Strawberry Kiwi's One Night Stand
Part One
It was a bright and sunny day in Ponyville, a day that was often described by locals as a “Pinkie Pie” sort of day. The sun was out and a light breeze breathed life into the town’s residents. Even old Cranky Doodle Donkey was seen in the town with his bouncing pink friend, Pinkie Pie. Sadly however, one pony was not enjoying the wonderful day, this pony being none other than Strawberry Kiwi. Strawberry was a pretty mare, with a magenta mane that complemented her green coat to a tee. Her eyes were the same shade of magenta as her mane and usually held a playful spark in them, today however was an exception. It was her 5th month in Ponyville and things just weren’t going her way. Starting fresh had always been fun as a filly with new faces and new friends at every turn, but now it meant bills to pay and boxes to unpack. Sighing, she looked around the dingy apartment that was now hers. Barely big enough to pace in, it was only slightly better than the broom closet of a dorm room that she had lived in for the past four years at Canterlot’s Agriculture Academy, and at least that had had a window. With another sigh, she uncrumpled her sheets and made the small bed that had been provided to her. Granted, she was grateful for the room. It had been rented out to her by some of her parents’ friends, the Cakes.
The Cakes were the couple that ran the best bakery on this side of Equestria, and fresh fruit was often needed for recipes. Many of these fruits happened to come from her parents’ farm and she had been the one that had made deliveries before she went to the academy. Upon hearing that she needed a place to stay, they gladly opened their doors, mainly because it meant another babysitter for their newborns. The rent was inexpensive. Still, Strawberry had to find work in order to eventually make enough to move into her own place and open a real shop. For now though, she was stuck working at the counter for the Cakes when they, or their assistant Pinkie Pie, were out of town on one errand or another. She had mixed feelings about their assistant, Ms. Pinkie, although a very nice pony, Strawberry found some of her antics to be quite annoying, especially when they interfered with her garden. The garden was how she planned to escape the closet and start living on her own. The garden contained her namesakes, as well as a few other varieties of fruit, but none held a candle to her strawberries or kiwis. The Cakes bought some of her fruit for use in their baking and Strawberry had stored it away so that she could take the first step towards a shop, a food stand. The food stands of Ponyville were a common sight around town, and were often the main sources of income for most of the town’s farmers. Even Sweet Apple Acres had one, but it was merely a formality as they supplied cider for all of the local watering holes.
Looking around the room, Strawberry decided that today was going to be the day. Heading downstairs, she began to think of how great things would be. She began planning her store in her head, The curtains will be Magenta to match my mane and the walls will have to be painted green. The window of the first level will display kiwis and the top level will— her thoughts were interrupted when she bumped into somepony.
“Oops, I’m sorry” Strawberry looked up to see who had interrupted her precious planning. It was Pinkie Pie.
“Oh! Sorry Pinkie, I was just… uhhh…”
“Thinking about your shop again?” The pink pony giggled. “It’s ok, I think that it’s a Supercaliliciously fantastic idea! Your fruit tastes so yummy!”
“Err, thanks Pinkie.” Strawberry went to move by her.
“Where ya goin?” Pinkie asked, bouncing to block her. Strawberry smiled,
“To go rent a stand.” Pinkie blinked for a second,
“Like a stand that you set things on?” A stand suddenly materialized under Pinkie. “Look at me! Standing on a stand!” she started laughing so hard that she fell over with a crash. Strawberry let out a nervous chuckle. She was one weird pony.
“No Pinkie, like the one that I can sell fruit at.” Pinkie blinked twice before screaming in her face,
“OHMYGOSH!!!!THAT MEANS LIKE YOU ARE LIKE GETTING A SHOP!” Strawberry started to answer but before she could finish Pinkie had flown at the door yelling something along the lines of, “THIS CALLS FOR A PARTYYYYYY!!!” Strawberry let out a real laugh.
“I guess it does,” she muttered to herself, smiling.
Strawberry Kiwi's One Night Stand
Part 2
Trotting out of the lease office, Strawberry’s chest was filled with pride. As it turned out, a stall had just opened up and it was early enough in the day that she still had plenty of time to sell her fruit. Rushing back to the Cakes, she gathered up what she thought she would need: a couple bags of kiwis, a few bags of strawberries and a bag or two of the other fruits. Just before she sprinted out the door, she remembered to grab some of her extra bits for change. The Cakes wished her well and packed her a lunch, which included some of her own fruit tarts. Hurrying to her stand, she quickly set out the fruit and then joined in with the other stall owners calling for ponies to come and buy their products. As the hours passed and morning turned into afternoon, it soon became clear to Strawberry that she was not going to be selling much that day. As the day went on, she became more and more distressed. Her only comfort coming from the couple of friends who had politely bought a couple of her strawberries. At the end of the day, she had made a total of 15 bits. This was nowhere near the 500 bits that it had cost her to purchase the stall for a month. So like any young pony with a problem, she went to the Sweet Apple Acres Cider Bar to drown her sorrows. Hoofs dragging, she clopped into the bar and took a seat at the bar,
“Macs Finest,” she slapped two bits onto the counter. Downing the cider in several hasty gulps was the work of a few seconds. She followed this by downing two more. It was only halfway through her 4th cider that she noticed the pony sitting next to her.
“Pinky?” she would have said it with more conviction but by now, the cider was taking it’s toll on her, and judging by Pinkie’s slurred response, she had been there for even longer.
“Jussst becaussse I act ha-p-p-py doesn’t mean I aaaam” Pinkie took a shot of “Sweet Acres”, a popular liquor among the younger crowd. Strawberry moved closer,
“Wassss wrong Pinkie?”
“Errry one was to Bussssssy for yo parrrty” Strawberry slumped, her night had gotten even worse. Pinkie shoved her face near to Strawberry’s.
“Wasss wrong wit you?” Strawberry slumped over onto the bar.
“No one wans to buy my fruit” Pinkie put an arm around her,
“Stubid stall, stubid ponies not wanting to party, maybe I neeeeed thad party to feeeel happy toooo” Strawberry snuggled closer thankful for her friends comfort. Finishing her fourth, she slapped down two more bits. Nodding she agreed.
“Stubid Ponies”.
The two of them continued to lament about their problems to each other until the bartender eventually cut them off after Pinkie tried to dance on the counter top after doing several haunch shots with Strawberry.
Stumbling into the street, the two of them drunkenly laughed at their antics.
“And you saw that one Stallion?” Strawberry mumbled, leaning heavily on Pinkie,
“He was staring right at my haunches,” she giggled. Pinkie suddenly stopped.
“I,” she wavered and giggled as she and Strawberry fell into a heap. “Have an idea” Strawberry cocked her head dizzily and hiccupped.
“What?” Pinkie winked drunkenly,
“Folllllow me” they dizzily made their way to the center of Ponyville. Strawberry looked sadly at her lonely stand, the fruit that had been fresh that morning now looked sad and droopy.
“Shucks” Strawberry looked at her fruit “That was near myyy whole supply.” Pinkie shook her head sadly.
“Here. Is. My. Idea.” a lighter appeared in her hoof. Too drunk to care, Strawberry watched as Pinkie set the stall on fire.
“Now thhhhhhe ponies will miss not having yourrrrrr fruit.” A sober Strawberry would have seen her dreams and hopes literally going up in flames, but drunk Strawberry saw only a friend trying to help her out. She giggled and drunkenly slurred,
“I llllike you.” Her and Pinkie exchanged a look.
“Letssss goooo home,” Pinkie murmured. Giggling, the two young mares headed back to the cakes. Creeping inside, they made their way to Pinkies room. Upon entering Pinkie flopped onto her bed giggling,
“Gdddd night kiwi” Strawberry giggled and drunkenly stumbled falling next to Pinkie.
“Myyyy name is Straaawwwwbewwy” Strawberries giggling was cut-off by Pinkie’s tongue in her mouth. With her life in shambles and her only hope of starting a business burning in the market district, she did the only think that her cider impaired mind could think to do, she kissed back. It was different than it had been with the couple of stallions that she had kissed in her life. It was gentler, and not as sexually charged. This however did not stop her from beginning to feel horny. By now, Pinkie was on top of her, one hoof rubbing her, the other caressing her mane. Strawberry arched her back as a flash of pleasure wracked her body. A small moan escaped her lips as Pinkie stopped,
“Don’t worry you silly mare, I’m not done with you yet.” Pinkie said sliding her face down to the lips in between Strawberry’s haunches. In the back of Strawberries mind, she noted that Pinkie sounded a lot less drunk. She shuddered as she felt Pinkies tongue inside of her and decided that she didn’t really care. She let the rest of the night dissolve into a blur of drunken pleasure.
“Oh Buck,” Strawberry woke with a raging hangover. Looking around, she found herself in the windowless closet of a room that she called home Was that a dream? She blushed at the thought, the things that had been done to her, how she had reciprocated, the whole experience made her feel funny. Her eyes suddenly picked out a new item in her room, the stand that Pinkie had stood on. On it, there was a note that read:
Dear Strawberry,
Consider this your one night stand
