Inside a bar in a rundown part of the city, is a big, burly man, dress in a green color leather vest under a large brown trench coat and green pants. He wore a gasmask covering his face, and carried a number of blades on him. He’s an American villain who has made the trip to Japan for a job he was offered. Who is watching the tv with the others who are also in the bar with him.

“As you can see, following my directions, a entire class of future heroes are broken, either crippled for life or broken from what happen to them,” the man said watching the news covering the attack at U.A.

“And ruining the reputation of the symbol of peace,” Tomura said.

“I think the video of All Might wearing a dress and acting like his ex, who is the one who released the video, already did that,” Kurogiri pointed out.

“There’s nothing like the wrath of a woman,” a voice from a speaker connected to a camera said.

“Especially one that can beat you by just thinking about it. Burning Day is one of those heroines who you avoid at all cost, it’s the reason why you All For One, stayed away from All Might while he was in the states and with her. If they had stayed together, she would had been with All Might when you two fought,” the man said.

“Yes, she is a problematic heroine, Butcher,” All For One said.

“And she has to pull her punches most of the time. When she actually goes sun mode, that when things get real,” Butcher said.

“So what’s next?” the other group of all women villains asked.

The woman are the all villainess gang, The Chopshop Gang. They’re from America and have worked with Butcher before and joined him on the trip to Japan.

Buzzsaw, a black woman who dressed in dirty jean overalls and goggles, and holding her trademark chainsaw that has diamond-tipped blades, allowing it to slice through rock and metal. Standing nearly 7 feet and thickly built, more curvy side of fat with most of her weight centered on her hips and breasts. Quirk is super strength and endurance.

Torch, a blonde who dressed in a red jumpsuit and a welder’s helmet, with an armored metal box strapped on her back with a harness. Tall and slender she loves to set things on fire with her Oxy-Acetylene cutting torch, that she can use as a flamethrower. Her red jumpsuit that covers her whole body but for her face, is custom made to be fireproof where she can’t even feel the heat while standing next to lava. It also does little to hide the ample curves of her body. Quirkless.

Monkeywrench, a green haired woman who dressed in a blue mechanic jumpsuit, a tool belt, a blue cap with a headlight on it and a respirator. Her right arm is replaced with a robotic one that can transform into different tools, allowing her to be able to fix just about anything. Her most prized tool is the Barranco D53 is an all-in-one heavy machinery tool. It is a combination of hammer, locking pliers, bolt cutter, and monkey wrench. It has numerous other small tools and functions, including a red diode laser level. The entire unit is rather large, around 2.5 to 3 feet in length and she uses it as a weapon. She is also rather buxom that her suit is strain to contain her ample figure. Quirk allows her to understands how any machine works, knowing how to repair and even make it better.

Ripper, a black woman who dress in a long sleeve grey shirt and brown overalls, wears a green cap and wear goggles. She’s armed with a custom made ramset made to be like a rifle with an oversized "can opener" shaped blade that can cut even through light armor. She is the skinny one of the group. Quirk super speed. Jumper, a blue haired woman who dress in a grey jumpsuit with thick rubber black gloves and wearing a gas mask. She has a large pair of jumper cable clamps attached to a large metal box she has on her back by a harness. She has breasts bigger than her head and hips wider than her shoulders, all stretching her jumpsuit to its limits. Quirk energy absorber, she uses the jumper cable clamps and battery on her back to focus the energy she absorbs into electrical attacks.

“Lay low and wait for the next opportunity,” All For One said.

“And we can recruit more people. This league of villains, really need some more people in it,” Butcher said.

“Some of those hired thugs can be useful,” Buzzsaw said.

“You can’t just keep hiring street level villains. We been apart of groups before, mostly for big jobs that need people of our skills,” Jumper points out.

“Besides we’re only here for the pay,” Ripper said.

“You keep paying us and we fight,” Torch said.

“So you’re just here for the money?” Tomura asked.

“Yup, we don’t work for free,” Monkeywrench said.

“Remember Mr. Death, All For One? His men all abandon him once the money transfer failed to go through,” Butcher said.

“I took steps to make sure that never happens to me,” All For One said remembering well the fall of Mr. Death because of the money transfer to the hired mercenaries failed to transfer to the groups bank account.

“You also need to get a reputation in the underworld. Right now you’re just a guy working for All For One, a big name in Asia underworld and been heard of by other big players like me, The Bastard, Kingpin, The Whale, and other big time villains who have other villains working for them and a crime network. The attack is just going to get your name out there but to really get a reputation where you can get more experienced and better people to work with you, you’re going to have to do some crimes to establish yourself from All For One’s reputation,” Butcher said.

“Yes, I should,” Tomura said.

Toru Hagakure — covered in burn scars.

Minoru Mineta — scalped.

Momo Yaoyorozu — covered in burn scars.

Hitoshi Shinso - vocal cords cut.

Nezu could only stare at the report from the medical teams that treated the children and their teacher, all in rough shape with only Ochaco Uraraka and Yuga Aoyama being the fortunate ones who only had their heads slammed together knocking them out. The others got beaten and crippled, that either had them losing their quirks or disabled for the rest of their lives. The entire school is on lockdown and law enforcement are on a man hunt with all the hero agencies looking for the villains. All Might already gave his report to the police and is now with Nezu in his office. (2)

“From the testimonies from Eraser Head and the students who can talk, Butcher was with this league of villains,” Nezu said.

“When I saw the state the students are in, crippling wounds missing body parts to leave people quirkless or maim for life, is his calling card,” All Might said.

“With the videos and stories your ex is posting, and how you were always late. Won’t help your image one bit. Before is just humiliating you by an ex, but with this attack and you not being there when you should have, is a whole other matter,” Nezu said.

“I should had been there,” All Might said.

“You should have, instead of patrolling,” Nezu said.

“I know, a number of crimes were happening while I was out on patrol. They knew that I would stop the crimes and cause me to be late,” All Might said riddled with guilt and how the villain had taunted him for being late.

“The fallout of this is going to be big,” Nezu said dreading what’s going to happen next.

“It’s time for me to pass on One for All to a new holder,” All Might said.

Canterlot High -

News of the attack at U.A. is being played on the news which Celesita is watching on her iPad. In the room with her is Luna who has return to work after taking time off to care for her new adopted daughter Eri Williams. Eri is currently going to a special doctor who deals with children who go through trauma which if she was still in Japan she wouldn’t had gotten. (3)

“Thanks to him being late, the attack happen,” Celestia said.

“He was always late for everything, more concerned in saving others instead of being there for people who are close to him. It’s little wonder only Nighteye, Shields, and Gran Torino are the only ones left who are still close to him,” Luna said.

“How’s Eri doing?” Celestia asked.

“Shes doing well, getting treatment and mom is looking after her,” Luna said. “How’s Izuku doing?”

“He’s doing well, Sunset has taken him under her wing,” Celestia said.

Lunchroom -

“How’s the plan coming along Izuku?” Sunset asked him as they ate lunch together.

“I came up with some tactics and combos for the next game with Crystal Prep Academy,” Izuku said giving her a sheet of paper of the quirks and skills that the students on the other team have and what should be able to counter them.

“Good, you’re becoming a good strategist,” Sunset said. She noticed how he had started to grow more confident in himself since the start of the year.

She was happy to see him like this after all the years she has known him. He used to be so timid and scared back when he first got into Hero work but now it seemed like his confidence is slowly growing with time.

"What about you?" Izuku asked her while he finished off his food. "You seem pretty busy lately."

"Yeah, I guess so," Sunset replied.

“Is it because of being the top student?” Izuku asked.

“I have lots to live up to, grandma was a well known heroine and mom, is a powerhouse that is still called in when things get bad. Which I’m going to be the new top heroine when I go pro,” Sunset said.

“Wow! That's amazing!” Izuku said, getting excited over her words.

“That means I have to be better than them, which I can do if I train hard enough,” Sunset said confidently.

“I wish I could be like that,” Izuku said.

“Maybe one day you will,” Sunset said.

“Like what exactly?” Izuku asked curiously.

“Well, you have a good head on your shoulders, you know what to do in certain situations, and you're kind to others. Like my dad One Bullet, he had no power but was a well respected hero, who only uses one bullet when facing a villain. Not that he uses it that often, he used gadgets and other support equipment. Which you’re getting there,” Sunset said.

“Thanks, I guess?” Izuku said.

“No problem,” Sunset said smiling at him.

Izuku looked down at the table, thinking of something to say but nothing came out. It wasn't just from embarrassment; he didn't know where to begin.

Sunset noticed this and decided to keep talking.

“If you want to become a Hero, then you need to believe in yourself, and the abilities you were born with. And that doesn’t mean quirks only, you got a skillful mind so use it,” Sunset said as she continued eating.

"Okay, thanks for listening," Izuku said.

"My pleasure," Sunset said.

Izuku left the cafeteria and went to the computer lab . He sits in front of an computer and started to search through his favorite Hero sites, looking for information on Heroes. In particular, it was a site called Hero Net. It was a website that covered the news of Heroes and Villains. It also had a forum section, where people would talk about their experiences as either a Hero or an anti-Hero.

He found a topic that might interest him: The latest news article. A villain attack at U.A. with an entire class hospitalized from the attack, and All Might who should had been there but showed up late.

The article read, "All Might, the symbol of peace, has failed to show up in time at the scene of a massive villain attack on U.A. This failure puts his reputation into question. Many are speculating that he may have taken retirement from active Hero work. However, All Might has denied these claims through social media."

"I wonder what happened," Izuku thought.

Not knowing that because of a single act, the timeline has changed from what would had happen if he had stayed in Japan.
