Charming Crush

It was a normal day in Ponyville, as usual. I Woke up, brush my hair, ate breakfast, and saw Charming Twirl. Charming Twirl the unicorn lives that right next door to me. I like him. It is pretty obvious, many of my Ponyville friends already know the secret. But we hardly speak, never said a hi, always looked at each other.In his eyes, I could see that he likes me, but I'm still not sure. I need to know more. Mist twirl always says it's fine, it's not. He always hangs out with other mares. It's confusing if he likes me or not. This morning was like any other, we walked out the door, he looked at me, I looked at him, we both blushed and we looked away. I was suppose to meet Breezy(her nickname) aka Breeze Daze near the Ponyville town hall but when I got there, no one was there.

"Hey Hearty!" A certain voice called."Heart Charmer! Get over here!I got news!" I soon found it was Breezy and Mist Dasher calling. Misty dash(nickname) is a good friend of mine. I hang out with her occasionally. They were waving their hoofs in the air to get my attention. I trotted over to where they are.

"What news?" I asked them.

"Mist Flicker told us that Charming likes you!" Breezy jumped up and down while Dash was doing the often "Oooh la la".

Honestly, I'm not that excited about this. They always tell me these short, small details but nothing is new, for some reason, I don't believe it. " Cool! Great! Well anyways, what's up?" I said cheerfully, totally ignoring what they said.

"Well, Cider season is coming up!" Dash said." And uh... guys, I think somepony likes me."

"What! Who?" Breeze asked anxiously.

" Trusty Charger"

"Ooooo!" Me and Breezy teased.

"Guys shush!" Mist Dasher whispered.

" Do you like him?" I asked.

"No." Mist Dasher frowned, rolling her eyes.

" Carrot for 1 bit! Come get your delicious carrots!" The Ponyville market was crowded with ponies. I was out shopping with Emerald Charmer, a pony friend of mine,  to complete my checklist of things to buy." Okay so I got my tomato's, dog food for Milky and...." I was muttering about my list when suddenly I crashed into some pony. " Oh my! I am..." A familiar stallion stopped his line. " Umm... It's okay," I stood up, Emerald helped me up, then I noticed that it was Charming Twirl! We both blushed unstoppable. I looked away. My heart was beating so quickly, I couldn't stop blushing. Emerald was snickering.

"Uhh..." I muttered.

" Sorry I.. uh... bumped into you..." He apologized.

" It's... Okay." I answered softly. Then he picked up his saddlebag and fruit he dropped and walked away. His face was totally red. Mine was too. " Are you okay, Heart Charmer?" Emerald asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I was too busy looking at Charming twirl as he walked away.

Few days later, I was still thinking about that. I seem to can't get it off my head. It wasn't the first time I saw him blush or looking away from me, it was bumping into him. But that doesn't really matter now.  I saw him talking with Sugar Sprinkles the other day through the window and she was just totally flirting with him. That's why there is a positive side and negative side of my, well, crush. I feel really jealous when he talks with other mares. I'm at my room right now and I looked out the window which faces Charming's room. I saw him reading Daring Do. Then he saw me. Again, we both looked away and blushed. I lie down and gather up my thoughts and relaxed. Milky came into my room and wants to lay down beside me. Milky is my white pet dog, really quiet but playful.

" Heart Charmer! Time for dinner! It's hay and lettuce sandwich!" My mom called me from downstairs, popping my bubble. When I went down I met my brother, Charming Charmer and my dad.I sat down and watched my mother feed Milky. As I ate, I thought of Charming twirl. Who does he actually like?

A door knock interrupted my thoughts one afternoon. Surprisingly, it was Sugar Sprinkles, a mare that likes Charming Twirl as well.

"Uhh.. Hi," I greeted her.

"Hey Heart Charmer! Let me tell you something. No effense or anything but, I think Charming Twirl likes me. I don't know. Sorry if I made you mad." She told me. Yes. She knows my little secret but now I have a feeling Sugar likes him too.

" Oh.... Yeah." I muttered.

"Well, bye! See you soon!" she walked away.I saw her smiled as she walked away. Not a cheerful one, but sort of mean.

I shut the door and went up to my room. Now I have a really big feeling that Sugar Sprinkles likes Charming Twirl. Since she knows I like him, Sugar is probably gonna talk and flirt with him until he ACTUALLY likes her and get together, leaving me being history. I know, I have silly thoughts. Anyways, her smile told me something and gave me a clue. She might be planning that "thing" but I'm not sure....

Today, Emerald wants me to meet a friend of her's which, she said would give me advice and to be honest, I need it. I was walking through the corners of Ponyville searching for Emerald. Then I saw her house, she was there waiting for my arrival.

"Finally," she pleaded" Twilight is desperate to meet you,come on!" Then Emerald Charmer just dragged me to this tree house. She knocked on the door. A purple Unicorn walked out the door.

"Hey! I see we have company!" She said.

"Yep! Oh Twilight? This is the unicorn I wanted you to meet." Emerald replied.

"Hi! My name is Heart Charmer." I said.

" Nice to meet you Heart Charmer! I'm Twilight Sparkle. I am a student of Princess Celestia." Twilight replied.

Twilight let us in to her treehouse and it was full of books. She picked out on that is titled; Crush.

"Let see here.... Okay. Um... what problems do you have Heart Charmer?" She asked me.

" Well, I don't know who he likes and I need a way to make me talk to him," I told her.

"Okay......Ah! Here! Don't be shy. Instead be strong and do not be afraid. Take a risk that would change your life." Twilight red.

I sighed. There is no way I could take a risk. I am not strong enough. I am totally shy. Twilight saw my face and put her hoof around me.

"My advice is to ask your friends and maybe my friends for help." Twilight said in my ear.

"Twilight! Twilight! Heart Charmer should meet your friends!" Emerald squealed.

"Let's get some advice." She said

I smiled.

"And this is Fluttershy. She loves animals and creatures. And she is really kind and shy." Twilight said as she knocked on the door.

We already met 4 of Twilight's friends; Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Rarity. Apart from Rarity, they know nothing about crushes. Fluttershy opened the door.

"Hey Twilight! Who are these ponies?" She asked.

"Fluttershy, this is Emerald Charmer and Heart Charmer." Twilight introduced. We both said hi to her.

"Oh... but ...uh... Twilight. Could you excuse me? Angel needs his food right now and you know how angry Angel would be without his food, right?"

"Ya....Bye...then" Twilight said. Fluttershy shut the door.

"That went well." She rolled her eyes.

" It's okay Twilight. I don't mind," I told her. She looked and smiled.

Then she jumped up. "I got an idea! My brother! He could help you! He fell in love once with Princess Cadence! He will have advice for you!"

"Maybe not now Twilight. The sun is almost down. We should go." Emerald said.

"I'll meet you tomorrow, okay Heart Charmer?" She asked.

"Sure" I replied.
