Flashback: Transphobia

Button had told her mother what she was. She was nervousely waiting for her mother to go out of her shock at the new and muster a response.

She had expected a lot of reaction, anger, disgust or even if she was lucky acceptance like Sweetie Belle. But she hadn't expect sadness. "w-Why didn't you told me sooner Button?" She ask as tears roll down her cheeks.

"I-I was afraid you would hate me." Button admitted.

Milano gave a hug to her so-daugther while brushing her mane softly. "I would never hate you." She said reassurely. The moment was brocken when she gasp in realisation.

"Do you know what that mean?! I will finally be able to pass some girl time with you!" Milano squee excitedly.

What have I done? Button through to herself.

Button shifted nervousely in front of the door. A week had passed since she admit that she was transgender and she had finally decide to come see Lyra's LGBT group.

The group met once a week at Bon Bon's shop. Button muster her courage and knocked at the door. The minty green Unicorn she had meet a few days ago opened the door and smiled when she saw Button.

"Hey you made it!" She exclaimed cheerfully and motioned Button to follow, the brown Earth Pony nervousely followed her. They trotted upstair and were greet by a small group of ponies who each sat on small pillows.

Button saw a few familiar faces like miss Aloe and the son of Fleur de Lis, Leaf. "Ok everypony today we have a new guest, his name is Button." Lyra said with her ever-present excited grin.

"Hello Button!" Almost everypony greeted her except for a stallion who seemed indifferent.

"Since we have a new guest we should present ourself. I will begin, hi I'm Lyra and I'm attracted to mares."

Aloe smile at me before speaking. "I'm Aloe and I used to be a male." Even if she arleady knew it. It's hard to imagine her not being a mare at some point. Button through to herself.

The bored stallion was next. "I'm Yaoi, my name say it all." He replied not seeming to care about what was happening around him.

The last one to talk was Leaf, he was the youngest member of the group. "My name is Leaf I'm technically not supposed to be here, but since my race is victim of indiscrimination Lyra said it was ok for me to join." His race, what did he meant by that? But Button got her responce as the young colt was enveloped in a green fire. When it died down the same colt was there except he had fangs, bug wings and a black horn.

"c-Changeling," Button stared dumbly at him.

"Yes I'm half changeling got a problem with that?" Leaf ask with challenging expression.

"o-Of course not!" Button raise her hooves defensively.

"So now that we all introduced ourself how about you do it Button?" Lyra ask with a smile.

Button gulped, but figure they would be hypocrite to judge her, right? "h-Hi my name is Button Mash... and I'm transgender."

"Welcome Button! Take a seat here, tonight we play bingo!" Lyra annouced excitedly and the ponies and the changeling hybrid all cheered.

Button smiled, they didn't even seem to cared what she was they greeted her as if she was arleady their friends not only that but during all the day they even use the female pronouns even through she looked nothing like a mare.

Button didn't noticed but Yaoi occasionally glared at her with an angry scowl before returning to his false bored expression.

"Bye Button see ya next time!" Lyra said cheerfully as she left Bon Bon's shop to go home.

"Bye Lyra." She replied tiredly and decided to take a shorcut in a alley she was familiar with. It's wasn't the most welcoming place it's was one of the only place in Ponyville where they had trash in the road. And there was the occasional grumpy cats wandering around here from time to time.

If she was anywhere else Button wouldn't be caugh dead in this place. But it's was Ponyville, the only crimes here was damage of properties and most of them was accidental.

"Hello Button Mash." A voice filled with disgust said behind her. She spun around and saw a familiar Unicorn.

"Yaoi? What are you doing here?" She ask with a hint of fear.

"I'm just doing a favor to Equestria." Without warning the stallion's horn glow and he withdrew a knife from his saddle-bag. Button tried to run but it's was too late. Yaoi catch up with her and stab her two times in the bag.

Button fell on the ground gasping for air as a puddle of blood rapidly formed around her. Yaoi smirked down at her. "Nothing personal you bucking trap, but Prince Blueblood will pay me handsomely if I kill the likes of you. I would also kill your little spa friend but 'she' has too much connection with some element bearers. You on the other hoof you're worthless. It will be easy money once I'm in Canterlot." He chuckled and placed a finisher on the ground before leaving his victim agonizing alone in the dark alley.

"h-Help...somepony...*Cough* please help me! *Cough*" She was fighting a losing battle to stay awake and too soon her world went completely dark and silent...

Prince Blueblood was a true example of what royalty should be. He cared about the only ponies that matter which was the royal family and the nobles. The commoner were only there to serve the ones above them nothing more, nothing less.

While Celestia was busy stuffing her fat flank with cakes, Luna stalking ponies in their dreams, Cadence rutting her husband like a bunny, Twilight mingling with some filthy commoners and Epona sleeping all her days away. Blueblood did what really matter, which was the extermination of these blasphemous LGBT groups.

He would never forget the day he vowed himself to destroy this crazy notion of same sex couples. Her name was Octavia, she was one of his guilty pleasures, in the time he often passed entire days looking at her praticing her cello in the garden. She was a Earth Pony and wasn't even born from a noble family but somehow she made her place in the Canterlot society.

So one day he decided he would dare to tarnish his perfect reputation and ask her on a date, surely a commoner couldn't even dream to refuse his advances. He would never forget her response. 'I'm sorry but I don't play in the same orchestra as you, if you know what I mean. And even if I was I wouldn't go out with somepony who treated mares like dirt'.

He was furious and called the guards and told them to knock out of her head this silly notion of homosexuality but the reaction he got surprised him to no end. Not only the guards but also the nobles look outraged that he would suggest such a thing.

And that when he understood. Celestia over the years had gone out of her way to show that it's was okay to be different and the poor sheeps that are the ponies bough it. He would have to fix that and now that these LGBT groups had pop up he could strike and make these filthy ponies be afraid of what they are.

He knew he couldn't destroy all of them not without attracting the attention of Celestia he would began by the minority of their group which was the transgenders. He was sure that after a while he would earn some follower and then he would strike bigger.

Blueblood was interupted in his through as his phone rang. "Hello? Who is this?"

"It's Yaoi, I killed a transgender from the LGBT group of Ponyville. His name is or more precisely was Button Mash. I'm waiting for my payment at the usual spot."

"Good" Blueblood smiled in triumph. "I will see you later." He hung up and trotted out of his room. As he left the castle a dark figure eyed the prince suspiciously.
