A tip from a teacher puts Josh on a trail of a legendary captain(used this I couldn't figure out a good name for a leader of a carage.) named Ollisean Fudge, but when Josh boards Ollisean carage without permission, he happens upon a piece of Equestrian history that Ollisean would do just anything to hide. Then Ollisean surprises Josh by hiring him on, but for reasons darker then Josh ever could guess
Getting hay from till dawn till dusk, Josh thinks himself lucky—until he discovers the captain's true intentions. Ollisean is searching the plains for his Toric metal plaques buried by early Equestrian's explorers laying claim to Equestria. When Josh finds out how valuable these possessions are, he fears he may know too much to survive. Ollisean's wrath and a violent storm on the plain put Josh's courage and wits to the ultimate test
