Applejack's life is turned upside down when a rogue pegasus named Gabriel crash-lands on Sweet Apple Acres. Badly injured, he is forced to stay on the farm until he is fully recovered. During that time, he falls hard for Applejack, who likes him back - a lot. But Gabriel may not be who he seems, and not everypony on the farm feels the same way about him. Meanwhile, something dark is rising in the distance - something that may be more of a threat than ever before. Is Gabriel hiding somehow connected to it? What is he hiding about his true past?
