“They are?” All Might asked.

“Yes as Oriana made it clear that all world leaders and those in power will be punished for any crimes they have done. With the punishments only being lessened only if they actually do something to make it up. Causing all sorts of things happening around the world, companies are also scrambling in cleaning up their messes and coming clean of any crimes they have committed. Oriana said that she will just reveal it all once she begins to bring in Earth to the empire and she enjoy watching the rich and powerful of planets she has personally brought into the empire have to explain themselves to her for what they have done after she mind reads them. Lots of things are being brought out as people are trying to save themselves,” David said.

“She’s just destroying the old system?” All Might asked.

“Government and economics, she already having social services being given out to most of the world. Free healthcare, food, water, and other services that many governments said that they would provide but never did. Has caused support for the governments to fall, world wide. The catch is that once the rebuilding is done, Earth is going to be a farming planet for the empire. With better farming equipment, technology, education, and infrastructure which will take years to build up, Earth will be able to export goods to the rest of the empire. Till then Earth be like that of a small town with the main source of people stopping by, being the gas station, like when we use to do as we were racing around in the states,” David said.

“What’s the point of the dual then?” All Might asked.

“The details in becoming apart of the empire, the laws and other issues will be discussed and agreements made. Otherwise it’s just Oriana telling what’s going to happen and we have no say in the matter,” David explained.

“Is he even going to try?” All Might asked as he’s being realistic with that Izuku who he told he couldn’t be a hero without a quirk has very little reason to even care what happens to Earth.

“He is going to try, the girls of his herd are trying to get him to change his mind but so far he’s still on track,” David said.

“Hopefully he will prove me wrong,” All Might said.

I tried to clone my sisters after they died and while it did work, they weren’t immortal or had the power of an anlicorn they just looked like my sisters and they didn’t had any memories of the ones who died. Their family lines continue to this day but watching them grow old, while me and mom continue on, was just heart breaking. Many others have tried to artificially create alicorns, none are immortal or have any of our abilities but a combine traits of the 3 tribes,” Infinitia said. (2)

“Are winged unicorns like alicorns having best of both tribes?” Izuku asked.

“I had a herd member, Lucky Wing being one. While she was lovely and was able to control the weather and use magic, she wasn’t any stronger. And with how rare it is, I only have seen a few every couple of hundred years. With you going to be a hybrid, I’m trying to keep how fertile you humans are intact so that you really be a stud and ight pass that done to your children. Making you look like an alicorn would be something I can do,” Infinitia said.
