Twenty years after the events of MLP:FiM Crow, a young unicorn, meets an odd traveler who shares his love of old books, but after discovering they have the first two tomes in a forgotten series written by the famous Star Swirl the Bearded they embark on a journey to discover it's true meaning. Little did they know this will begin them on a adventure that will shape the future of all of Equestria, but can Crow and his friends learn from the past and ensure that Equestria has a future.
