Robo-hoof's replica

As we strolled down the streets of pony Ville in a bright sunset we suddenly felt like we were being followed and decided to give our follower a run for his/her money and booked it to twilights house

*pant* *pant* “were here finally” I said to my friend “at least we lost it… I think” he said back not even fatigued… we went in the house only to find that twilight was not home… or so we thought suddenly spike, a purple dragon with a rather small size, came out of nowhere and said

“Hey if you guys are looking for twilight she’s upstairs working on her new invention…again” he said seeming a bit annoyed

“Ok thank you spike” I said looking at how tired he was after a long day with twilight “Let’s go Robo-hoof we have a task here remember?” I said looking at my companion

“Ok I’m coming…”

As we walked up the stairs I saw rainbow dash and twilight, a purple unicorn with incredible magical powers and also the prodigy of princess Celestia herself staring over the invention of hers. As I came closer twilight finally broke the silence and said

“So you did make it and… you brought some pony else?” she said turning her attention to us

“Well, yes I did I figured that he may want to see what you were working on” I said turning to Robo-hoof

“Well both of you have a seat and have a look.” She said giving us pillows to sit on

“Thanks twilight now let’s see what yo----…” I paused I saw a half assembled robotic pony just like Robo-hoof but instead of a pegasus he was an earth pony

“This is just so awkward looking at another one of my kind and in this condition… let me help finish him.” Robo-hoof said as he leaned in closer on to the metal platform on which the invention sat.

“Well Robo-hoof I guess you two will be working together for a while eh?” I said looking at the both of them. “I guess” they both said in unison as I walked of back home as it was already 3:00 in the afternoon

“*sigh* well I guess I have to get back to my paper work” I said to myself remembering that I had a job in the royal palace staff and that I had to fill out the forms in 3 days’ time “wait! Wait!” a voice called out from my side

“Huh?!” I whispered to myself as I spun around to look at who was calling. It was apple tree, an ivory mare earth pony that had a black mane and tail who was also a friend of mine, came running towards me and said “Your shipment of apple cider will have to be delayed by about a couple of days is that ok?” she said with a worried look on her face as she came up beside me.

“It’s fine I’ll just check in every now and then” I said reassuring the mare that I wouldn’t get annoyed at the news. “Ok thank you heat horn” she said looking at me relieved. “Well I guess I’ll get going” she said turning away to walk back to sweet apple acres, the farm that her and her family had been working and living on.

“Hold on a minute would you like to stay a bit… you know for some cupcakes maybe?” I said looking a bit sheepish.

“Ok then I think I’ll stay for a while I could use a break from the usual apple bucking on the farm you know.” She said, a tired look creeping up on her face.

“So let’s go to sugar cube corner maybe pinkie pie is home” I said pointing to the curb nearby. “Ok that sounds good. Let’s go!” she said looking back at me.

As we went to the bakery we were approached by pinkie pie, a pink earth pony with a slightly darker shade of pink for a mane, even when talking to us she had not stopped bouncing as she continued towards the bakery she said “what can I get the both of you?”  She said as we were entering the doors

“I’ll have a rainbow frosted whole wheat cupcake please” I said taking my seat in the moderately filled dining area of the bakery “I’ll have a sunflower sandwich please” apple tree said as she took her seat.

“Okey-dokey-lokie” pinkie pie said galloping off to the kitchen. As she was preparing the food we told stories of events that had transpired when either of us was not present. As time went by the sun began to set and we both left and went our separate ways.
