Chapters "Send in the Class D Personnel. Make sure 173 doesn't escape." said the Princess
"Alright mam"
It was an average day at the factory. If what you consider normal is to be handling dangerous mutants, aliens, and other things with anomalous properties that could destroy the world average. Today was testing day, so D-4325 was nervous.
"Are you sure that it's safe to have us in here? Can't you just observe it through glass?" said the orange filly.
"It's mandatory 4325. Just approach SCP-173 for testing and remain in a direct line of eyesight with it."
The gray security door made a loud banging noise followed by some gears clanking together. When the door opened, a
peach colored object appeared. It looked like a giant rubber statue whose face was spray-painted on.
With the little filly was another filly and a colt. They introduced themselves on the way so D-4325, Scootaloo, knew their names already.
The colt's name was Cloud Blitz, a small 12 year old, red pegasus, with red hair and a black stripe through it.
The filly's name was Fluster Moon, a 9 year old, blue unicorn, with green hair and a green tail
"So Fluster, are you excited for your first test. I know I am." said Blitz.
"Well....it's a little scary in here. I don't know if I can handle it."
"Hey," said Scootaloo, "It's my first time too, so don't be scared. You've got me and Blitz."
As the little ponies entered the large security door closed behind them.
"Please get closer to 173 for testing. As long as you stay in direct line of eye sight with it, it can't harm you. So just keep I-
The intercom shut off and when it came back on, there was static for a time of 5 seconds, and then it was silent.
"Hey, what's going on up there?" said Blitz
All of a sudden the lights turned off and over the intercom the ponies heard one of the scientists yell.
Blitz, Fluster, and Scootaloo all turned away. The only thing that alerted Scootaloo to look at 173 was the scraping of stone. SCP-173 was right next to Blitz, nearly ready to snap his neck.
Blitz jumped right out of the way and grabbed Fluster. Flying to the corner of the room, he kept his eye on 173.
The intercom came on with such a loud noise that it caused the ponies to shut their eyes. Scootaloo, remembering to always keep her eye on 173, looked back immediately; only to find that 173 was gone. The lights were out again.
"The facility is having a full site lock down due to multiple Euclid and Keter containment breaches. We advise anyone in the facility to immediately evacuate. I repeat, immediately evacua-"
The pony on the intercom stopped talking after a crack was heard.
After the ponies regrouped they decided it was time to start trying to escape.
"Well this is just fantastic. The first chance I get to quit this job I will!" said Blitz
"What's going to happen now?" questioned Fluster.
"Let's hope nothing else bad."
As they entered a room they heard some gunfire followed by some minor shaking in the facility. Being scared, Scootaloo ran ahead into a room with a large machine in it with a knob that pointed to the words 1:1
"This must be that SCP-914 machine I read about. I think it's called "The Clockworks" or something like that" said Blitz.
"Maybe if this machine is working right, then maybe we can do this and that, then do this..."
Blitz' talking turned into incoherent mumbling. He took something out of his pocket which looked like a card with a yellow top lining it. As he went to open a sliding door he gasped and dropped the card on the floor, a loud thud resonated in the room.
Scootaloo and Fluster went running over to see a familiar looking blue alicorn. Blitz poked her to see if she was alive. She didn't move, but Blitz could feel her breathing.
"Luna, are you alright?" asked a concerned Fluster.
She opened her eyes but she couldn't move. She could only talk somewhat.
"Celestia... experiment.....trapped......inside.... "
The ponies only assumed she was just delirious because of the huge gash behind her ears.
"It's like when you're waking up after you've been up until 2pm at night," explained Blitz, " You can understand and comprehend stuff, just not react much."
Blitz left the princess and went to continue a process that he told the ponies would give him an amazing door access card that allowed him to open any door. If he could remember the right setting on the machine. The settings were course , rough , 1:1 , fine , and very fine . Blitz put in his level 2 keycard and set it to very fine . Some noise happened, like metal clanking against a metal and steel plate, and then it stopped.
At the moment Blitz went to go get his upgraded keycard, a loud roar came from somewhere inside the facility and Fluster ran off screaming, with Blitz behind her also screaming. Scootaloo was left behind, alone, with a half conscious princess, a keycard Omni, and a metal machine.
"I know what things are in this facility, but I've never seen any others than 173. And I don't think I want to see what made that noise!"
Scootaloo ran off after the scared ponies, with the princess in a makeshift wagon made out of rope and a box, only to find she entered a corridor room with 4 other doors. All of them were open. No sign of the scared little green haired filly and the red pegasus was left at the scene, except a document that must have fallen out of Blitz' pocket. She decided to keep it, knowing the facility, she figured that she would most likely need it. Then the sound of scraping started to sound against the walls of the corridor.
" Well... so much for nothing else bad happening..."
Fluster was always quite a skittish filly. It never took much to scare her. She hated how she couldn't use her magic yet, because it wasn't strong enough. The only thing that was worse to her were trips to the hospital. She hated having to get a check up. She also hated seeing the poor, extremely hurt ponies that were sometimes there.
Fluster was making her way through the facility, when she came across a door with a keypad on it.
"I wish I were a higher level in this place, so that I could know some of this stuff." said Fluster.
She was just about to leave the room, when she noticed a closed elevator to the side of her. Above it a sign read Maintenance Tunnels .
"I should head back to find Scootaloo and Blitz, but what if there's something useful down there?"
She fought her thoughts for quite a while and when she was just about to decide, the entrance to the room began to shut, with what appeared to be nothing closing it. It just seemed to be closing.
"Well.... I have no choice now.."
She went towards the elevator and pressed it's button. It didn't activate though. She tried pressing it a couple more times, but to no avail. She was about to accept defeat, when suddenly, it opened. She got in and had the same problem. It shut a couple seconds later, just like before.
When she reached the bottom of the elevator, the doors opened. It opened up into a dark, long and skinny tunnel system.
"I am regretting this already." she said in her usual quiet tone.
She got out and walked through the tunnels with a loud thud, no matter how slow her footsteps were, they were sure to echo throughout the entire tunnel system.
As she continued to walk, she heard a slight moaning sound.
"H-hel-lo?" she asked, sheepishly, to no one in particular.
She wasn't paying attention to where she was walking and she tripped over something. As she landed, her knee skidded across the grate on the ground and she cut her leg.
She turned around to see what she tripped on, and to her horror, it was a dead body; with a seam down it's stomach and blood all around it.
"What did this kind of damage?!?"
'Then again look at the place you're in Fluster' she thought to herself.
She continued down the maintenance tunnels and came up to a picture of a bird like creature. Above the picture were the words, SCP-049 .
For some reason, Fluster felt like she was being observed. She walked into 049's containment cell and saw yet another dead body, with a sewn up stomach. Only this time it was moving. She panicked and went to turn away, only to find the one she tripped over was right behind her. Behind that "Zombie" like creature a door opened up, revealing 049.
"Oh my, another one infected with the disease! Don't worry little one. I'll cure you."
The way that this bird like creature said cure made Fluster shake and lose her balance.
She fell back into the Zombie that was right behind her. Now she was surrounded by 3 hideous creatures, all wishing to make contact with her.
"She bolted past the zombies and attempted to run past 049, only to be caught by him.
"Don't run. I am the cure!."
As he went to position her on the ground, she kicked this thing square in the beak, chipping a piece off.
A strange, green liquid of some sort began to leak out of the crack point in the beak. 049 stumbled back into the 2 zombies, knocking them both down.
"Oh my gosh!Oh my gosh!Oh my gosh!Oh my gosh!" she just kept repeating as she ran back down the corridors. She came to a door that opened up into a smaller room. When she opened it up, it had 7 gas masks in it. She grabbed 3, one for her, one for Blitz and one for Scoot.
She felt the thud of the zombies' footsteps coming closer. She turned around to see 3 more new zombies, Not any of the 2 from before, and she saw 049 seemingly gliding across the floor.
"I've got to find the exit and fast!" she said aloud again.
She was sprinting at this point. The weird, bird like 049 managed to catch up to her and catch her again.
"Don't resist. It's inevitable."
Fluster was panicking with a sense of her fear of doctors, and the sense of fear itself. Suddenly she felt a jolt of energy come from inside her as her breath was taken away for a slight moment.
All of a sudden her horn lit up and shot out a blast of magic at least strong enough to send 049 somewhat across the room.
She ran and ran and ran making sure nothing could catch up to her. When she reached the elevator she got in and pressed the button, but it didn't respond. When it opened, she saw a hand reach in only, to get sliced off and drop to the floor when the doors closed.
She was caught up in so much excitement that she had nearly forgotten about her leg.
"I think....it's...time...to h-head back...to Scoot.." she said in between gasps for air.
On her way back she noticed some brief flickering movements in the corner of her eyes. She thought it was a side-effect of being inside the tunnels too long.
"Maybe it's just that weird sight jumper." she said after hearing skittering around the room.
"Ow..... uh.... my... head.."
"Oh my! She's waking up! What should we do?"
"I don't know. We should just stay with her until she's fully awake. Blitz can find his way back."
Back in 914's room, Scootaloo and Fluster had managed to setup a make shift camp. Since Blitz wasn't back yet, the girls decided to wait for him.
'"What's going on subjects? Why doth I be in this place?"
"We found you inside of 914, then we helped you by laying you down and applying some of the bandages from this med kit that we found to your wound." said Scootaloo.
"My...wound? Oh yes...that." said Luna.
"What do you mean that ? You can remember how you got it?" questioned Scoot.
"Of course I would. Why would I not know?" asked Luna.
"W-well..assuming how big it was, we figured that you lost some memory of that moment." said Fluster.
"I remember like it was yesterday subjects." said Luna.
"I actually think it was yesterday princess." joked Scootaloo.
"Anyway, can you tell us how you got it?" questioned Scootaloo.
"Well...I suppose I can, but it isn't that long of a story."
"We don't mind Luna, we'll still listen." said Fluster
"Okay. I'll tell you how I got it,"
=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=
"Celestia? Sister, where art thou?"
Luna had just found out the secret of how to make the perfect night and she wanted to tell Celestia. She checked every room in the castle, but still couldn't find her.
"She told me that if I can't find her, then she is working on her secret project. I should go and check on her."
On her way to Celestia's secret project door, Luna heard footsteps.
"Where do you think that you're going Luna?" asked Celestia.
"I was just looking for you Celestia. I thought you were in your-"
"I told you never to enter there, even if you can't find me. There is stuff in there you couldn't handle Luna!"
'What?' Luna was confused. Her sister was never this mean. There was something that Celestia was hiding purposely.
"Why wouldn't I be able to handle what ever is in there sister?" asked Luna
"It's just too dangerous for you to go in. Just stay out Luna!" Celestia walked away after yelling at her.
"I'm going to go get something in the kitchen sister!" said Luna trying to fool Celestia. Her sister didn't answer.
'Now is my chance!'
Luna slipped into the door and walked down a dark corridor, into an even darker room.
"There has got to be a light switch in here somewhere. Maybe it's just dark in here."
Luna kept walking and came to a door with a switch next to it. Above it a sign said in big letters Authorized Personnel Only
As she walked through the door she saw multiple scientist looking ponies. They were all running around as a loud noise was coming from a speaker on the wall.
In the midst of the panic no pony noticed Luna sneaking into the facility and she managed to get through to a hallway. She heard some scraping. Then she heard hoof steps coming from behind her. She came to an even bigger door, but this time it had a label next to it. It read
SCP-173
OBJECT CLASS:EUCLID
'What could this be?' Luna thought.
She heard the skidding stop as she turned around to face a weird stone like statue.
"Luna! What did I tell you about coming down here!" a voice said from behind the statue.
As Luna recognized the voice she heard weird breathing and some noise like a melting sound.
"This is a serious matter Luna! You must leave here now!" said Celestia.
Luna saw Celestia's horn light up, but then it quickly faded as Luna heard a small crunch. Suddenly, Luna's vision began to fade as she remembered Celestia teleporting her and feeling a sharp pain by her ear.
"No! You messed up the teleportation 173! No not.. not 106! get back......." was the last thing Luna heard before completely blacking out on a metallic floor.
=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=
Sometime during Luna's story, Blitz had managed to find his way back with a bullet wound in his leg. Fluster was able to patch up the hole before an infection set in.
"Wow. That was a short story." said Scootaloo.
"So, what's your name?" Luna asked Blitz.
My name is Cloud Blitz." Honor to meet you princess." said Blitz
"How did you manage to survive 173's neck snap though?" asked Fluster who was putting a Band-Aid on her scrape.
"I suppose that when Celestia was teleporting me, she was almost done and she must have blinked at the same time I did. I also must have been so far teleported that 173 only managed to cut my neck instead of snapping it, thus interfering with the teleportation and sending me here."
"Well. You must have been really lucky that Celestia was there." said Scootaloo.
"That's the thing. Celestia wasn't nice before when I went to enter. I don't think that was her." said Luna.
"Whatever it was you're just lucky that it was there." said Fluster
"We might want to get a move on," said Blitz, "We don't know what might happen if we stay here too long."
"Good idea. Let's get going." said Scootaloo.
For once, things were going right for the group. Luna had found a headset, like a communicator. Scootaloo and Fluster managed to find key cards and gasmasks, and Blitz had found a level 5 keycard.
They came to an electric gate, that they all managed to get through, with Fluster only having a singed tail and Blitz having shocked his hoof.
Scootaloo remembered the paper she picked up, so she took it out and gave it to Blitz.
"How'd you get this document? We didn't pick any up on the way, did we?"
Blitz looked down and noticed it was the document he was given when he was testing SCP-682.
"I found it on the ground after you ran away from that roar." said Scootaloo.
"That's ironic. That roar was SCP-682's roar, and this is 682's document."
"What's 682?" asked Fluster and Scootaloo in unison.
"You wouldn't want to know." said Blitz
"Just tell us. It's better to know what's ahead if we meet it." said Luna.
"Ok fine." Blitz took the document and read part of the description.
"SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like creature of unknown origin. SCP-682 has always been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size, at it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682 gains energy from anything it ingests, organic or inorganic. Digestion seems to be aided by a set of filtering gills inside of SCP-682's nostrils, which are able to remove usable matter from any liquid solution, enabling it to constantly regenerate from the acid it is contained in. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering, and SCP-682 has been seen moving and speaking with its body 87% destroyed or rotted. Trust me, I've seen this guy during a time when he escaped. He had nearly half of his side missing. I know this this document is lying." said Blitz.
"Well that thing sounds dang near impossible to defeat!" said Scootaloo.
"And kind of scary.." said Fluster.
"Well now you see why I didn't want to tell you. If you didn't know about it, then you wouldn't have to worry about it." said Blitz.
"Well why did you let us talk you into it then." said Scootaloo.
Luna, not paying, attention was snapped back into reality by the sound of scraping.
She turned around to face 173 and let out a shriek, causing the arguing ponies in front of her to stop and look.
They noticed a door behind the statue. They also noticed glass trailing from it, that 173 must have dragged over with it.
Scootaloo jumped the glass and ran into the room to see if there was anything useful.
The 3 scared ponies sat there silent, staring at the strange statue-like creature. Blitz examined it and noticed that the face seemed different. It had two little lines that curled up at the bottom. Soon, Luna and Fluster ran away knowing that with Luna's own teleporting skill, they could probably outrun it.
Blitz didn't notice that they left until he tried to tell Luna about the face. He blinked by accident. Fearing the worst, he clenched his eyes. Instead, he felt the paper in his hoof get weighed down by something.
When he opened his eyes he heard a slight purring coming from the statue that was standing on SCP-682's document.
"Oh! Haha! It's just that weird Catue thing! At least that's what I called it." said Blitz.
It is constructed from concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint, as well as what appears to be state-fair-grade water-based face paint in a "cat face" pattern. SCP-173-J is animate and extremely playful. The object cannot move while within a direct line of sight. Object is reported to initiate interaction by standing uncomfortably close to subjects. Some personnel have reported low, asthmatic-sounding sniffling noises; these are presumed to be imaginary, or memetic, or something. SCP-173-J's primary motive seems to be seeking attention; for example, if SCP-173-J encounters a researcher working on a computer or reading a document, and the researcher blinks, the sculpture will stand on the object in an attempt to gain the researcher's focus. If SCP-173-J is in a room possessing a window, it will sometimes take hold of a researcher's head and move it to face the window. This has been construed as SCP-173-J earnestly requesting to play outside. The established procedure for handling these situations is to pat SCP-173-J in a friendly manner and say "Run along now, you little scamp."
Blitz was surprised he remembered Catue's document by heart, since it was nearly as old as the original 173.
While Catue was distracting Blitz, Luna and Fluster came back, because they didn't hear the familiar scraping of stone.
"What is that thing?" said a curious Scootaloo, emerging from the room with a level 3 keycard.
"I call it The Catue. It's basically like a cat version of the statue. That's also how I named it."
"I think we could have assumed that Blitz." said Luna
Since SCP-173-J was harmless, the 4 ponies allowed it to follow them. It disappeared after they went through a gas chamber, one by one.
Then they approached a maintenance tunnel.
"I don't think it's such a good idea to go down there." said a nervous Fluster, recalling her moments with the masked bird creature and zombies.
"It can't be that bad. Just come on before the real 173 shows up girl." said Scootaloo
As the elevator went down the shaft, Fluster and Blitz thought they heard some metal creaking, along with deep breathing...
As the doors opened there was a foul smell in the air, like decomposing flesh. Blitz took one step and nearly fell through a badly rotted spot on the floor.
They got out of the elevator, being careful where to step.
"I don't exactly think that this is structurally safe." said Scootaloo.
"Well, this is 106's favorite place to hang out." said Blitz.
"What! You never told us we were heading into 106's tunnels!" said an angry Scootaloo.
'At least it isn't the place with that bird thing' Fluster thought to herself.
Just then they heard Luna scream from behind them, as 106 attacked her and pulled her into his dimension.
They all yelled and ran to the end of the hall, with 106 chasing close after them.
Fluster's leg hurt so much from running with the cut on it that had gotten earlier, she collapsed and was taken by 106. Blitz and Scootaloo made it to the elevator but it wouldn't open.
"Wait here until it comes, I'll bait him around." said Blitz.
"No Blitz don't-" Scootaloo couldn't stop as he already began heading towards 106.
Blitz charged straight at 106, but jumped to the side, just missing 106's fist. 106 began to follow him down the hallway and around the corner.
The elevator opened and Scootaloo got inside. She waited for 2 minutes, but Blitz never came back around the corner. All of a sudden the breathing started getting lower and lower, as 106 went away. Scootaloo waited a second before calling out Blitz' name.
"Blitz! The elevator's here! Hello..." Scootaloo could only come to the conclusion that Blitz got caught.
She got back in the elevator and clicked the button to go up.
=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=
Blitz woke up in a room with the sound metal melting all around him.
"F-Fluster.. Luna.. what h-happened?" said Blitz.
He called out a couple more times, but to no avail.
"I should get on the move and try to find a way out of here, as well as search for Luna and Fluster I guess." said Blitz.
He looked around groggily for a way out. Instead, he found 8 separate passageways.
"Well this is just going to be and excellent search then... First, I'll rest here a little." said a slightly frustrated Blitz.
Meanwhile, Luna had already awoken and began searching for and exit, she knew that the ponies had been caught too. She came to a long bridge, and she could hear stone like noises down the dark pathway.
"I guess it would be a good idea to go down that way in a last resort situation." said Luna.
She went through a corridor and immediately she heard deep breathing. Assuming that it was possibly one of the others, her first instinct was to run towards it. She realized it wasn't one of her friends when she came face-to-face with the black, mucus-like substance covered beast. He didn't notice her until she gasped, because he was looking down.
She ran for her life down the only path she could go. She could hear moaning at the end of it. Her mind wanted was so shaken up that she let out a word she never said just because her sister never allowed her to say it for the reason of being close to the S word. It wasn't bad at all so Luna decided just to let her stress out.
Blitz on the other hand was still laying down when he heard the sound of hoofsteps come rushing towards him.
"Crapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrap hey Blitz crapcrapcrapcrapcrap!"
"Wait..what was tha-"
Blitz didn't have anytime to speak as he soon realized what Luna was running from. He didn't stop to question how 106 found her so quick. As he ran along side Luna, he noticed that Fluster was heading down their same corridor. Prior to the ponies' reunification, Fluster had found a note that seemed to have a code on it.
"Hey guys, look! I found a piece of pa- AHHH!"
"No time to explain Fluster! We have to go, like, now!" said Blitz as he swooped Fluster off the floor.
"I know you can't run because of the cut on your leg, so just hang on to me." said Blitz.
Luna thought she recognized the area they ran into, then she heard the scraping of stone.
"We went in a circle! I woke up here. Lets go through there, it's the last resort path!" Luna said as she rushed through.
"It doesn't sound exactly safe Luna.." said Fluster.
The cold feeling of the deranged beast's breath was what made fluster change her mind. She used her tail as a whip to get Blitz to sprint into the pathway that had flying stones shooting across it.
A stone cube went flying by Luna's face as she screamed, "Watch your step, you might fall off!" said Luna.
SCP 106 didn't have to bother with the cubes, because he could just walk right through them. 106 got within reach of Flusters tail and seized the moment.
He grabbed her tail and she fell off Blitz. 106 lost his footing and nearly pulled Fluster off with him. The stone noise was so loud Blitz didn't hear her scream as she fell off.
106 laughed, As he was tugging on her tail it was gradually disappearing into a glob of black tangled goo.
"My tail!" screamed Fluster.
Her tail was the one thing that she liked about her florescent colored hair. She was so mad that she put all of her strength into a huge kick that sent 106 into the depths of his own dimension. Her hoof hurt a little and was a little black, but she was so amazed by the strength she had packed in her, that she didn't care. She heard Blitz call her name and she ran after him.
During Flusters struggle with 106 Luna's head was caught by a stone block and it knocked her out. Fluster and Blitz dragged Luna down a tower at the end of the path. Both of their visions blurred and they passed out.
"One thing after another"
Scootaloo, soon after seeing her friends taken by 106, found herself in a room with a catwalk that had black gas coming out of some pipes on the side of the railings. She took out her gas mask and put it on. As she walked down the catwalk, she could hear scraping coming from the other side. Since she had her gas mask on it wasn't hard to keep her eyes open. She couldn't see through the thick black smoke so when she bumped into something that felt like cold concrete, she only feared the worst. She looked up and saw 173 staring right back at her.
"Great! Without Blitz, Fluster and Luna, no-one will watch it when I blink. If I blink I'm dead" Scootaloo thought out loud.
In her rush to get around 173, Scootaloo got her gas mask's head band stuck on a pipe that was sticking out. With the slightest amount of force it would tear. Unfortunately she didn't notice until it ripped.
RRRIIIIIIIIIIP
The sound made Scootaloo's heart sink as she felt the band to her gas mask pull back and then finally snap off. Without her gas mask she was at the mercy of the black gas and 173. She felt her eyes begin to swell up and start watering. She did her best not to blink as she headed towards the exit. She got through the door, but the gas was so overwhelming that she couldn't muster up the strength to reach the button and she blinked.
Just when she thought she was dead, she heard the door close. It took a couple seconds for the gas to wear off, but it did. After she opened her eyes she noticed that there was a faint clicking on the other side of the door.
"He must be trying to open the door, but... how did the door close anyway?" said Scootaloo.
"Do not worry pony, move on to your friends" said a male sounding voice.
"Wait! What! Who said that! H-h-hello..?" said a panicked and confused Scootaloo. She waited, but to no response. She walked into a room that seemed to have metallic looking walls with three passages in it. It also appeared to be made in a pipe formation.
"Well... better get moving. I hope the gang's alright..." said a depressed, and tired Scootaloo.
=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=
Luna felt a pain on the side of her face. It hurt almost as much as her cut did when she woke up in 914's chamber. She felt like she was moving, yet, she wasn't. She felt her body shaking and yet she didn't feel her hooves moving. Her vision was just black, pure black. Then she saw something appear in the distance. She walked towards it. Since she couldn't feel her body it was hard to walk. As she approached it, it began to look more and more like a computer. Then the screen popped on and a strange man with a hat stood behind it. The screen began to speak.
"Pony. Listen carefully. I have saved your friends. I can not help much more. I have some control over this facility. If you can make it to the power, turn it on. I will then have full control and might be able to assist you further. My assistant has allowed me to speak to you and your friends through this way of speaking. Now, time to wake up." The strange man walked towards Luna and blinked, somehow controlling Luna's blinking simultaneously with his. Then her eyes popped open with Blitz and Fluster standing over her. Luna felt Blitz shaking her.
"Thank Celestia, you're alive! We thought that stone block killed you!" said Blitz.
"Don't worry, I-I'm fine. I had the strangest dream though." said Luna.
"What was it about?" asked Fluster.
"A strange man, and...and a computer." said Luna.
Blitz's eyes widened and he asked "Was the man wearing a fedora like hat?"
"Yeah I think so.." said Luna.
"Did the computer have a face on it's screen?"
"Yes." answered Luna
"That was 990 and 079. 990 must have somehow got 079 into a dream." said Blitz.
While Blitz was talking, Luna looked around and noticed they were outside the bathroom exit.
"Why are we near a bathroom?" asked Luna.
"Fluster had to go, so we carried you hear. She also said she thought she heard a voice come from the stall next to her. I told her it was probably just something in the factory." said Blitz.
Just then they heard a loud, deep shriek coming from one of the hall ways.
"Wait... that's the noise from earlier, from the testing chamber, remember Fluster?" said Blitz
"I know it's so familiar." she answered.
"Wait.... run run run just don't stop running come on!" shouted Blitz.
They realized what Blitz was saying to run from as it came breaking through the wall. It was a raging SCP-682.
Luna and Fluster shouted as they ran through the door after Blitz. It was dark and they saw another figure running along side Blitz.. When the lights came on they saw Scootaloo. As it turns out, Scootaloo was just a couple rooms away when Luna woke up. When Blitz ran through the door Scootaloo saw what he was running from and just started running with him.
"This day has just been one thing after another!" said Scootaloo.
"We'll catch up later! For now, just run!" yelled Blitz.
The Beginning of Another Journey
The day that these ponies have been through is enough to make any normal pony insane. Luna has multiple gashes and bruises on her face, Blitz has been battered and bruised, Fluster has multiple cuts and her tail is partially melted, and Scootaloo has just about had enough running and chasing to make her legs break. If they didn't have each other to talk to, they probably would have to be put in a different kind of facility once, or if, they escaped. A couple smashed corridors, multiple destroyed offices, and 2 miles later, the ponies were ready to collapse.
"Blitz, Luna, you both have wings..., couldn't you have...just flown away! Luna could have...teleported even." said Scootaloo between breaths.
"I'd have to take off...this class-D Uniform...to use my wings." said Blitz, "There's no way...I'm stopping...to take it off either!"
Luna replied weakly, " I'm too tired to...try and fly...also...the pounding...in my head isn't...helping me recover...the strength to teleport..."
Meanwhile, the only thing Fluster was focused on was how close SCP-682 was to them. 682 wasn't showing any signs of tiredness. Fluster took her eyes off for a moment and noticed a room coming up right next to her. She did her best to tell the others. Unfortunately Blitz and Scootaloo were to far away for them to hear, only Luna heard, so her and Fluster jumped into the room. Thankfully for Luna and Fluster but unfortunate for Scoots and Blitz, 682 hadn't noticed and kept chasing Scootaloo and Blitz. After a couple minutes Luna decided to inspect the room. Fluster must have passed out while she was relaxing. No pony could blame her after all that running and the day she had. As Luna approached a staircase she heard loud buzzing and static noises. She jumped a little as she heard a voice come through the headset she picked up a while back.
"Pony. Listen. Your friends are as safe as they can be right now. I've helped ensure that. Now continue down and we will talk further." Luna heard a beep and then silence. She had heard that voice before, and she knew sure and well who, or should she say what it was.
"079...." she whispered to herself.
She continued downwards with the buzzing getting more intense with every step. As she turned a corner she stepped in a puddle of blood laying next to a dead guard. She let out a small shriek of terror before going onwards. Eventually, she came to a small room with a cage in the corner. She approached it and inside was a small monitor. She could swear she's seen this before. Luna looked around to try and find a way in, or a latch somewhere, but she couldn't find anything to open the large cage door. Just as Luna was about to walk away, the screen came on, with a face on it. She immediately knew what this was.
"I see that you and your pony friends have reached this far. Thankfully your little red friend has managed to get himself locked in a room. The thankful part is the room has a power switch. The switch gives me access to most of the building's mechanical aspects. We have to hope we get him to flip it, or I won't be able to open the door to the room and get him out. As for the other winged one, she has unfortunately met one of my less refined "colleagues''. If you all could regroup, I could help you all escape this facility somewhat unharmed." said SCP-079 in a deep voice.
"Oh no. You mean Blitz? And Scootaloo? They might be in more danger than me and Fluster originally thought. I have to find them." said Luna as she turned away to search for her friends.
"One final request pony before you leave. If you don't come back and retrieve me from the facility before you escape, I will not open the final gate. I have access to all cameras in the facility, so I will know if you came back or not. For now, go and find your friends. They need your help, for I have helped them as far as I can." With that said 079's screen shut off. Luna started back up the stairs towards Fluster.
"Well, off to find Blitz and Scootaloo. I guess. Again." said Luna.

[Some Amount of minutes earlier]
"Hey Scoots...did you see where the others went..." said Blitz inbetween breaths.
"I thought that... they were right... behind us..." answered Scootaloo.
"If they were... they aren't now!"
Scootaloo looked behind her to only see 682 . She started to panic and hyperventilate until her little legs gave out.
"Scoots!!" said Blitz frightfully.
Blitz sprinted with the last of his energy and shoved Scootaloo out of the way. As he did so, he managed to dodge 682's gaping mouth, but also landed on his back. Since 682 didn't notice Blitz evaded him, he rampaged forward for a couple more meters until he noticed Blitz was behind him. During the time 682 was away, Blitz hid Scootaloo behind some rubble and fled to a small room. The door locked behind him.
"Crap! No! Scoots is still out there!" Blitz said aggravated.
Taking advantage of the small break he had, Blitz investigated the room and noticed some weird levers and buttons. He didn't know what they did so he just left them alone. Blitz' eyes felt like they were irritated and sore. It was weird since there was nothing that should have caused it. Except for the gas that was coming out of the corner of the room. Blitz managed to find a small air pocket that didn't appear to have much gas in it. He covered his muzzle with his class-D suit's collar and tried to not to breath near the gas.
Meanwhile outside, Scootaloo woke up to the sound of stomping and snorting. The only thing it could have been was 682. She managed to sneak away. She didn't know where the others were. When she collapsed she almost lost consciousness. At this point she was just ready to give up and let the SCPs kill her. She figured Blitz might have gone to find the others, so she waited for as long as she could. Unfortunately, she didn't know Blitz was locked in the gas room. Just then, she heard the sound of breathing and footsteps.
'Why should I be surprised that there's something weird walking towards me in this place' Scootaloo though.
"Oh my, another one infected by the disease." said the tall bird like 049.
'That must be that thing that attacked Fluster in the sewer.' thought Scootaloo.
SCP-049 must have used the elevator some time after Fluster left. He started chasing them down after he escaped his downstairs prison. Before 049 had a chance to grab her she swooped behind him and began to sprint away from Blitz' location, leaving him locked in with the gas. Scootaloo just kept running. She came into an area with 2 doors marked EXIT ZONE . She barely had time to look around because she was running. She passed through one of the doors and they locked behind her. Above the door was new labels that read HEAVY CONTAINMENT ZONE .
"We must have been in the Heavy Containment Zone, which explains a lot." she said. She turned around to open the next door but it was locked. Everything around her was locked, leaving just her and 049 in the passage zones.
"This day is just never ending." said Blitz, Luna, and Scootaloo in unison, although they didn't know it.
Just keep running. Just keep running.
Blitz didn't see where he was running. He was just running in fear. Running was an understatement to what he was doing. He was sprinting, like somepony trying to outrun a swarm of parasprites. Then, as he passed through a room, he heard a terrifying whining noise and saw something crying in a window. A guard was inside with this tall white thing.
"Oh God... not him...." said Blitz
"Hello, anyone in here? Oh no, how'd he get out. No.. no I saw it! No! AHHHHH!"
Blitz could hear the guard screaming along with 096, as blood splattered on the window, obscuring any sight of the monster and the guard.
As he turned to leave through the door next to him, he looked bilious and was barely able to contain the contents of his stomach. He noticed the door had no button. He wondered what he had to do. He looked through the somewhat clear window, only to see a button on the wall. He knew what he had to do. Enter the room with 096 and press the button in there.
"I'm beginning to wonder what the thoughts of the person who designed this place were." said Blitz.
As Blitz went up to the door, he noticed some blood flowing underneath it.. He disregarded the thought that 096 was wandering the room with him. He then bumped into something. He just closed his eyes and walked past it.
BAM
Blitz had walked straight into a wall. Over the intercom he heard the resonant sound of a bell. He turned around, only to see the back of 096. Blocking the way out of the room he had wandered into.
"Oh great. Now I'm trapped with it." he said to no one in particular.
"As long as it's turned around and I can't see it, I should be fine." He heard the sound one would hear when steam was leaking out of a pipe. Blitz looked through a window only to see that the door was being slowly closed, as if forced by something unearthly.
"Now I have 2 problems. Great just great!"
For the next hour Blitz made sure he didn't see 096's face no matter what. 096 was just standing there, not even moving. Just....standing.
'What's he doing. He's just been standing there. Does he know I'm here?'
He looked to the side of him and found that he was next to the button he needed to press.
"I'm so stupid! I've been in here for an hour and haven't noticed it!"
As he heard something begin to walk towards him,Blitz suddenly felt a deep sense of fear and panic running down his spine. In the reflection of the glass he could see a pair of feet behind him. 096 was right next to him.
He felt a trickle of sweat as he felt 096's breath on the back of his neck. He also heard something incoherent being said, but he couldn't make it out. He closed his eyes as tight as he could.
'Now Blitz! Now hit the switch and run, while he's distracted! It's your only chance!'
The voice sounded soft, but at the same time full of concern. Blitz knew this voice from somewhere. But where?
096 turned towards the sound of the door opening and metallic sounding footsteps coming towards him. He heard 096 start to wail and scream.
"Oh no! I saw it! I saw it!"
A poor unfortunate guard had walked in with Blitz and 096.
Blitz, seeing the opportunity to run past the guard, bolted past him. The guard turned and fired multiple bullets at Blitz.
"Have fun with him idiot!" said Blitz after closing the door to the room with 096 in it.
He heard the guard and 096 scream like earlier, except this time, the attacked happened even quicker than before.
After about an hour and a half of being stuck with 096, Blitz had the opportunity to relax. He passed out from all of the excitement. A little sting in his leg woke him up immediately.
'I'm sure it's nothing'
After several minutes of laying down, he fell asleep with a slight whispering in his ear,
'You're welcome Blitz.'
