Daring has the whole week to relax with her friends, and wants to hang out with her friends for that week. After the events that happened in Saddle Arabia, she couldn't think of a better week to cut loose. She asked Blossomforth since she has nothing to do for the day. So they both decided to enjoy the outside by going to Manehattan's Central Park. When they get to the park, they knew they weren't the only ponies to take advantage of the day. They go past several other ponies either playing or enjoying the scenery, which made the walk even more relaxing. "This day is just beautiful out. Wouldn't you agree?", asks Daring. "Oh yes Daring, it simply is. Especially since the flowers are out.", happily agrees Blossomforth. Blossomforth goes to smell the daisies, lilies, and roses in a assorted bunch near the trotting path. Daring takes in another breath of fresh air and plans on laying on the grass. She goes over to an open patch of grass not occupied by other ponies so she and Blossomforth can lay down in the grass. "Hey Blossom, want to lay on the grass?", asks Daring. "No thank you, I'm just fine here smelling the flowers.", says Blossomforth as she goes over to a nearby flower patch. Daring then goes to lay down in the grass and sunbathe. Daring looks over to see young colts and fillies play on a playground, a family enjoying their picnic in the shade, and two mares who look like twins flying kites. Daring knew this day was the right to enjoy and starts to drift off to sleep in the sunlight. "Ah, what can make this day any better?", says Daring in a relaxed, tired tone. As she says that, she then hears a sound in the distance. Daring looks around to see where the sound is coming from. She looks near the park, from other ponies, even the sky. She then has a double-take toward the sky and sees some pegasi flying over. These weren't any other pegasi, they're the Wonderbolts! "The Wonderbolts? What are they doing all the way in Manehattan?", questions Daring. The Wonderbolts are an elite team of fliers from Canterlot and either perform for large crowds or help in any hazardous situation. Everypony in the park looks up and are giving all the same expression as Daring. Blossomforth pays no attention and continues to smell the flowers. The Wonderbolts aren't speeding overhead, but being slow enough to gently fly overhead. They are in a V-shape formation and flying right over Central Park. They appear to be dropping something to the ground in large clusters, and their is a voice coming from the Wonderbolts. As they come closer, the voice becomes more clear to hear, and the objects they are dropping are pieces of paper. The pegasus in the front is the one shouting toward the ground, and also might be assumed to be the leader. "Town meeting tonight, all pegasi are to attend at town hall tonight!", shouts the lead Wonderbolt. Papers come down in the park and all the pegasi went for the papers, or some landed on some pegasi or near them. "Remember to be there at 7 o'clock tonight. Every pegasi must attend!", shouts the leader as they fly away. The Wonderbolts then fly away from the park head off toward another part of the city. Daring has a piece of paper land right next to her and goes to read it. Dear fellow pegasus, I, Mayor Tux, is calling all Pegasi to come to Town Hall for a mandatory meeting regarding Manehattan and Cloudsdale. The Wonderbolts will attend to explain the situation at hoof. If no one has gotten a letter, tell other Pegasi to attend. Signed, Mayor Tux Daring didn't know what to make of it, but maybe it may regard the weather. Since it involves all pegasi and the Wonderbolts, she would think so. She turns to Blossomforth as a letter landed on the flowerbed. Blossomforth takes notice and goes to read the letter. She responds with concern, then fear. Blossomforth gets rid of the letter in the recycle bin while in a paniced state. As she tries to leave, Daring approaches her. "Anything wrong Blossom?", asks a concerned Daring. "Oh, no. I'm just not interested in going.", says Blossomforth. "But it's mandatory." "I'm sorry, but I just don't think I want to go." "Why?" "If this involves all the pegasi and The Wonderbolts, this must have something to do with weather." "That's what I was thinking." "So I don't think I should go, I'm better off on the ground here, smelling the flowers." "Please go, for me?" Blossomforth gives this a thought, as she knows that she will never let her friends down. Being the Element of Loyalty, she knows this best. "Okay, I'll go, for you Daring.", Blossomforth says in a depressed tone. "Trust me, everything will be okay", Daring says with a grin on her face. My Little Pony, My Little Pony Ahh, ahh, ahh, ahhh… (My Little Pony) I used to wonder what friendship could be (My Little Pony) Until you all shared its magic with me Great discoveries! Tricks galore! A rich slice of life, And a heartfelt score. Budding courage It's an easy feat And magic makes it all complete! You have my little ponies Do you know you're all my very best friends? -Town Hall, 7:00 p.m.- As all the pegasi enter town hall, they all try to find a place to sit at. Blossomforth makes it to town hall, but sees no sight of Daring anywhere in the building. Blossomforth gets worried that her friend isn't showing up. The lights then go dim as the entire hall is filled to the brim with Mayor Tux, The Wonderbolts, and every Pegasi in Manehattan. A projector is in the front of the room as a light is shone on the wall from the projector. A film is being played as a voice then starts talking from the film. Every living thing depends on the life-giving nourishment of rainwater, and it is up to Cloudsdale to provide rain-filled clouds to every corner of Equestria. But how, one pony might ask, does Cloudsdale gather all this extra water? Tornado power! That's right, pegasi-driven tornado power. A team of pegasi combine their wing power to create a jumbo tornado, powerful enough to pull water out of the local reservoir, and funnel it all the way up to Cloudsdale. Remember, pegasi, your jumbo tornado must reach a minimum of eight hundred wing power to lift that water up to Cloudsdale. So, the next time you're wondering “Where does all that extra rainwater come from?”, just remem- The film stops as it has been cut from the heat of the projector. The pegasi get confused from this interuption. One of the Wonderbolts get in front of the screen as the lights come back on. The Wonderbolt takes off her hood and goggles and faces the crowd. The Wonderbolt is a mare with a slickback mane that looks like she has been through tough winds. The mane looks like it's on fire with a bright and dark orange color. She has yellow skin and she has orange eyes. "Now that the film *ahem*, got interupted, I'll continue from there. First off, my name is Spitfire, and I'm the leader of the Wonderbolts. Now I'm guessing you all want to know why we're here and only pegasi came for this right?", asks Spitfire. Everypony in the room is murmuring and whispering in response to this. "Well I'll be happy to tell you all. Manehattan has been selected to provide Cloudsdale with water to create rainclouds.", says Spitfire in a serious manner. The crowd is surprised at this fact. Blossomforth figured she knows where it's going. She then puts up some still pictures for everypony to see. Each picture is different to explain what Spitfire is about to explain. She then points to one of the images with a stick, first of which showing an explanation of the plan. "You see, one town every year is selected to participate in providing Cloudsdale with water to make rain clouds. Last year, I attended the participation in Fillydelphia, and next year will be a rural town outside Canterlot. We chose Manehattan this year for its large population of pegasi.", says Spitfire. The next image shows a meter with some pegasi in the image, and showing off something called, 'wing power'. "With all of you pegasi here, you can all make that 800 wing power in no time flat." The last image is of Manehattan's Water Resevoir. "We'll be using your town's water reservoir to transport all its water to Cloudsdale. Everypony got that?", asks Spitfire. The whole room went silent after being briefed. There is only a single cough heard in the room. This somehow annoys Spitfire. "That cough better be from somepony else Soarin! I will not allow anypony of my team to be sick before a job is finished!", she shouts military style. She is looking at her team and glaring at a stallion with the same mane as her, but blue. The stallion has a lighter shade of blue skin. Soarin blushes from this outburst and has his head low. "Now then, I'll be needing a leader for you all. The Wonderbolts may be here to help and oversee the whole event, but the whole town will need to achieve this accomplishment on its own. Now, which one of you will lead the whole town?", asks Spitfire. Nopony wanted to step up to that responsibility, so everypony stands silent. Then somepony speaks out from the crowd. "I will!", shouts somepony from the entrance of town hall. The pony is Daring Do, but she's not in disguise! The whole room is full of gasps as to see a celebrity in front of them. Mayor Tux is not surprised as he knows her secret. Blossomforth sees this and goes through the whole crowd to get to her. She then reaches Daring still in a full panic. "Daring, what are you doing? Aren't you supposed to be in disguise?, whispers Blossomforth. "I'd figured if Manehattan needs a leader to support them, I'd come out for once as myself to help invigorate everypony.", whispers Daring. Blossomforth is surprised to hear this from the same mare that wanted to hide her identity from everypony. "But you always go out in disguise to be sure your fans don't see you.", says a worried Blossomforth. Daring is still standing with a confident look on her face, not worried about the situation at hoof. "After what happened in Saddle Arabia, I'd figure I need to be myself, and not in disguise. I'll be doing this step by step, until it becomes natural. Plus I want ponies to see Daring Do as a regular pony, not an idol.", says Daring "The trip Daring took to Saddle Arabia really changed her.", Blossomforth thought. Then she sees that Daring is completely sure in her decision, so Blossomforth gave in. "Well, okay. If you're okay with that.", whispers Blossomforth. Daring gives Blossomforth a hug and proceeds to go up front. As she goes to the stage, she hears whispers from the crowd like, 'Why is she here?', or, 'What's a famous pony doing here?'. Daring is going to get used to this treatment for a while, but still wanted to take things one at a time until everything seemed okay to tell everypony the whole truth. So for now she'd say she's in town for the moment and go from there. Daring then makes it onto the stage and goes over to Spitfire. "I'll be your leader for the event.", says Daring. Spitfire is still in shock, but snaps back to reality. "Holy Celestia, you're Daring Do!, shouts a surprised Spitfire. "Yup, figured you needed some extra help.", says Daring "What are you doing here of all places in Equestria?" "Well the letter said all pegasi to attend. Since I'm in town for a bit, I had to attend." Without hesitation, Spitfire says, "Well, we'd be honored for you to lead us." Spitfire then cheers in excitement with the rest of her team joining in. The whole room is full of applause for having a great Pegasus helping them. Blossomforth knows her friend will be there to help anypony. Sooner or later, she knows she'll have to help all the pegasi to get water for Cloudsdale, but she's not confident she may be of any help. Chapter 2: Secret Revealed- RHurricane Blossomforth Chapter 2 -Next Morning: Manehattan Central Park- It's morning in Manehattan as every single pegasus comes for morning practice. Every pegasi shows up in the middle of Central Park, with a running track to help practice. All of the pegasi are training or streching to start participating in testing their wing power. Some pegasi are either lifting weights with their wings, or doing push ups with them. Spitfire asked Daring last night about anypony with scientific experience. Daring then asked Twilight to help her take notes and record everyponies progress over the course of the week. Twilight and Spike then show up with a miniature windmill with a meter attached to it. They both put the device near the track about a few meters ahead of the starting line. Daring and Spitfire are overseeing all of the pegasi training and seeing their overall progress. The rest of the Wonderbolts are spread about and overseeing some training as well, save for Soarin who is coughing. Blossomforth has shown up for support, but knows she may have to participate eventually. "Alright everypony, line up!", shouts Spitfire. All of the pegasi have gathered in a bunch in front of Spitfire and Daring. The Wonderbolts are on the sides of the group. Daring then goes up to speak. "Alright since we're all here, it's time to begin our training.", says Daring. Everypony cheers with one over muscular stallion cheering 'yeah' at the top of his lungs. Daring looks at the huge turnout with an estimate of 200 pegasi showing up. Daring figured there had to be more pegasi in Manehattan, but thinks that some didn't show cause of other business or are not qualified. "We'll be having all of you fly on the track to test your overall maximum wing power. Since all of us need to total 800 wing power, we'll add everypony's wing power. If you all train for a whole week, you'll bring your maximum wing power up. We'll record your wing power today, then next week we'll record again and see if we're prepared to move the reservoir water then. So I want everypony to bring their maximum wing power to at least 10.0 wing power, got it?", Daring says with a fierce tone. Everypony cheers again with the white muscular stallion shouting 'yeah' again. A cough comes from near the group. Spitfire gets annoyed again by this. "Is that you again Soarin? I swear, I don't want you spreading germs to our team.", Spitfire sighs in an annoyed matter. Twilight uses her magic to move an air freshener and use it near Soarin. "It wasn't me Spitfire, Cloudchaser coughed this time.", says Soarin. "Playing the blame game this time? Well, if you be so kind as to demonstrate for us on the use of the windmill device, go ahead. If you refuse, no pies for week for you!", shouts Spitfire. Soarin sighes and goes ahead to the track as Cloudchaser behind him coughed. Soarin is at the starting line and getting ready to take off. The pegasi go near Twilight and Spike to understand their device. "So explain to us how this works?", asks a pegasus. "Well, this is an anemometer. It measures your accelerative velocity and translates it into wing power, thus gauging your cumulative H2O anti-gravitational potential. Any other questions?" gleefully says Twilight with a happy grin on her face. "Yeah well, what does this machine do?", as she turns to Spike for a better explanation. "It tells you how fast you're flying and how strong your wings are.", says Spike. Spike knew Twilight would talk in a manner nopony would understand. The pegasi got an explanation, but this annoyed Twilight. Soarin gets ready to take off, and is waiting for a signal. Spitfire then blows a whistle and Soarin takes off. Soarin flies at his top speed and passes the anemometer and measures his speed. Twilight sees this as Spike writes down the wing power. "13.2 wing power. Not bad for a Wonderbolt.", says Twilight. "Oh please, I'll show you how a real Wonderbolt does it.", says Spitfire with a smug look. Spitfire gets up to the starting line and gets ready to take off. She then takes off and passes by Twilight in what was like a second. The speed is so fast it created a wind current that almost flew everypony, even Blossomforth in the distance near the flowerbed, off their hooves. "16.5 wing power, my goodness!", says Twilight in shock and awe. All of the pegasi, even Daring is impressed. Everypony cheers at this amazing strength they all witnessed. "Okay then, let see what I can do.", says Daring. Daring goes to the starting line and preps herself. Spitfire blows the whistle as Daring then takes off. Daring flies off and passes Twilight with a strong gust passing by. "14.7 wing power! You could join the Wonderbolts if you wanted to!", says Twilight in a shock. "Nah, I'm fine sticking to archaeology. These babies help me get out of any sticky situation when I need them most.", says Daring in a chilled manner. "Well anyway Daring, let's make room for everypony else to fly.", says Spitfire. Daring agrees to this and motions for more to come and record their wing power. Over the course of an hour, almost of all of the pegasi went and averaged around 8.5 wing power. So there is still room for improvement for a week. After every pegasi went, and all of the their wing power is recorded, but only one is left to record, Blossomforth. Daring sees this and goes over to Blossomforth near the flowerbed. Daring coughed to get her attention, and Blossomforth turned around to see Daring standing behind her. "C'mon Blossom, you need to record your wing power.", says Daring in a calm and mannered tone. "Sorry Daring I don't think I can do much for you.", says Blossomforth with a displeased look. "Why not?" "I only came for moral support." Daring knows there's something wrong with her friend. She tries avoiding the same topic yesterday and wanted answers. Daring doesn't want to pester her friend, but this wasn't Blossomforth's normal mood. So Daring tries to go for it. "There's more to it is there?", she said this time in a very serious tone. "No, not really." Blossomforth said in a scared tone. "Tell me." "I really shouldn't." "Tell me." "Please, I don't want to." "Tell me!" "Daring, I don't think it matters." Daring, is now more angry at this, and this is scaring Blossomforth, and literally pushing her to the edge of the flowerbed. Daring is at her limit and this time goes all out. "Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me!", Daring shouted. This was so loud, it gets some of the other pegasi's attention, including Spitfire. Blossomforth didn't want to upset Daring more, so she finally gave in. "Well, okay." Blossomforth takes in a deep breath and says, "I can't fly." She then hides her face in embarrassment. Daring is confused at this statement and also cools down at getting a straight answer. "What are you talking about? I've seen you fly before, and plus, you're a pegasus.", says Daring with a confused look on her face. "Well, I never told you or any of our friends this but, I've never been a good flyer.", says Blossomforth still hiding her face. "What do you mean?", asks Daring. Blossomforth then shows her face and tells Daring her story. When I was in flight school, I've always had a fascination for the ground instead of flying. So, because of that, and my habit of being easily distracted, I almost always fail my flight practices. I was also picked on by the other fillies and colts, and even pulled pranks on me by taking my lunch and putting it on a high cloud which I can't reach. I was fed up with that, so i decided to go to the ground and run away. When I came down to the earth, I was fascinated by all of the plants and animals that inhabited the ground. Then, I found the most beautiful meadow of flowers. I never saw so much in all of my life, at that time. I never wanted to leave, but it made me realize that I have a place to come to whenever I get sad or lonely. After I decided to go back, I made a vow to always care for those flowers that brought me so much happiness, that's when I got my cutie mark. So whenever I got the chance, I go to the nearby hill close to the clouds and smell the flowers in the meadow. So I never learned how to fly properly because of my love for the ground. Daring is shocked to hear this from her friend. "Why didn't you tell us before?", asks Daring, this time in a gentle tone. "Because I'm ashamed of not being a good flier. You need all of the pegasi here to help you, and if I can't fly well, then I feel like I'm letting you down.", says Blossomforth. Blossomforth looks like she is about to cry. Blossomforth has her head down and hides her face away from Daring, when Spitfire comes along. "So there's our missing pegasus.", says Spitfire. She then grabs Blossomforth and drags her to the starting line on the track. "Hey wait Spitfire, I'm talking to her!", says Daring with an upset tone. "It'll have to wait for now. She needs to fly ASAP!", says Spitfire in a confidant manner. Blossomforth then stands at the starting line with Spitfire getting ready to blow the whistle. Blossomforth wants to run away, but she doesn't want to upset all of the pegasi, Daring especially. Blossomforth has no choice at this point, so she readies herself. Spitfire then blows the whistle and Blossomforth takes off. She flies what seemed only like beginner speed. Spitfire and the rest of the ponies are confused on what's happening. She then passes the anemometer with everypony having a confused look on their faces. They were all thinking, 'Is that her real speed?', or, 'Is she playing a joke on us?' Twilight then looks at the meter and is embarrassed to say anything, until Spitfire sees the meter what it's pointing on. "2.0?! Is this thing working?", shouts Spitfire. "It is. It's just Blossomforth didn't fly fast at all.", says Spike in a monotone voice. Twilight smacks the back of his head for saying that. Spitfire then goes to Blossomforth for an explanation about her speed, obviously furious. In all her years of flying, she's never seen a grown pegasus have a pathetic flying speed. "What kind of pegasus are you? How can you even have a speed of 2?!", says Spitfire shouting in Blossomforth's face. Blossomforth is starting to tear up trying to defend herself, but couldn't get a single word out. "I've seen flight school fillies fly faster than you. You are no pegasus who can fly, you're a butterfly with the feather flu!", Spitfire spat out this time. Blossomforth is now having all of the tears coming down now. "You better start getting into gear and act like a real pegasus, got it!" Otherwise, you're the most worthless and non-dependable pegasus I've ever known!, shouts Spitfire. Blossomforth starts bawling and flew off towards town. This makes Daring furious with Spitfire. "Look what you've done!", shouts Daring. In all her years, Daring had never been more upset in her whole entire life. Spitfire giving Blossomforth the military talk down was uncalled for. "What I've done? I've never seen a pegasus fly that slow since flight school. She doesn't deserve to help us, let alone manage weather.", says Spitfire still angry. Daring has had it at this point. Everypony in the park at that point is looking at them arguing. "Blossomforth never learned how to fly properly, so she has trouble. I was trying to get through to her until you barged in and swept her away. You may be a military pony, but you never yell in my friend's face. I can't work for a mare who acts like this to my friends.", says and angry Daring. Daring decides to make a bold decision. "If you can't accept it, t-then, then I quit!", shouts Daring. Many ponies, even Twilight and Spike gasped at this remark. Spitfire stands there surprised and dumbfounded at her outburst. "Some leader you are. Now if you excuse me, I have to go comfort my friend.", says Daring. She then flies off to find Blossomforth in town, leaving Spitfire in a daze. "What have I done?", says Spitfire in her shocked daze. Chapter 3: Training Montage- RHurricane Blossomforth Chapter 3 -Neigh York Botanical Gardens- In the Neigh York Botanical Gardens, lays a sobbing white pegasus near the lily patches. The pegasus crying is Blossomforth, bawling her eyes out. Blossomforth often comes here whenever she feels upset or something makes her sad. Ever since she moved to Manehattan, she had to find another flower patch to go to whenever she felt bad. She found the botanical garden in Neigh York here in the city, and now comes here very often. In this case, she let her friends down with her slow wing power. It has only been a few hours since she was yelled by Spitfire, captain of the Wonderbolts. Although yelling at her was uncalled for, she was right to call her out on her slow wing power. Afterwards, Blossomforth flew off crying. She then went to the gardens, as this usually helps her calm down. She often gets over things like this in a minute or two, but this has lasted for hours. She doesn't want to fly again in front of all the other pegasi, but she doesn't want to let her friends down and abandon them. She's in a dilemma of how to fix this problem. Before she knew it, she hears somepony come near her. She figures it may one of the garden caretakers. Makes sense since she did come in unannounced. She gets up and wipes her tears away to look at the pony. She then sees Daring standing right in front of her. She then turns away from Daring, ashamed. Daring doesn't say anything, but instead puts her wing around her friend to comfort her. Blossomforth is shocked to feel her friend's wing wrapped around her body. Daring, without a word, motions her to turn around and walk out of the garden. Blossomforth knows that Daring is going to comfort her by first talking to her, but not bringing her somewhere else. When they both reached the end of the gardens, Daring then lets her go and trots in front of her to meet another group of ponies. Blossomforth sees that Daring is standing next to the rest of her group of friends. Twilight, Trixie, Sherbet, Octavia, and even Spike came to see Blossomforth. Blossomforth sees that all her friends have come to see her to cheer her up and be there for her. Blossomforth then realizes that her friends have always been loyal to each other, herself included, but felt abandoned after leaving flight practice. Daring approaches her again and says, "Just remember, no matter what happens, even if you feel like letting anypony down, we'll be there to help you get back up." Blossomforth wipes away the rest of her tears and says, "Thank you everypony." Twilight then walks up and says, "We'll all help you with anything you need." The whole group murmurs in agreement. Blossomforth wants to ask for help with her flying, but doesn't know how to say it. She then gets the courage to ask her friends, "Um, c-c-could you all h-help me with my, f-f-f-flying?" Daring then goes up to friend asking, "Of course we will, we're friends." Everypony else agrees to this. Blossomforth then goes to hug her friends as everypony gets in together for a group hug. Suddenly, from out of nowhere, Spitfire comes along from above. She lands right next to the group and approaches Blossomforth. "Blossomforth, can we talk?", questions Spitfire. Daring gets between her and Blossomforth and interrupts her. "What do you want?!", says an angry Daring. Spitfire steps back and kneels down in front of her. "I want to apologize for my rash behavior today.", apologizes Spitifre. Daring couldn't believe her ears, the leader of the Wonderbolts and head of the Academy, is apologizing in front of her hooves. "My behavior wasn't the best to handle the situation with you. I acted too harsh with you. This behavior comes with the job. So I just hope you can give me a second chance with you.", says a very sorry Spitfire. She then turns to Daring, "I also hope you can lead for the pegasi again." Spitfire is still kneeling down and keeping her head down. Daring is considering her offer, and the fact that Blossomforth still needs help, so she gets an idea. "Okay, I'll go back to leading the group, but on one condition.", says Daring. Spitfire is listening to her offer. "I'll only lead on the final day when we need to record the final wing powers. My main focus is to help my friend Blossomforth improve her wing power, with help from my friends" Daring finishes her offer and waits for Spitfire's response. "Ok, I'll agree to that offer. You need to help your friend.", says Spitfire. Daring smiles and shakes her hoof in agreement. Spitfire turns around about to leave, but before she does, she tells Daring with a smile, "I'll hold you to that offer Daring. I need to head back over to the rest of my team. Soarin is going to give me 400 laps if he makes anypony sick!" Spitfire then takes off into the air in the direction of Central Park. Daring then talks to Blossomforth, "Ok, Blossomforth, all 5 of us will help you train in different exercises to help you bring your wing power up to speed. Will you be okay with that?" The whole group stands in front of Blossomforth with a smile. Blossomforth then nods in agreement, "Yes please, help me train." -Orange Hotel- For the rest of the week, the whole group decided to individually train Blossomforth on her wing power. So for the next 5 days, each friend will train her in a different way to help prepare her for the water raising. Blossomforth didn't know what each friend will help her, but she's being prepared for anything to happen. For today, Blossomforth is going to see Auntie Sherbet at her penthouse suite. It's going to be just her and Auntie Orange for today, since Mosely and Tangerine stepped out to give them space to train. She and Auntie have the entire day to themselves, as to be no interruptions. "So what are you going to help me with today?", asks Blossomforth. Auntie goes into the kitchen for a minute or two, and comes back out with a platter of foods. She takes the foods from the plate in her mouth and back, and places them on the table. The assortment of foods are from wheat lily sandwiches, to cuccumber salads. The other thing she noticed is that all of the foods are in small sizes. Blossomforth is wondering why they're going to eat, but not doing any physical workout. "Why're we going to eat? I thought we're supposed to work-out?", questions Blossomforth. "I'm not going to eat this, you are.", replies Sherbet. Blossomforth looks at the parabola of foods, and gives Auntie a questioned look on her face. "I'm no athlete sweetie, so the best I can do is make a healthy meal to help energize you, and improve your diet.", says Sherbet. Blossomforth didn't eat as healthy as pony might think she does. She has a thing for a sweet tooth time to time, but she wanted to improve her diet. The only problem is if the food Sherbet made tastes good. After the Apple Family Reunion, Sherbet actually tried to make food for herself again. Although she made a few good dishes, the problem is that she would not get the right combination of tastes still. Blossomforth hesitates at first, but then looks to Sherbet to see a smile on her face. She doesn't want to make Sherbet unhappy, so she goes for the sandwich first. She takes a bite out of it and chews. The taste is very odd to her, but eating healthy foods after eating sweets will do that. She swallows and then goes to the next dish. "Now it looks like you're enjoying my dishes, dearie. Hold on, I'll get you a drink.", says Sherbet. Blossomforth sees her go into the kitchen to get her the drink. Sherbet comes back out with a glass on her head, then goes over to the table to set the glass down. Blossomforth sees the drink is brown and looks very chunky. "Drink up sweetie, this protein shake will be very healthy for you.", says Sherbet with a smile on her face. Blossomforth thinks this is going to be a very long day. -Octavia's Apartment- After getting up the next morning with an upset stomach, she heads over to Octavia's apartment for her next day of training. The last time she was here is when her friends, herself included, tried to help Sherbet act like an Apply Family member again. Although the Reunion was a while ago, it felt like ages since she was last in Octavia's studio. Blossomforth goes into the apartment complex and heads over to an elevator to go to the top floor. As she rides to the elevator to the top floor, the elevator doors open up into the penthouse level and to reveal Octavia's studio. Blossomforth sees that either Octavia is not home yet, or is busy, so she feels that she could take the time to look at her place. The furniture in the living room is very basic and well kept clean. In fact, the entire room is clean and organized, but not quite like Twilight's place. There's a table in the center with two couches facing it. She sees the entrance to the kitchen/dining room on the other side of the room, at least she remembers what it looks like. One corner of the room is decorated with musical equipment, especially Cellos. Pictures on the wall decorated the room as well. They have pictures of herself and her friends, as well as Octavia. Octavia is also shown in the pictures with other musicians, nobles, and even with Princess Celestia where it appears to be the Gala. Overall, Blossomforth is impressed with Octavia's decoration and her taste in style. She then hears somepony coming from the kitchen with a wine glass in her mouth. It's Octavia, and she goes over to the table in the middle of the room and puts the glass down. "Good to see you've come this fine morning.", says Octavia. "Thanks for inviting me, Octavia", says Blossomforth as she takes a sip of the glass, which tastes of orange juice. Octavia goes over to her musical corner to prepare her cello in place. Octavia grabs her bow and instrument and is ready to play, when she says, "When you are finished, come forth and play some beautiful music." Blossomforth continues to drink her OJ and then hears Octavia starting to play her cello. Blossomforth knows her friend has the talent to play her cello with such grace and beauty, she even calmed panicking citizens in the museum during Nightmare Moon's attack. Blossomforth finishes her drink and goes over to Octavia very quietly as to not disturb her friend's concentration. She sits down next to her friend as Octavia finishes her piece. Octavia then turns to her friend and says, "You ready for our practice?" Blossomforth nods, and Octavia points to a spot near her and motions Blossomforth towards it. She does so and stands right next to Octavia. "We'll practice your rhythm, by dancing.", says Octavia. Blossomforth is confused by this and asks her a question, "How does that help me with my flying?" Octavia responds back, "Flying and dancing have one thing in common, and that is rhythm. If you dance, you can get the feel for some rhythm then." Blossomforth is embarrassed by this and also responds back, "That's fine and all, but I've got two left hooves, I can't dance." Octavia gets her instrument ready to play again and says, "Every living thing has rhythm to it. So I know you can dance with time." Blossomforth gets ready to dance as Octavia then starts to play. Octavia starts playing as Blossomforth tries to dance, but all she's doing is stomping her hooves. She also crosses her hooves and gets them tangled up. Afterward she trips over herself and lands face first onto the floor. Octavia stops playing and goes over to her, "You need to listen to the music and follow the rhythm of it. Dancing is also more than stomping your hooves, there needs to be some grace to it.", she says gracefully. Blossomforth groans with her face still on the floor. "We'll try again, and soon you'll fly high higher than any graceful swan.", says Octavia. Getting a hit of one of her friends metaphors is the last thing she needed today. -Outskirts of Manehattan- The next day, Blossomforth is heading to Trixie's cart that she leaves on the outskirts of the city. Since Trixie originally traveled from town to town, she never really settled in one town to live in. Since nopony wants Trixie to take up space in the city and cause a disturbance, other than the times she performs in town, she decided to live outside of town. Blossomforth doesn't know how Trixie will help her training, since Trixie only performs with her magic. After taking a taxi past the Brookmare Bridge, she finally makes it to the city border. The city outskirts are very bare compared to the stone and steel of the big city. Past the bridge is grassland and a sandy pathway going for what seemed miles. Other than the various trees scattered about in small patches, nothing is remarkable to Blossomforth. She looks around and sees Trixies wagon hidden in some trees. She goes over to the patch of trees and tries to get to her cart, since the branches make it very hard to get in. After Blossomforth gets in, she sees that the wagon is very well shaded in the trees with a little open area to have a campsite to eat and leave other variables around like clothes(even though she only wears her cloak and hat), and kitchenware. Since she can't see Trixie out here, Blossomforth figures that she is in her wagon. So she goes over to the side of the cart's entrance and knocks on the door. She gets a response back, "Oh Blossomforth dear, The Great and Powerful Trixie allows entrance to you!" Blossomforth rolls her eyes at Trixie's boastful response, but goes in either way. Blossomforth goes into the cart and gets a very unexpected surprise. When she goes in, she didn't expect the place to be very organized and well kept. Twilight mentioned to her friends how the place looked, from her bedroom furniture, to the wall full of Hairy Hoofdini memorabilia. She sees Trixie sitting next to her dining table and sipping on her coffee. Trixie sees her at the doorway and motions her over to sit down. Blossomforth goes over to the dining table and stands opposite of Trixie. "So you ready to take some training from 'The Great and Powerful Trixie'?", asks Trixie. Blossomforth nodded as Trixie gets off from her chair and gets ready to go out. Trixie pauses at the doorway as she realizes something, "Oh that reminds me, put these on." Trixie then uses her magic to levitate some clothes and puts them on Blossomforth. Blossomforth notices that the clothes look like Trixie's robe and hat, but is only gray and worn out. "What are these Trixie? I look like Ganhoof the Gray from 'Lord of the Hooves.", says a confused Blossomforth. Trixie raises her brow as she never hears something like this from her. "Twilight got me to read the books.", says Blossomforth. Trixie shakes her head and goes outside with Blossomforth following her out. As they get outside, Trixie goes to the other side of the wagon and pulls a lever to have her stage come down out. Blossomforth is still confused on what she is still being trained from Trixie. "So what are you training me on exactly again?", questions Blossomforth. Trixie smiles as she gets the fireworks ready, then responds back, "We're going to train you in some showmanship." Fireworks then go off as Trixie poses at the end. Blossomforth has her jaw out as she is dumbfounded by this. "Performing helps with you looking good and to help with stage fright. When you have others look at you, you may get stressed out, so we might as well work on that." , says Trixie. Blossomforth kind of gets that, since she got fearful when she feels she has all eyes on her. Trixie then uses her magic to pick off some sticks and pick some stones. As she moves them around and twist them, she made some makeshift manikins that are supposed to look like ponies. After Trixie finished making these so called 'manikins', she gets Blossomforth get on stage and positions her in the middle of the stage, then Trixie gets off the stage. "Now, I want you to fly around and do some tricks for the audience. This will help you get rid of your stage fright and not to get distracted while flying.", says Trixie. Blossomforth thinks this won't help, but she'll give it a go. Trixie gets a whistle ready, and Blossomforth gets ready to takeoff. Trixie then blows the whistle as Blossomforth takes flight, slow, but off the ground. As she does some tricks in the air, she feels more confident that she can do this. As she gets ready to do another trick, Trixie boos and hisses from the crowd of manikins. As she looks down, she then gets an image of the other pegasi laughing at her from the ground. She then gets nervous and she gets out of sync with her flapping and starts to dive. She descends too fast and crashes into the ground. Trixie sighs and says, "We'll practice more on your stage fright. Ok from the top now." Blossomforth groans and knows she wasn't going to like more of this particular practice. -Manehattan Library- Finally, Blossomforth is going to see Twilight before she gets training from Daring Do. After her embarrassing training exercise from Trixie yesterday, she hopes someone more understanding like Twilight can help her. After walking for a couple of minutes, she makes it to the entrance of the Manehattan Library. She then goes into the library with the bell going off upon entry. When she gets in, she sees somepony approach her. She then realizes it's Spike, carrying a pile of books in front of him. Spike is appearing to be having some trouble lifting the books, but then puts them down and goes over to Blossomforth. "Hey Blossomforth, here to see Twilight?", asks Spike. Blossomforth nods, then Spike says, "She's on the second floor at her desk." Blossomforth then says, "Thank you." Spike goes back to the pile of books and brings them to a table in the reading area, clearly still showing strain from lifting a huge pile of books. Blossomforth then goes to the stairs that goes up to the second floor. When she gets up to the second floor, she sees Twilight at her desk writing. Twilight sees her approach and puts down the quill pen with her magic. "Oh, hi Blossomforth.", says Twilight. Twilight then looks to the clock on the wall, "Is it that time already?" Twilight goes over to Blossomforth and motions her to follow. They both go down to the first floor as Twilight goes over to the reading area. Blossomforth sees some books on one table, in fact, it's the same pile of books Spike was caring earlier. Also, Spike is on the floor breathing heavily and tired. Twilight smiles and tells Blossomforth, "Okay, now you can start studying on the history of flight." Blossomforth then says, "What do you mean?" "Well, since I can't help you with physical activity, I'd help you with my only way possible, research." , says Twilight. Twilight then goes back to her work on the second floor. Blossomforth groans knowing this is going to be even more painful, as she would rather do physical labor over reading. -Manehattan Museum- After four days of what is considered to Blossomforth, a failure, she finally gets ready to train with Daring Do. She gets over to the her friend's museum and goes inside to meet her inside. She makes her way to her friend's office, and finally gets herself ready for some exciting training. After tasting terrible treats, dancing on with four left hooves, performing pretty poorly, and being given ghastly migraines. So with Daring being very nice with her, this seems like a good break for her. Blossomforth knocks on the door, and gets a response to come in. After going in, she sees Daring dusting some statue in the corner. She looks around her friends office to see some other statues, tomes, runes, artifacts, and various vases. These things are probably from her friend's various expeditions and travels from around the world. Daring finishes dusting her statue and goes to sit down to her desk. "Take a seat, Blossomforth.", says Daring. Blossomforth takes a seat across from her friend. "Now, I'm guessing you're ready to train with me today right?", asks Daring. Blossomforth clopped her hooves together in glee and with a smile on her face. "Well, let's get ready to read on the flight patterns on a twister.", says Daring with a smile. Blossomforth goes wide eyed and with a frown as to recall some bad experience. "Then, we'll take a break with some of Aunt Orange's homemade sandwiches. Afterwards, we can go to a party and dance like no tomorrow, and have everypony see your excellent dance moves. Blossomforth eyes twitch and starts to laugh maniacally. As this disturbs Daring, Blossomforth then starts to cry on the ground, weeping. "Why does this have to happen to me? All I want to do is to learn how to fly and make everypony proud.", cries Blossomforth as she still cried on the ground. As she's still on the ground, she feels somepony hug her. She sees that it's Daring hugging her. "We are helping you, it's just we have different ways of telling you.", says Daring in a comforting voice. Blossomforth is starting to calm down and stop crying. Daring continued to hug her while rubbing her back. "We can't teach you how to fly, you must learn yourself from different experiences that will help you be a better flyer.", says Daring. Blossomforth then gets up and looks to Daring, who's still holding her. She then starts to understand her experiences on how her training will help her be a better flyer. "I think I kind of understand now. Auntie wants me to be healthy to have the energy to fly. Octavia shows me on keeping my rhythm on how I'll read the wind patterns. Trixie shows me how to fly while under pressure. Then Twilight wanted me to study some information on flying from different books.", says Blossomforth Daring smiles at her friend's realization on her training. "Now you know how we want to help you without doing it directly on flight.", says Daring. Blossomforth wipes the rest of her tears away and speaks up, "Thank you, and to all of our friends for helping me. Now I fully realize what I need to do. Let's get ready to review my progress!", cheers a now happy Blossomforth. Daring knows that everything will be going to plan to get ready for the big day. -Central Park- After the full five days of training with her friends, Blossomforth gets ready to help all of the pegasi get the tornado to Cloudsdale. As she flies over Central Park she sees all of the pegasi getting ready to review their wing power before going to the water reservoir. As she lands, she sees that Spitfire is here with Daring and speaking about the plans for today. Blossomforth at this point would've gotten weak knees, but she feels confident about herself. She goes over to the track along with the rest of the others to test their wing power. As time goes by, its Blossomforth's turn to test her wing power. This time, Spike has the whistle since Spitfire is busy at the moment. Blossomforth readies herself to take off. Spike blows the whistle and Blossomforth flies with all of her might towards the end of the track. As she passes the anemometer, Twilight then records her flight with a blank face. Blossomforth then goes over to Twilight to get the news. Then Twilight plainly says to her friend, "5.0, even". Blossomforth got worried and says, "5.0, 5.0!? I thought I got better at my flight.", panics Blossomforth. "You did. This is much better than I thought you would do. You got much better at your flight.", says Twilight Trying to comfort her. Blossomforth tries to keep herself calm but ends up hyperventilating. "Oh, what could be any worse than this?", says Blossomforth like she's trying to jinx something. Spitfire then comes by with a worried look on her face with Daring showing the same look on her face, "Girls, we have a problem." Chapter 4: Blossom in the winds- RHurricane Blossomforth Chapter 4 -10 minutes ago...- Spitfire is standing beside the track as she evaluates everypony having their wing power checked. Daring is beside her also evaluating the pegasi's progress. Spitfire checks at the corner of her eye and sees Blossomforth landing in the park. As she checks around, she sees that only one of her Wonderbolts is here. With that, she quickly pieces together that Soarin is also gone. This upsets her, of course, as she then goes over to her teammate. As she gets closer, she realizes its Misty Fly, a close friend and comrade. Misty sees her and asks, "Oh hi Spitfire, what do you need?" Spitfire, still with fury then asks, "Where the hoof is our entire team?!" Misty then gets a worried look on her face and looks away. She stays silent for a minute until Spitfire yells, "Where are they?!" Misty then dryly says, "They've got the feather flu." Its Spitfire's turn to have worried look on her face. "How the hoof did that happen?", questions Spitfire. "Apparently they all contracted the illness from Soarin.", says Misty. Spitfire at this point is going to explode. "That colt is going to be suspended for causing all of this!", fumed Spitfire. "Don't you remember that job we had in Chicoltgo on controlling that huge thunderstorm?", questions Misty. Spitfire nods as she recalls that job a few weeks ago. The weather team in that city needed help as the winds are always strong. They called for the Wonderbolts for assistance as the weather was getting uncontrollable. After the job was all good and done, Soarin started not looking well, but Spitfire shrugged that off as an excuse to skip off work and eat pie. "Our entire team of besides you and I are out.", sadly says Misty. Spitfire began to worry and turns to Daring for assistance. As she goes back over to her, Spitfire tells Daring the situation they are in. Daring then gets the log book and shows Spitfire who's here. "This might explain why these 8 are not here.", says Daring. Spitfire then sees 8 names not attended in the book and thinks those same pegasi got the feather flu. Spitfire felt like she got bucked in the side after the realization that she might fail this mission as simple as this. Without the necessary wing power, Cloudsdale will be without any water. To be sure that if she still have the necessary wing power, she brings Daring and herself over to Twilight who's talking to Blossomforth, who's also looking worried. As she gets to them she says with a worried look on her face, "Girls, we have a problem." As Twilight checks her numbers with the majority of the Wonderbolt team, minus Spitfire and Misty Fly, and the 8 pegasi also absent. "With all of these numbers, The Wonderbolts would've made this job easier for all of us, but now we may not be able to get the water to Cloudsdale.", says Twilight. Blossomforth looks over to see Spitfire more worried than her. With all these pegasi sick, what is she going to do? "We're not giving up!", shouts Daring. Everypony looks to her with shocked looks. Daring looks to Spitfire with a serious look in her eyes. Daring takes in a deep breath and starts speaking, "Why are you acting like this? Where's that leader and hero of the pegasi they look up too? You shouldn't give up on yourself, or else that will give everypony else a sense of worry. I've been in your position where I felt I could've changed an event or I felt like everything is my fault. I learned to be a more sincere pony and become a better friend. It also helped me be more true to myself and come out in the open. I stopped beating myself up, what will you do?" Daring finished giving her speech and hopes this gets through to Spitfire, but this gets to Blossomforth more. Spitfire is considering what Daring said to her, and laying down her options, quit or do the job with little success. "I...I....I..I'll d-d-do it.", sheepishly says Blossomforth. Everypony looks to her now, and actually never thought of her speaking out. "Daring, I know you meant for your speech to reach Spitfire, but you got to me more. I want to make a difference, and as the Element of Loyalty, I need to prove that I can be loyal to everypony, even if I have a low wing power. Even somepony like me can make a difference." Daring starts tearing up and is happy that her friend has come a long way from being a shy flier. Daring wipes the tears away and says, "Okay, now what say you Spitfire? You ready to do this?" Daring holds her hoof out as Spitfire then comes to a conclusion. "Okay, let's do this!", as she then bumps her hoof with Daring. -Manehattan Water Resevoir- 1 hour later.... Every pegasi accounted for has appeared at the Manehatten water resevoir, which is located on the outskirts of the city near Brookmare. Everypony is equipped with a pair of goggles as the wind speed and rising of water being sprayed about doesn't harm the eyes. All of the pegasi are lined up near the resevoir to get ready for the signal to start the tornado. Twilight and Spike are also preparing for their job. Twilight has a larger anemometer to scale the tornado, and Spike is manning a large horn to be the signal to start. As Blossomforth is looking around the area and seeing everypony all set up, she starts to breath faster, sweating, and she's getting weak hooves. As she starts acting out, Daring puts a hoof on her shoulder and gestures her to relax and that she won't be alone. Daring, Blossomforth, and Spitfire are to take the front of the pack and begin the tornado. As everything is all set, Daring flies up for everypony to see her. "Alright everypony, we may be down on some numbers, but that doesn't mean we should give up. We'll prove that we can go beyond our expectations and show the hard work we put into this. We'll show all of Equestria and Cloudsdale that Manehatten can be the best city in the world. Now who's ready to do this!?", shouts Daring. As she finishes her speech, everypony cheers with sheer determination with a white pegasus cheering, 'YEAH!' at the top of his lungs. Blossomforth readies her goggles along with everypony else as Daring takes point, with Spitfire on her right and Blossomforth taking her left. Everypony else gets ready to fly as Spike blows the horn for the signal to take off. Daring takes off with Spitfire and Blossomforth on her side, then everypony else follows behind her. As all of the pegasi get close to the reservoir, Daring then goes at her top speed and starts to spin around the edge of the reservoir. Everypony else starts doing the same thing by spinning around the reservoir. Blossomforth then notices that she's falling behind her friend and every other pegasi start passing by her. Blossomforth at her full might finally makes it to the now forming tornado and her way in. The tornado is now fully formed and every pegasus is now accounted for in the tornado. Blossomforth is feeling like the tornado is more controling her then she is. She starts panicking and is almost about to fall outside the tornado until...Daring comes by and grabs her! Blossomforth is grabbed by her friend and is frilled at her sight. "You need to remember what our friends taught you, Blossomforth! You can do it!", yells Daring from the roar of the tornado. Blossomforth hears her friend and now knows what she must do. Blossomforth loosens her grip from and Daring and now tries to fly with the tornado . Thanks to Twilight's reading on flying, she's learning to fly with the wind currents, in this case, a tornado. As she does this, water starts to spout upwards a bit. This shows they're almost there to 800 wing power. Blossomforth tries even harder to go faster, and in turn isn't getting any more tired in the process. Auntie Oranges healthy meals have given her so much energy to not get tired, she needs to thank Auntie afterwards. She sees all of the pegasi flowing with the current, and even going in a rhythm while working off each other. Blossomforth does this by following Octavia's rhythm lesson and goes with a couple of groups to make a smooth rhythm and flowing formation as to not lose anypony. Blossomforth is feeling very confident as to be sure nothing is going wrong. As she's flowing with every pegasi, she sees one grey pegasus get tired and lose her speed. He starts falling and is heading towards Blossomforth, but notices she can't get away in time before impact. As she awaits her demise, somepony else gets in the way and is hit instead. Blossomforth sees the pony who got hit none other than Daring! "No, Daring!", yells Blossomforth in shock and fear as her friend and the other pegasus fall out of the tornado. Daring falls out along with the pegasus and hits onto the ground hard. Twilight and Spike see this and rush to their friend and the grey pegasus with a first aid kit. Daring gets up but slowly, but her wing is injured. Twilight and Spike get there and see the damage. "Oh my gosh Daring, you sprained your wing!", shouts Spike in shock. "Don't worry, I've had worse than this.", as she dusts herself off, but shows a little pain. Twilight then starts to patch her up, but forgot the other pegasus. "What about her?", questions Twilight as she gestures to the pegasus with her head in the ground. The grey pegasus gets her head unstuck and shakes out of daze. This pegasus has a blonde mane, grey coat, bubbles for a cutie mark, and the most distinctive feature her blonde eyes are crossed. "Are you okay?", questions a concerned Daring. "Ya, I just don't know what went wrong.", frowns the sad pegasus. "I'm glad you're okay Ditzy Doo. We don't need any more injuries. Why don't you go rest for now and have a muffin?", says Daring in a comforting tone. Ditzy then smiles and goes off to rest next to the anemometer. "What do we do now? Without you, they can't form the tornado.", says Spike as he looks toward the machine. "It's stuck at 795 wing power, I don't think they have got anything left in them." says a worried Spike. Daring and Twilight look towards the tornado and hope everything can work out. Blossomforth, now without Daring to help her feels more worthless without her friend. What can she do now? She begins crying as thoughts cloud her head. She remembers doubting herself before everything started, Spitfire yelling at her, the long training sessions, and now Daring being gone. Then she realizes, all of this bringing her here had nothing to do with Daring, she got her all on her own. Her friends may have helped her, but she made her own results because of them. "I can't rely on my friend forever.", she says as she wiped away the tears. "It's time I did this on my own. Time to show everypony what I'm worth!" yells Blossomforth. She then flies faster than she ever thought possible while ignoring any other instinct and pain. Other pegasi see her incredible feat and are cheering for her to do it. Spitifre also sees this and cheers for her as well. Back on the ground, Spike sees the anemometer reach 800 wing power at last. Daring and Twilight watch as the tornado then spews water from the top and goes flying into the sky, no doubt going towards Cloudsdale. When all of the water is gone from the reservoir, Spike blows the horn and all of the pegasi disperse and have a safe landing onto the ground. Everypony cheers knowing that this is a big success as everpony worked together. Daring looks and sees Blossomforth in the air about to collapse from lack of air and from exhaustion. Daring goes to try and catch her, but Spitfire grabs her before she falls. Spitfire takes her to the ground where Blossomforth is now unconscious. Her friends are now frantic as their friend is now unconscious. -Manehattan General Hospital- Blossomforth wakes and tries to take in her surroundings. Still tired and weak, the thought occurs to her that she's not in the tornado anymore. Did she fail, and Cloudsdale did not get the water? Before she thinks, somepony hugs her almost instantly. She now fully wakes and sees Daring, now Honey Do, having her in a death grip. "Oh thank goodness you're awake, I thought something terrible happened!" cries Honey. Blossomforth also sees all of her friends around her. Now she remembers after the water was delivered to Cloudsdale, she felt very weak from flying and passes out, no doubt from exhaustion. "Where am I?", questions Blossomforth. "You're in the hospital dearie, and good thing too. You had us all scared half to death!" cries out Sherbet. "The Great and Powerful Trixie agrees, but is impressed by your overall performance. Trixie taught you well indeed.", gleefully says Trixie. "The blooming blossom waves gracefully against the wind, and shows everyone her true majestic beauty.", recites Octavia. "You saved everypony from failing, and with your additional wing power, helped accomplish the job of delivering the water.", says Twilight. "Ya, you were amazing!", happily says Spike. "We owe all our thanks to you.", says a still teary eyed Honey. "Thanks girls.", says Blossmomforth. "I now know that I need to start pulling more of my own weight around and put more effort in anything.", smiles Blossomforth. She realizes that Spitfire is not in the room with her. "Where's Spitfire?", questions Blossomforth. "She went back to Canterlot, but she wanted me to relay a message to you.", says Honey. Blossomforth nods her head as her friend begins the message. Honey clears her throat and quotes Spitfire, "Blossomforth, you've got guts, and I like that. Before I go, I need to say I'm sorry for doubting you again. I've never seen anypony like you to risk their life on the line like that, even for a job like this! I hope to see you again someday. Try to keep in touch. Your new friend, Spitfire.", unquote. Blossomforth is happy to hear that and smiles. She looks over to Twilight and asks, "Hey Twilight, wouldn't this make a good letter for the princess?", questions Blossomforth. "Oh right, Spike take a letter.", says Twilight. Spike gets out a scroll and quill and begins to write down Twilight's letter. Dear Princess Celestia, Today I'm happy to inform you that our job of delivering water to Cloudsdale is a success, but I've also a lesson on friendship. My good friend Blossomforth has learned that somepony so small, can leave a big impact on others. She's worked so hard to overcome her weakness and pushed herself to succeed. Now that she has more confidence in herself, I hope to more of it come into fruition. Your Fateful Student, Twilight Sprkle. Spike rolls up the letter and blows fire on it to send the letter away. "Now how long to I have to be in this hospital?", questions Blossomforth. "You only have to stay for a full day to recover.", says Honey. Blossomforth sighs and relaxes herself for now. "As long as I don't do any exercising here, I think I'll be okay.", happily says Blossomforth. Her friends begin laughing around her as she then drifts off into sleep. Epilogue: Towards a New TomorrowEpilogue -2 days later, Canterlot- Spitfire finally makes it back to Canterlot and plans to relax for a few days after her hard work in Manehattan. She's also having her team take a few weeks off to heal and recover from the feather flu. As she enters her home, she takes off her uniform and hangs it up on a hook near the door. She closes the door and goes down her hall toward her bedroom. As she goes to enter her room to get a night's rest, she hears somepony knock on her door. She didn't need this at this hour. As she goes back to her door she says, "Whatever you need, can't it wait tomorrow?", says Spitfire in a tired tone. She opens the door, and is greeted by a large white pony with wings, horn, and a sun cutie mark. "I believe you can make time for a few minutes, Captain Spitfire.", gracefully says the alicorn. Spitfire goes wide-eyed and is greeted by the princess! "Princess, my apologies!", says a sorry Spitfire as she bows. "No need to bow before me. I just wanted to know how the job went.", says Celestia. Spitfire gets up and readjusts herself as she clears her throat. "Our mission was a success. Water got to Coudsdale, and we have little injuries, given that my team is sick.", reports Spitfire. "I know that, and I got a letter from my student on a particular pegasus that helped you.", says Celestia. Spitfire blushes and tries looking away. "Nothing to be ashamed of. It seems even the hothead captain can make a friend outside of Canterlot.", chuckles Celestia. "Yeah, she's really something. I know I'll see her again.", says Spitfire with a smile. Celestia then hands her a letter with the royal insignia on it. Spitfire takes it and opens the letter. She looks inside and then looks to Celestia. "Princess, you know our team goes every year. What difference is there for us not attending?", asks Spitfire. "Because those are for my student and her friends.", says Celestia. Spitfire is shocked and looks back to the letter. "All of these?", questions Spitfire. "You may see her much sooner than you think, but that night will be the time for you, her, and that unbelievably amazing Daring Do to talk and become very good friends.", says Celestia with a smile. Spitfire then thinks of another job they're doing in a few months, and knows she'll she them again. Now she's looking forward more than ever to see Blossomforth again at what could be more than any ordinary night. She can now say it could be her best night ever. She looks back at the envelope and sees four golden tickets.
Chapter 1: Town Meeting- RHurricane Blossomforth Chapter 1 -Manehattan Central Park- It's a nice sunny day in Manehattan's Central Park as Blossomforth and Daring Do(as Honey Do), go for a nice stroll.
Spitfire then comes by with a worried look on her face with Daring showing the same look on her face, "Girls, we have a problem."
Chapter 4: Blossom in the winds- RHurricane Blossomforth Chapter 4 -10 minutes ago...- Spitfire is standing beside the track as she evaluates everypony having their wing power checked.
