"Fluttershy! Where ya goin'? Ah thought we we're gonna go see if Twahlight wanted some help with her studies!"
Fluttershy hastily turned around and stared at that pony for a few seconds.
"Uh, Fluttershy?”
"Oh... Um, Sorry, I was just um..." Fluttershy trailed off deep in thought, it had been days since she last heard from Twilight.
"Um... Okay, I Um... I guess.

The walk to the Library was like any other day in Ponyville. Fresh air, a beautiful Cerulean sky, birds singing, and the trotting of the two candy colored ponies. It truly was a magnificent day. But something was roaming the quaint settlement of Ponyville.
And yet, nopony seemed to realize, much less understand, what was happening under their very muzzles.

There was a knock at the door.
“Spiiiiiiiiike!? Can you get the door? I’m somewhat assiduous at the moment!
Spike just lay in his bed and moaned. “Twilight, It’s eight in the morning! What could you possibly be doing that’s keeping you so busy?” A spilt second later, there was a thundering bang and a screech from Twilight. “Twilight? Are you alright?” Spike sputtered in a very worried tone. “Hah... oh just… marvelous?”
“Will you open up in there? It’s us, Applejack and Fluttershy.”
“Spike, get the door.”
“Ah! Fine.“Thank ya, Spike! Where’s Twahlight? You seem tired…”
“ahhhhhhhhhh” Spike finished his vociferous yawn “ah… yeah… I just woke up to get the door. And she’s downstairs in her lab.”
“Thank ya, Spike!”
“Yes… um… thanks.”

As they descended the wooden stairs a jarring pop found its way to the unsuspecting mare’s ears
“Eeeeeeee!” Fluttershy leapt behind Applejack and cowered.
“Twahlight? What in tarnation are ya doing down here?”
“Princess Celestia wanted me to do one more task for her. I’m not certain what I’m doing. Although I’m certain these wings are getting in my way…” Twilight Began mumbling a few words under her breath. “Stupid…huge…obnoxious…oh my Celestia I hate these…I guess they’re handy… and there goes the vial…”
“Still gettin’ used tuh havin’ wings, huh?”
Twilight rambled on for a split second before she responded.
“These things are huge! I don’t know rainbow dash lives with hers! Granted hers are a lot smaller to the size, and weight, of mine. But I digress. How? How does she live with those things?
“Um… well… She was um born with them…”
Twilight looked back
“Oh… I’m Sorry…”
“It’s ok Fluttershy. I didn’t think of that.”
“Oh…”
Twilight turned back to what she was brewing.
“Hey, speaking of rainbow, have you girls seen her lately?”
“I um… saw her clearing the skies on the way here…”
“Could you tell her to stop by, later? I want to talk to her.”
“Yeah, we can do tha-“she was interrupted by a very large rumbling…
BRRRAAAAAP
“Oh that burnt a bit…. Twilight! You got a message from Shining Armor!
“Oh! My B.B.B.F.F.! Bring it down here Spike!”
“Can’t you come up and get it?”
“SPIKE!”
“ahhhhhh!” Spike groaned annoyingly “oh… my… Celestia…”
Spike trudged down the stairs, half asleep, and half annoyed out of his mind.
“Here.”
“Ah, thank you.”
“Can I go back to sleep now?”
“Yes. Thank you again.”
“Uh huh…”
while Spike was crawling lazily up the stairs the trio of ponies continued conversing, Impervious to the impending danger at their feet.

“Hiya Rainbow Dash!”
“Wha-?”
Rainbow Dash awoke abruptly clawing at the cloud as if she we’re falling
“Gahhhhhhhhh!!”
“Hehe. Dashie, what’s wrong?”
“Pinkie Pie!? How did you get up here!? Why did you get up here!? You scared the daylights out of me!”
“Hehe, Oopsie!
The cyan pony looked through the clouds to see some balloons sustaining the pink party pony.
“Of course…”
There was a brief moment of silence as Pinkie slowly drifted in the cool spring breeze, staring at cute blue pony. Rainbow, getting extremely uncomfortable at the fact Pinkie was staring into her soul, broke the silence.
“Uh, why did you wake me up? I was having an awesome dream about The Wonderbolts…’
“Oh Silly! I wanted to know if you wanted to pull some pranks on some unsuspecting ponies!”
“I don’t know pinkie, I was kind of napping. Getting ready to show your stuff to The Wonderbolts really takes the energy out of you.”
“Awww, pleeeeeease.”
“Pinkie...”
“Pleeeease?”
“Pinkie pi-“
“Please, please, p lease, please, please?”
“Pinkie Pie!”
“Yeah!?”
Pinkie was trying to hop up and down before she realized she was suspended by an abundance of balloons. “Ah forget it… fine, yeah I’ll join in… Who are you thinking of?”
“Well, I don’t know, I was hoping you would!”
“Pinkie…” There was a short pause, as rainbow put a small grin on her face, amused with pinkie behavior. “You’re special.”

“Thanks Rarity!”
“Oh darling, it’s my pleasure to clothe you with such divine elegance! I will see you later Cheerilee”
The door closed forcing a light creak to suffocate the silence. She really needed to get that fixed.
Rarity walked to her table and found a note, a shopping list.
“Oh my! I almost forgot about the groceries!” The elegant cloud white mare trotted out of her boutique to retrieve the items from Ponyville market, only to be soaked by a bucket of water tipped onto her pretty little head. Rarity stood there in silence. Completely astonished as to what just happened. Snickering coming from the roof of the boutique gave them away.
“Rainbow!? Pinkie!? My mane!”
The snickering turned to full on laughter and squeaks of joy. “Sorry Rarity, but your reaction was priceless!” Rainbow said, keeling over the ledge, uncontrollably laughing harder and harder as the seconds went by. “Not. Funny.” “Oh lighten up, Rarity! No harm done right?”
“My. Mane… It took me four hours! Four nonstop hours to get make it look like this!”
“Hey Rainbow!”
“Oh, hey Applejack, what’s up?”
“Nothing Special, buh Twahlight want’s tuh talk to ya bout’ somethin’… Ah don’t know what.”
“I… Um… Think it’s about her new wings… I um... Think...”
“Oh hey Fluttershy… why are you in a bush…”
“I don’t like loud noises…”
“oh… kay…”
“Well I should probably go see what twilight wants”
“I’ll go with you Dashie!” Pinkies voice boomed in Rainbows ear
Rainbow completely forgot Pinkie was beside her, which made her jump
“Byaaah! Pinkie! Stop scaring me!”
“Okie dokie lokie! But can I still go with you?”
“Yes. But stop scaring me!” Pinkie giggled and responded…
“Awe, but it’s so fun!” Rainbow just looked at Pinkie for a couple of seconds
“Pinkie… You’re really special.”
