Your's faithfully, Professor Oak." Celestia was still puzzled by the event, She took a small look inside of the parcel, and surely enough, there was the promised egg inside, it was beige in colour with green spots. Celestia took a note and wrote down onto it "My Faithful Student, Twilight Sparkle, I have received a strange egg from an alternate world, as Princess, I have to attend to other needs, I will send you the letter and parcel I got sent, Your Mentor, Princess Celestia." The alicorn sent off the letter.

Twilight levitated the book downwards and proceeded to read it. "Step 1. Do not let any Crazy Party Ponies near the egg. Step 2. Obtain the assistance of an Animal caretaker. Step 3: Treat the Egg like a normal egg until it hatches. Step 4. Treat the newborn with whatever it seems to desire, whether it be racing, or eating, or dress making." Twilight chuckled a bit, seeing an obvious link between her and her friends, speaking of which, Twilight remembered the important meeting she had with Fluttershy. "This would be a perfect way to get this Egg from an alternate dimension to hatch!" She thought to herself. "Spike! Could you watch over the library while I'm off to Fluttershy's cottage?" She asked as she was about to leave the door. "Sure thing Twi!" The Purple dragon responded as the alicorn left the library in a tree.

Eventually, Twilight reached Fluttershy's cottage she knocked on the door with her hoof. "Fluttershy? are you in?" Twlight asked, abit softly, as not to scare the yellow pegasus. "Yes... I heard from Spike that you had an egg for me to take care of aswell, and don't worry... I'll make Sure Pinkie Pie doesn't get near it... If that's ok with you..." The Pink Maned Yellow Pegasus said quietly. The two walked into the cottage, with Twilight softly laying the egg onto a medium sized cotton sheet. Right when the two Ponies were about to chat, the egg showed signs of hatching, small cracks appeared on the egg. Fluttershy was startled, the only thing that came out of her mouth was "Oh... The Egg, it's hatching!"
