It was a average day in my town ,by my town i mean Litchfield IL. A supposed city that's to small for that so i say town. I was walking home after another day of work, my job was not some thing that anyone including I was proud of. Its what im good at, my job was managing the criminal underworld well most of it. An 18 year olds dream right.
My dad was the man of legend in the eyes of the scum who followed him. He started at the bottom and rose to the top with quick wit and faster reflexes. I was his one and only son of the curse family. i don't say curse as in magic its my last name. Rick Curse son of Sam Curse for a normal named man he was a monster in his field of work, and i was a quick learner.
Big curse they call me for im 6''4 275 pounds muscle brown hair and a tattoo of Heath Leger's Joker on my right shoulder. I love that tat also my favorite move im a vary messed up person in the eyes of the law. Cold ,calculating, fun at dinner party's and all that good stuff. As i turned the block to my house three men were waiting at there for me. my mind instinctively went to fight mode as i took in my surroundings.
Three men one small two big looking at them i said " yo whats up gents" smiling lightly. The small one looks up at me with his messed up face scars under his eyes made it look like he was crying. " nothing much rick it is rick is'ent it" the man said calmly i almost laughed. when he said that the cockiness in his voice apparent i was going to enjoy this. "yeah that's me didn't know i had a fan club though don't stat hounding me for pics and autographs now" i said with a turn of my head away from them.
"Its good to know the Curse seance of humor still lives strong" the large man on the left said rocking back showing his chest muscles. right then i pulled out me silenced pistol and shot him in the head spraying blood all over the short man. looking over i let out a quick laugh there eyes dilated to the size of a dry roasted peanut. As he fell i walked forward gun in hand and said happily " its a shame he didn't have anything smart to say. so what was it you wanted" they turned to me pissed as all hell and the short one screamed "kill him".
With a flick of my wrist and a pull of my finger two bullets flow out meeting heads in the worst of ways. looking down i let another laugh escape my lips. heading for the door i grab my phone form my pants pocket and call a team to get these road bumps of my lawn. reaching for the door i notice that its already open a little my smile widens with the thoughts of someone breaking into your house. Thinking back you remember all the times you had to drag them in the basement for questions sadly they always talked to soon.
hopefully this one can stand the heat ,figuratively...and well of course literally. feeling happy as i open the door slowly for that lasting effect. I turn my head in seeing everyting in order i look up. seeing a vary large creature footing in a chair above my living room. It looks down at me and says "ive been waiting for you..how long has it been 2-3 hours rick it is rick isnt".
