Lyra opens a border to Ponyville
"Hey Bon Bon! I should open a border!" A turquoise unicorn shouted to a cream coloured earth pony.
"Why would you do that?" Bon Bon queried.
"I GOT A NOTE FROM THE FUTURE! IT SOUNDS REALLY COOL! CAN WE DO IT?" She shouted, Bon Bon proceeded to facehoof.
"Fine, I'll make sure you don't screw up." Bon Bon sternly told the awkward unicorn. A day passed and a shamefully made cardboard border. The First visitor was a Blue coloured Unicorn, Trixie to be specific. "Papers Please." Lyra told the Unicorn. "Since when did a border open up? and since when does the GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE need a passport?" The arrogant unicorn told the one with a complete opposite personality. Bon Bon handed the latter a slip of paper, which Lyra proceeded to stamp DENIED in capital Block Red letters onto the slip, which was handed to Trixie. She walked away in range. The next pony to come through this pseudo border was not actually a pony, but a griffon. "Papers Please!" Lyra told the flying beast. Lyra Nodded slowly and Stamped Approved onto the passport, April Showers trotted off through the gate, grinning. Lyra received a note off of Bon Bon and she said. "Look Closer Silly, the Eye colour was wrong, it was a bad photo, you shouldn't of let her through!" Lyra just ignored her, who could tell her what to do, nopony, except Celestia, or Luna, or any of the Princesses really.
Lyra looked up and saw that the moon had risen. "Well I'm bored, let's stop with this border shenanigan and tear it down." Lyra stated with a sheepish grin, Bon Bon groaned at her and softly agreed, Nopony actually cared for the border, except for Trixie, who now has a grudge against Lyra and poorly constructed borders. Lyra then suddenly had a shocked look on her face she then muttered "I forgot to pay the bills again!" Bon Bon glared at Lyra, who had forgotten one of the most important things. "Don't say anything, Let me guess, you're going to try to sell the job of Border Officer to somepony else, aren't you" Bon Bon groaned. Lyra nodded, unsurprisingly.
The Next day came and a pony with a few bits as a cutie mark came knocking on Lyra's door. "Lyra, you forgot the bills again." He Shouted. Lyra poked her head through the door, with a very nervous look on her face, she then opened up her mouth to ask "Would you or any pony you know be interested in being a border officer?" The stallion may have said no, but three voices boomed from a mile or two away screaming "CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS BORDER OFFICERS!" Three fillies galloped down to the cardboard shack. The Yellow one, Applebloom said "I could Fix this up! Let's go Team!" everyone around the vicinity of Lyra's house was legitimately scared. Lyra just quickly turned to Bon Bon and said "Tear it down, now" with a bit of fear in her voice. Bonb Bon promptly nodded and they pulled out hammers and tools out of hammerspace and crushing the shack into rubble. The Stallion then stated. "When are you going to pay your bills?" The Turquoise unicorn then immediately went inside closed the door and locked it. The Bill demanding stallion walked off, a bit furious and shouting. "YOU WILL PAY YOUR BILLS ONE DAY LYRA, ONE DAY!!!" Lyra didn't hear it though, she was too busy fantasizing over Humans again while locked in her house. Bon Bon unlocked the door with the spare key, and proceeded to slap Lyra over the face and said. "He is right Lyra, stop daydreaming and find a way to pay your bills of 42 hundred thousand bits!" The day passed, and Lyra came up with an idea, a very awkward idea, She built a time machine in the darkness of the night, when she could of easily used a time travel spell, took out a note saying. "Dear past Me, open up a border for Ponyville, it will work perfectly, From Future You." She sent the note through the time machine and then dismantled it for no reason and sold the parts as scrap.
