suit. His helmet is basically Ryuki's, whilst the different thicker armor of his different forms are all based on Magnamon's armor. Earth Pony form has his leg armor, with boots instead of the toes, his Pegasus armor is the chest without the shoulder pads. And his Unicorn form is the arms with one of them having a metal horn head on the end.

How will the rest of this movie play out? Only time will tell.
