It was a warm and sunny day, perfect weather for a picnic for anypony wanting to get out in Ponyville. Fluttershy was out tending to the many animals throughout Ponyville. Spike had gone over to Rarity’s house to help her and Sweetie-Belle with a designing project. Rainbow Dash was practicing her moves throughout the sky, training for the Wonderbolts. They were coming in a few days, and she was more ready than ever to try out for them. Pinkie was in the kitchen helping Mrs. Cake while Mr. Cake went to the market to buy some more supplies. Big Macintosh was out in the orchards that day, bucking the apples down out of the trees while Granny Smith watched over Apple Blossom. Applejack and her fiance were at the doctor's await word on their baby to see if it was boy or girl (Applejack just had an ultrasound). Twilight, however, was in the library, marveling about how the due date for her paper was that night. She hadn’t been able to find anything to write about, and was practically losing her mind over it. She had never been tardy on a paper before, and she never wanted to be either. Celestia would be so mad if Twilight had been tardy; she would probably pull her out of Ponyville and back to Canterlot.
"What do I do?! I can't write about anything! There's nothing going on!" She exclaimed. "I tried writing about Applejack, but apparently Celestia doesn't count pregnancy as a lesson in friendship. Ugh!"
She was pacing back and forth trying to think of something to do.
"I know! I'll create something! That should work, but what should I do...?"
She thought for half an hour before she started to tremble. She thought of Pinkie and how she went insane recently. Of her mental instability. She lost reason and thought of murder. Of dumping the murdered at Sugarcube Corner. She left, to soon return with her victim.

“Well, that’s ah mighty fine job there Macintosh!” Applejack said, having just returned and watched
her brother just buck an entire orchard in less than an hour.
“Eeyup.” He responded, not knowing what much else to say, since he’s done it plenty before.
Meanwhile, deep in the trees of Sweet Apple Acres, Twilight had been watching the two, waiting, waiting, waiting, for Big Macintosh to leave. No way she could take on the two, not even with her magical abilities.
“Soon enough dear, you shall be Mine! Mine I tell you!” Twilight softly spoke to herself, making sure to keep quiet so she wouldn’t blow her cover.
“I’m going to head back down to the farmhouse, why don’t you finish up for me and get all these apples back to the harvest house?” Big Macintosh asked her sister.
“You betcha Big Mac!” Applejack said with pride, since she took pride in everything that she did. “I’ll have it all done by sundown.”
“Ok, come get me if you have any troubles, Okay? Last thing we need is you straining yourself with another life on board.” Macintosh told Applejack.
“No problem Big Macintosh! I’ll see you at dinner.” Applejack said with a smile as her brother walked away. “Now, to finish up with these apples.”
“Yes, yeeeees. Walk away now Macintosh, let Twi Twi do her work.” Said Twilight, practically losing her mind now the her plan was being set into motion. “Okay, okay, time to get it done.” she said as she straightened her appearance out so that she didn’t looking insane.
“Why Howdy Twilight! What brings ya round here today?” Applejack asked the purple unicorn as she walked up towards her.
“Oh nothing.” Twilight responded. “I just needed to have a, you know, private chat with you... In the Library.”
“Well... Ah’ve got alot of apples to move, it won’t take long will it?” Applejack asked, worried about the time.
“Ohh no dear, it won’t take too terribly long at all. I just wanted to have a chat with you about some secret things.” Twilight responded, hoping she would take the bait; she was on the verge of sweating.
“Well, Okay! If it shouldn’t take that long!” Applejack responded with enthusiasm.
Twilight almost blew her cover by going nuts she was so happy Applejack agreed to come with her. “Okay, right this way!”

After arriving back at the Library, Twilight struck up a random chat with AJ to try and ease her a little. Then, when AJ asked for something to drink, Twilight did so, but she drugged it with a chemical to knock her out so that Twilight could kill her without a struggle.
“Wait,” she said to herself while fixing up Applejack’s ‘Coffee,’ “What if I could add a lot of this chemical into her drink? I could use her to study the Earth Pony anatomy; yes, yes I must!” Then she called out to AJ having added all of the chemical that she wanted, “Applejack, dear, you’re coffee’s ready!”
After walking back into the Main Study, Twilight gave her the spiked coffee. “Well thank ya Twi! I really needed this here coffee, I’m startin to feel a tad bit sleepy.” Applejack drank the coffee up “That’s better!” She said. She went from alert to out cold in 3 seconds.
“Wow,” Twilight said after Applejack had long been knocked out, “This worked better than I thought!” She said this as the lifted her up with her magic and took her to an empty bed frame with some leather straps waiting....

Applejack’s eyes started to open and close slowly, in and out of consciousness. Then, when feeling her back up against metal bars, she woke wide awake to see the ceiling of the Library. When she tried to move, she realized she was tied down. When she looked to see what had tied her down, all she saw was her leather strap restraints and herself. “What in tarnation happened, and what in the hay is going on?” she asked herself, trying to remember what happened.
“So, I see that you have awaken.” Said a mysterious voice, from which Applejack could not see the speaker.
“What, who are you, where am I, what have you done?!” Applejack asked the voice, enraged that this thing had tied her up. “Imma tell Macintosh on yew!”
“Oh, don’t worry dear...” The voice said, and as it spoke, a pony came into view. It was a purple unicorn; It was, Twilight Sparkle. “...that won’t be necessary my darling.”
When seeing it was Twilight, Applejack laughed at first, in denial at the thought of Twilight harming her. She had now remembered everything. “You had me all worked up and stuff for a second. Haha; good one. Now, how about lettin me out sugarcube?” AJ asked Twilight.
With a face mixed with anger and disappointment, Twilight just stared at Applejack. “I don’t see why you’re in denial, dear Applejack. You’re a smart girl, you should know what’s happening by now.”
Applejack plead frantically with Twilight “No, no no no! This just ain’t right Twi, dear. There’s no need to hurt me. I’m sure that if I ever hurt you or your feelings, or did anything wrong, I can make it up, promise. What did I ever do to you Twilight? Where did I go wrong? Can’t y’all let a gal off with a warning and slap on the neck?”
Twilight responded to this, with a sense of frustration and calmness together, “You never hurt me Applejack. You never went wrong. You were always good to me, and it doesn’t please me that I have to do this, but I must if I wish to push back that due date.”
Upon hearing this, Applejack became enraged, “So THAT’S what this is all about? The silly little paper of yours? Why in tarnation must you hurt me Twilight. Why does injury have to be the answer?”
Twilight, with a sense of reassurance in her voice, responded calmly to the enraged Earth Pony, “Applejack, I can assure you that injury is not my answer to this paper. By now, you must be confused, so let me tell you it all. My plan was to kidnap then kill you, and dump your body at Pinkie’s since she had that recent meltdown over a party. Celestia would have surely moved the date back since I can’t write much about friendship when one of my friends have died from another one of those friends killing her. But after you got knocked out, I decided to do a little more, and you will now be my specimen on discovering the insides of an Earth Pony. Now you be a good little filly throughout this procedure or your death will be long and painful.”
Tears had filled the eyes of Applejack. “Oh, I see. Well, if it has to be this way, then I guess it’s too late to go back now.” Hanging her head low, trying to hide from the reality and certain death to fall upon her, she mumbles her last words, “Granny Smith, I’m sorry I never turned out to be the mare you wanted me to be. Macintosh, sorry that I never was the hard worker you wished I was and that I’ve ruined your life a little. Apple Blossom... I’m sorry for all of the times I’ve hurt you and your feelings, and always underestimating you. I’ve always found you as the little foal, but it’s time you took over as mare of the house.”
Twilight, still with a straight face, began her final words, “Sorry it had to be this way, but, it has to be done. Our friendship, just like my paper, has expired, and someponies’ good times have to come to an end.” And with that, she punched Applejack hard in the face, disorienting Applejack. While she was temporarily disoriented, Twilight grabbed her ‘Tool Table,’ containing just about every tool you would see in a morgue and a few additional items. By this time, she had lost all sense other than the sense to brutally murder and destroy the pony that was liad out in front of her.
She started off by grabbing a scalpel and cutting a large square of skin off of Applejack's chest, revealing her chest cavity. She used her magic to cauterize the bleeding so that the blood wouldn't interfere with her playing with organs. She got a hammer and hit Applejack hard in the sternum. It shattered into many pieces that flew about in her chest cavity. This made Applejack whimper in pain.
"P-please, just make sure m-my child l-lives." Applejack muttered.
Twilight instantly stopped and grabbed a bone saw.
Applejack began to tremor at the sight of the bone saw. Twilight put it up to Applejack's left arm just below the shoulder and began to saw into her arm. Applejack cringed and thrashed with pain, letting out a cry of bloody murder. It seemed like forever for both of them, but Twilight finally sawed Applejack's arm off and had cauterized the bleeding from the shoulder.
After cutting Applejack's arm off, Twilight decided to have some fun. Without preparing her, or getting her wet, Twilight shoved the arm up Applejack's vagina. It made Applejack's vaginal walls tear in many places. It also broke the barrier separating vagina from uterus, and entered the uterus deeply. Twilight then used that arm like a dildo, forcing it in and out of Applejack repeatedly.
Applejack began to cry and vomit with pain. "Please, stop!" She begged in between vomiting.
"No way, this is kinda fun," said Twilight.
She continued for a few more minutes, before taking the arm out and tossing it aside. The arm was covered with blood and gore.
Twilight then performed a caesarean section and pulled the fetus out. The unborn foal was nothing but a large heap of red mush.
Upon seeing her child in this shape, Applejack began to cry intensely, and even more so when Twilight hovered the mush over Applejack's face. Eventually, Twilight used her magic to pry open AJ's mouth, shoved the mush into it, and made Applejack eat her own unborn foal's mushed remains. Applejack tried resisting, but every step of the wat, Twilight used her magic to make her chew and swallow the fetus.
After she had finished and vomited most of it up, Twilight went on the the next step. She went back to Applejack's chest cavity and used a scalpel to sever the lungs from her breathing pipe. She used one to wipe all over Applejack, who hadn't passed out yet and couldn't vomit anymore, and the other as a ball, throwing it against the wall. The splatting noise it made as it hit the wall made Twilight giggle. She then used a bone saw to saw her ribs out of her body. She discarded the saw and used a dirty scalpel to cut another square out of her skin, revealing her guts.
She was just about to start playing with the intestines when she heard the door open and close, with Spike and Rarity talking about how much of a success Spike thought her new clothing line would be. Twilight was quick to react, instantly gagging Applejack, even though AJ was smart and wasn't going to try and call out. Twilight then gazed down into the main hall of the Library to see Spike and Rarity looking at the mess made during Twilight and AJ’s ‘chat’ earlier in the day. “I’m upstairs you two, why don’t you come up here?” Twilight said, preparing a large steak knife for when the came up. Steps could be heard as Spike and Rarity ascended the stairwell. Twilight had two knifes ready with her magic when the two entered the room. Almost instantly Twilight drove the 1st knife into Rarity’s flank. When the knife pierced her rear end, Rarity let out such a cry Twilight was sure Celestia herself heard it.
“Shut up you whore, do you want to die?!?!” Twilight yelled at Rarity, pulling the knife out with her magic and putting it the Rarity’s throat. “Spike, say nothing and sit down in your bed.” Spike did as he was told, trying to avoid the bed frame the held Applejack. Twilight used her magic to get rope and cloths and tied and gagged the two and put them into the corner.
Twilight returned to Applejack after finishing the job with Rarity and Spike. She used a cleaver to cut out Applejack's large intestines and squeezed their contents all over Spike and Rarity. Spike cringed and Rarity vomited and gagged on the vomit that couldn't leave her mouth. Once the intestine was empty, Twilight used it as a blindfold on Applejack. She the cut Applejack's destroyed uterus with another dirty scalpel and ate it to see what it tasted like. She then got the scalpel to start loosening the small intestines.

Rainbow Dash had just attempted to do a triple-whammy-double-awesome-loop-da-loop, something she had been trying to do all day for her Wonderbolt auditions. She bombed it this run and and almost ran into Twilight’s balcony door. Fortunately she was able to stop herself, but had decided to visit. She had just touched down when she saw a trail of blood on the floor inside the tree leading around the corner.
“What the?!” Dash had said to herself, knowing not to speak loudly since she felt the area was unsafe.
She proceeded to circle the tree, looking through all the windows, and what she found she couldn't believe. Her best friend Applejack had been tied up and was being tortured by Twilight, who had also tied up and gagged Rarity and even Spike, the baby dragon! She wanted to run to the mayor to get the police, but she knew the police the bust down the front door, which would give Twilight enough time to kill Applejack. She knew that it was up to her to save her friends that hadn’t gone psycho. She then came up with a plan: she would buck out the window closest to the bed frame that held Applejack, and should then fly and buck Twilight in the face, and before recovering enough for her to use magic, Dash would grab one of the tools off her table, probably one of the steak knifes, and stab Twilight right in her brain stem. It would be hard to do, but she could possibly pull it off. Just as she was giving it final thoughts, she found a pair of purple eyes staring right into hers. Dash knew her cover was blown, and she had to act fast. In one quick motion, Dash punched out the window and threw herself in. She then sprung with her hind legs towards the bed the held Applejack. Before Dash could reach Twilight, however, Twilight used her magic to undo the restraints holding down Applejack and sat her up. Before she could stop herself, Dash collided hoof first into Applejack’s temple, knocking her, and all of her internal organs, to the floor. Enraged, Dash bucked at Twilight from across the frame. Fortunately, she landed a hoof right into Twilight’s snout, disorienting her momentarily. In those moments, Dash ran over to Applejack and saw she, in spite of her best efforts, had died. Her guts spilled all over the floor, her blood literally all over the room and its occupants. Just as Twilight regained her bearing, so did Dash, who hurled herself towards the table containing Twilight’s tools. She had just enough time to grab a hacksaw before Twilight stabbed Rainbow in her left lung with a steak knife, using her magic. In spite of this, Dash had a boost of adrenaline flowing through her, and had enough energy to make a wild go for Twilight’s horn. Against all odds, Rainbow Dash hit her mark, cutting into Twilight’s horn. Pain had taken over control of Twilight, so Dash had used this window of time to go at her horn again, this time completely severing it from Twilight’s head. She then used all of her force to dislodge the knife stuck in her chest, but halfway through, she collapsed in pain. Twilight had just began to regain her bearings, and strutted over to Dash.
“You ruined it all you sick, dumb FUCK!” Twilight screamed at Rainbow Dash. She then knelt down and removed the knife. She had then began to raise the knife to manually stab Dash, but Spike had, out of nowhere, jumped Twilight. Though he had the element of surprise, Twilight easily threw the baby dragon off, and out the opened window Dash broke through, 33 feet above the ground.
Twilight then stared at the window in which her Number 1 assistant just flown out of. In the time Twilight was staring, Dash got a small bit of confidence and adrenaline, and made a jump for the knife. She successfully seized it, and jumped at Rarity, cutting her ropes. Dash had just finished when Twilight put Dash in a choke hold from behind and hoisted her away. In the fray Dash dropped the knife, but neither Dash nor Twilight noticed it fell.
The two began throwing punches at each other, standing on their hind legs, and using their front legs to throw punches. Twilight began to gain the upper hand since she wasn't bleeding and having her left lung collapse like Dash was.
Rarity, who had just ungagged herself was in pain, more pain than she had ever felt before. It was like having 3 periods at once and having them located in her left flank rather than her genitals. Her vision had a grayish tint to it and was blurred, and her hearing was faint and had a slight ringing. She couldn't move a single muscle in her body, including her heart, without pain surging throughout her body. Then she looked over and saw the fight between Twilight and Dash. She saw Dash’s injury, and saw that Twilight was winning. She then saw a shiny object on the floor. She flipped herself to where she was laying on her underside and began to crawl towards that object to see what it was. As she eventually made it, she saw it in fact was a knife. She then picked it up, and got ready to pounce. She rolled her head to look towards Twilight and Rainbow Dash. Dash was now laying on her back, Twilight’s hoof raised in the air, about to hit Dash in the snout with all her might. Before Rarity could even think ‘Oh no!,’ she threw the knife by instinct, watching the blade spin through the air, its edge gleaming in the sun. It then sunk itself in Twilight’s throat, hitting her vein and jugular at once. Dark red blood began to run out of Twilight's throat. She tried grabbing at her throat to stop the bleeding, but it was useless. She stumbled around, blood running everywhere, mixing with Applejack's blood, which had started to thicken. After a few minutes, Twilight fell to her knees, then to the ground, motionless.
All was calm, motionless, and noiseless for what seemed like an eternity to Rarity. She not dared to move, but she wanted to crawl over to Dash, since she hadn’t moved ever since Rarity threw the knife. Just when all hope for the two had been lost, a noise was heard that kept Rarity from drifting off. Before long, a police pegasus entered the room. Almost vomiting upon seeing the carnage waged by Twilight and the fight, he nearly left the room, but Rarity found the adrenaline in her to raise her hoof. The officer then rushed over to her.
“Miss, are you okay?” He asked
“Why yes darling,” she replied, “I’m fine, but please tend to my friend Rainbow Dash, she’s injured really bad.” She then pointed at Dash.
The officer nodded and ran over to check on Dash. While doing so, Rarity found the strength to get up and walk over to Dash.
“She’s hurt badly, we have ambulance workers outside, help me move her.” The officer told Rarity.
“Okay,” she responded, “Show me how to do this.”
The officer then told her to grab Dash’s left shoulder as he grabbed her right shoulder. When the two were ready, the officer told Rarity to run, so she did. The officer matched her pace, and the two dragged Rainbow Dash, who had just begun to regain consciousness, outside to the balcony. When they got there, Rainbow Dash was carried down to ground level by ambulance workers and taken to the ambulance where it would depart minutes into the future to go to the hospital. Rarity was then helped down by the officer, and was told another ambulance would be coming shortly. She then turned her head, and to her surprise, saw Fluttershy, and seated propped upon her back, Spike!
Rarity rushed over and began to frantically ask questions. “Spike! Are you okay? How are you? How did you live?”
Fluttershy responded to the questions intended for Spike, “I was walking along the path when I saw him fly out the window. So I flew up and caught him before he landed. After that, he told me everything he saw, so we rushed to the police, and came straight back.”
Rarity was relieved that help arrived when it did, that Spike was caught by Fluttershy, that she found the knife, that she killed Twilight. She was still thinking when the officer came up to her.
“An ambulance has arrived," the officer informed her before leaving.
There was a silence between the ponies and dragon. Spike broke the silence, “Go on Rarity, go get yourself healed up, I’m fine since Fluttershy caught me, go ahead, go get treated.”
"Fine, but meet me at the hospital. Check on Dashie for me when you get there, too."
When they nodded, Rarity went to the ambulance and got in.
"These medicines aren't overdue, are they?" She asked the worker as she climbed in, closing the doors behind her.
