Despite Twilight being freed from Trixie's mind control spell, she still loves her. Their love is stronger than ever and Twilight is nearing term so they decide to get married and want to get it done as soon as possible.

With the world at peace, Colgate is unable to adjust. She becomes frustrated and goes into the Everfree Forest where she finds a portal. She goes through this portal and the inhabitants in this other land help her get out of her funk.

Colgate has had to deal with many annoying patients, both nice ponies and villains. After killing Tirek and becoming a princess, she continues to operate her practice and of course, problem ponies continue to come in and her rants continue.

Luna lost a long standing bet to Celestia and now she must pay up. Celestia invites Twilight to see what her marefriend's bet and losing it was all about.

Mayor Mare is in the final year of her fourth term and has decided to run for a fifth. While she has been re-elected easily in past elections, stronger opponents will make this election much tougher for the mayor.

Colgate is bored, very bored. She decides to journey into the Everfree Forest and discovers a portal to a different world from an earlier time. She discovers something that not only she, but her sister would want.
