I Cast You Out: The Story Begins
"Um your highness, I have the update on Prince Leek." A Saiyan Guard said.
"Yes give your report." King Vegeta said in a bored but angry tone.
"Well your highness, he hasn't made any changes. He shows no signs of a warrior and his power level is less then a normal Saiyan child."
The king growled in anger. " He´s worse then Tarble!" He roared as he grabbed the tip of his armrest and crushed it, sending bits of stone flying. He stood up and made his way to the corridor. King Vegeta walked to the nursery. He looked to see his spiky haired off spring sleeping. "You useless piece of trash." He spat. He was about to walk away, but was interrupted by someone clearing their throat. He turned around to see one of the nursery workers.
"Greetings King Vegeta, are you here to pick up your son?" He said in a smug tone.
"Actually yes, bring him to me." The king said in a demanding tone.
The reptile/bird nursery worker did as he was told. He picked up the Prince and wrapped him in a blue blanket. Then quickly handed the King, Leek. "Here´s your son." He said in a smug tone.
"O one more thing." Vegeta said as he sent a powerful blow to the worker's chest, causing him to cough up blood. The worker fell to his knees and began to weaz. "Your lucky I don't kill you." The king said in a calm tone as he walked off with Leek in hand."
"What to do with this failure?" The king thought to him self as he looked down to see his son in his arms. Leek just yawned and awake. The young Saiyan looked up and began to cry. "What does a piece of trash like you have to cry about?" He asked to no one in particular. His question was soon answered by a revolting smell. "Blak" He said in disgust.
The king noticed a guard near by. "You guardsmen hand this, clean him and feed him. Then bring him to me in the thrown-room, UNDERSTOOD." The king said, not wanting to deal with this problem.
"Yes, sir." The guard said in a salute, then began to walk with the crying infant, in hand. To take care of him.
The king went to his throne-room, he sat down and sighted. "What am I going to do? He is a failure. A disgrace to the bloodline. He makes Tarble look like a fierce warrior. I should just kill Leek and end this whole ordeal." The kings thoughts were interrupted by a nock on the rooms doors. " Who is it, speak now? You better have a good reason for this interruption!!!" The kind said with irritation.
"It is I father." A young raspy voice said from behind the door.
"You may come in my son." The king spoke in a more easy tone
The doors opened to reveal a short young spikey haired saiyan. " Greetings father."
"Greetings my son. Is there a problem? " The king asked.
" No, I just wanted to tell you that my mission on planet "Qau" was successful." The young Saiyan said with a hint of pride in his voice.
" That is pleasing to here. Is there anything else, you wish to address?"
" Actually yes, Father. What are you going to do with that piece of trash? "
" I´m going to handle it. I had thoughts about killing him. But he is a Prince, I plan on sending him to a distant planet. His survival is up to him. If he perishs on the planet that's his problem. He is only getting this mercy souly on his bloodline."
"Fine by me. As long as that filth isn't here, to make a mockery of the royal bloodline." The prince spat.
The king smirked, he was about to say something but was interrupted by a knock on the palace doors. " Your highness Prince Leek, has been taken care of. I brought him back like you asked." The guard said from behind the door.
" Come in. "
The guard complied, and entered the room with Leek in hand. " Here is prince Leek. " The guard said as he handed over the child.
"Good work, you may take your leave." King Vegeta said, as he took the prince.
The saiyan, said with a salute and quickly took his leave. The king looked at the sleeping form of his son. The king scoffed at the sight. "Vegeta come with me." The king said as he walked out the door. The young Saiyan Prince followed suit.
They stopped when the reached a corridor. The two entered. They were greeted by the sight of 10 space pods lined up. A worker quickly to noticed of the two, and greeted them. "Hello your majesty, is this about Prince Vegeta´s next mission?"
"No prepare a pod, at once."
"Right away sir, but if it's not for Vegeta then who?" The worker asked with pure curiosity.
The King 's eye's darted down to the sleeping bundle in his arms.
"For Leek sir?"
"For the last time, yes you clown!" Prince Vegeta shouted with irritation.
"O sorry, of course." The work said nervously. He quickly walked to the other workers. "Prepare a pod!" The other workers nodded and soon began to work on the pod.
After 5 minutes it was ready.
King Vegeta walked over to the pod and placed the sleeping prince. " Here, you maybe a failure but if you die you die with your name." The king stated as pulled a silver bracelet out of is pocket, and put it on the infant's tiny wrist. The bracelet had engraved words that read "Leek" on it. With that the pod closed and took of in a unknown location.
Some Where In The Griffin Lands
"YOUR MINE, FUR BALL!" The Griffin yelled as he lunged at a rabbit. His Talon impaled the the rabbit killing it instantly. "I am sorry, but it was eather you of my daughter." He said in a sad but cold tone. He quickly put the rabbit in the sack on his back. "That makes 5,a good number if you ask me." He said to no one impractical.
He let out a yawn, he looked up to the sky to see the sun was setting. "Time to get going then." The Griffin said as he began to take off. He was about a mile off the ground when a loud crash caught his ears. He looked over his shoulder and saw a huge smoldering hole in the earth, just behind him.
"The hell, was that.......... was it a meteor? I should probably take a look." The scruffy griffin said, as he went to investigate the scene. He descended in front of the crash site. He quickly took notice of the alien pod in the ditch. "Is that...... a alien ship? It could cause damage to the flock. I need to check it out."
The griffin said has he cautiously approached the pod. He picked up a near by rock and chucked it lightly at the pod. It made a tick sound. "Well that......" He was quickly interrupted by the sound of crying and the pod opening. The sound of the crying infant filled the area. "The hell?" He said as he approached the source of the noise. "A baby........Well you can't be a problem, I'll just let nature decide your fate." He said as he took off.
As far as he flew the sound of the crying tore throughout his mind, he grumbled. His sense of justice and honor wouldn't allow him to abandon the young Saiyan. "Buckin kid." He said as he turned back.
"I guess I can't leave you here, it's just not right." He said as he reached into the pod and pulled out Leek. "Well, your a different thing all together." The silver tag on the child's wrist caught his eye. "What's this, a name tag....... Leek, so your name is Leek. Well Leek, I´m Gruzz." The calming tone stopped Leek from crying. "I see your happy now, well let's get you some place safe." He said as he took the child to the mountains.
