How does one deal with the loss of a friend? It differs from pony to pony, but for a young filly, it simply is too much to handle.

So, here's my very first time trying my hoof in pony fiction (or any fanfiction, for that matter).
Please comment and point out what I'm doing wrong (because sure as hay I'm screwing up at some point).
