Each GLOO canister it uses as ammunition contains 42 compressed balls of gelifoam. Originally made as a tool but its other uses were soon discovered and now used to help pro heroes capture villains. The tool can be used for trapping foes where they stand, covering exposed flaming pipes and surging electrical boxes, or providing makeshift platforms if one way is blocked,” Doctor Whooves explains to his class. “Yes, being her support was mostly to deal with the damage her quirk made,” Doctor Whooves said. “The Gloo cannon was first used as a support weapon during a battle with Lord Tirek, a villain who has the quirk to absorb the energy of any quirk, leaving the person quirkless till they recover on their own. The more energy he absorbs the stronger he gets and gaining some of the abilities of the quirk. Like someone with a fire quirk, he gain the ability to withstand heat. And after he drain both Celestia and All Might, he could take tank fire without any issue. One Bullet was the one who stop him by using my Gloo cannon on him by hitting his head and encasing it in the glue. Causing him to pass out once he ran out of air.”

“Everyone was too busy trying to take him down with brute force and didn’t think to do something smart like cutting off his air supply,” Sunset said.

“Even with all the power he gained, he still needed to breathe,” Izuku said writing it all down in his notebook.

“Yes, which is why it’s always important to work smarter and not harder,” Doctor Whooves said.

“What happen to Tirek?” Izuku asked.

“Imprisoned in a Federal Maximum Prison, Lockup. Out in the middle of nowhere and has a nearby army base that can be called upon if any trouble does happen,” Doctor Whooves said.

“Lockup?” Izuku asked.

“Lockup is one of the 4 major prisons for high level treats. Crime bosses, terrorists, and high level villains are kept in them, with Lockup being the top one,” Sunset explains.

“Oh,” Izuku said.

In the principal office -

“Reminds me of how you and Zack use to act before you two got together after you finally dump All Might,” Luna said who is with her sister. Both having watch the footage from the security cameras as they kept an eye on the going ons around their school. Namely on Izuku as Zecora said that he be important later.

“It’s too early for that, Izuku is nice but he could end up being like Herbert is to me,” Celestia said.

“You know very well that he’s married to science,” Luna said as Herbert Whooves always been like that even when they were in school together.

“Zecora told me of the future she sees coming, Grogar is coming back,” Celestia said.

“The maker of monsters? But mom and dad took care of him, dad died doing it,” Luna said.

Grogar the maker of monsters, was a villain that spread terror across the world, a world wide threat villain. Namely because of his quirk that allowed him to bring things to life, all under his command. He created monsters, putting together parts of animals, humans, inorganic parts, and brought them to life. No matter how impossible something that had its head replaced by a plane engine with the blades replaced by chainsaw blades, that monster would come alive. Given enough time, Grogar could create his own army that would just overwhelm any hero or military force, which he did. (2)

It’s only because of their parents and their team and other heroes and military special forces, that Grogar was finally stopped. It cost many lives but he was finally killed, by their father who shoved a jagged metal pole into Grogar’s heart after he had charged it up with energy. Their father, Bomb King was able to charge anything with energy that would explode with the force of the amount of energy he had charged it up with. The amount of energy their father put in the metal pole, destroyed the old factory that Grogar was using as his base, leaving nothing but a deep hole in the ground.

“I know but that’s what Zecora saw in her vision. I told mom about it and she said that she shouldn’t be surprised at Grogar having a backup plan. She’s just surprised that it took this long,” Celestia said.

“Have you told the others?” Luna asked as she looks at the frame photo of their parents with their old team and other heroes at the last time they were all together, when both of them were still young girls.

The photo had their parents, Secret Heart (Megan Williams), and Bomb King (Remy Williams), their uncle Drivebomb (Danny) and their aunt Glare (Molly). Apart of their old team Dream Valley Heroes, lead by Moonchick. The old team was large but after the final battle with Grogar and with so many of them died or were crippled. The team just broke apart, some stayed together but as they got older they just drifted apart with them only gathering together at events now.

“I did, Firefly is having her team the Wonderbolts ready and contacted some of the old team about the news. She already informed Wind Whistler about it and the military and other government agencies are now searching through the old bases that Grogar used. Wind Whistler thinks that either the Grogar who was killed was just a creation or he had created a clone of himself just incase he was killed. There are still some of his old creations still around even after all f these years and villains who had worked with him before,” Celestia said.

While most of the monsters Grogar created were just simple minded brutes, he did create some that are intelligent and cunning. They served as commanders in his army and after he was killed most of them formed gangs of those loyal to them and became independent villains. While many were captured or killed in the following years, there are still some around.

“Either one of his old creations finally decided to bring their boss back or one of the villains who had worked for him is behind his return,” Luna suggested.

“Yes that could be the case,” Celestia said.

“But we’re here and ready for him this time,” Luna said as both of them were too young to help their parents. She was too young and Celestia was still being housed in the special containment made to keep her in after her powers first started to show themselves, as it took her years to learn to control the heat and radiation she created.

“Yes but he will just create monsters design to fight me,” Celestia said as that’s what Grogar did before. Make monsters designed to handle any hero and no spell the quirk they had.

Basically he’s Finster from Power Rangers who can create any monster he pleases and doesn’t just bring one to life at a time but creates an army of monsters and sends them all out to attack the heroes and military forces. And giving them powers and abilities that the monsters can use once brought to life.
