"Thank you, ma'am." The store clerk said, remembering to smile gracefully as she dragged a sack of bits on the table back behind the counter. "This is quite a large amount of mirrors you're purchasing, ma'am. Seems like quite an investment if you don't mind me saying."

"Oh, well... the bits I just paid you were going to be spent on the usual shipment: Smoke machines, fireworks, confetti. But I'm trying to change up my acts now. Audiences don't want to see the same thing over and over again." She explained. "Oh and I also have to pay for the brochures to my upcoming shows. Ink doesn't come cheap." She said, following the store clerk outside to her wagon.

The store clerk, while listening to her customer, was bringing out the purchased goods outside and was loading them onto the back of the wagon, listening to her customer. Not much ponies come to the Crystal Empire, especially to buy goods from there. If anything, most would buy souvenirs fore friends and family back home. But a magician, that was something new.

"There you go, ma'am." She said, panting a bit as she locked the tailgate of the wagon. She brushed aside her purple gradient mane, and wiped some sweat off her forehead, not wanting to look like a sweaty blue-coated crystal pony. She turned to her customer, who was just about to strap the wagon to herself. Curious, she asked, "If I may, are you sure you know what you're dealing with? They're-"

"Expensive crystal mirrors, yes I know. I need the best mirror so I can look the best for my next show."

"They're expensive because they're magically infu-"

"Look," she said, done strapping the harness onto her back, "I need to get back  what are you planning to do with these Crystal Mirrors, miss..."

"It's Trixie, the Great and Powerful Trixie," she answered nonchalantly and flicking her mane to the side before finishing off her sentence, "and I might build a hall of mirrors the next time I hold a show. Oh and I have a broken mirror I need to replace... don't ask." She ended, trying to stop thinking about that broken mirror or why it was broken, before disappearing into the streets.

The store clerk wondering whether it was a good idea to give these magical crystal mirrors to the unicorn. Well, she did say she's Great and Powerful. She probably knows what she's doing.
