We have many friends, but something strange has been going on. Pony's who enter the woods never come out. I decided to keep a journal to keep track of all the evidence. Day 1 I began my investigation by looking online. This lead me to creepy pastas. Made up story's about scary things. I found a few video game ones, involving the tails doll, but I found one thing that particularly caught my eye. Slender. I investigated this story. Apparently if you are in the woods alone at night, Slender is there. To see him, you must have a video camera. I decided I would record this. But, Slender can kill you if you let him get too close. I have to be careful. I found Twilight in the kitchen. "Hey Twilight. Do you think I could borrow your video recorder?" She looked at me. "Only if you stop doing that stupid research for a day, and stay home with me." I nodded. There was always tomorrow. Me and Twilight had soup for tea. Then we watched a movie. Then me and Twi...Actually, you don't need to know about that. Day 2 I woke up bright and early. Too early to investigate. I went for a walk around town when I spotted Octavia. She was playing her cello on the hill. I decided not to disturb her, but she called me up to the top of the hill. I climbed up. "Good morning Doctor Hooves." I politely nodded my head. Octavia was very polite and calm. "I was wondering if you could help me with something." I quickly checked the time. 10oClock. I nodded. "Great! Could you tell me what you think of this song?" She began rapidly playing a song. "Oh, we'll that was magnificent! You surely did not learn that yourself!" "Oh Doctor Hooves. You always know how to flatter a pony." She said, laughing. I decided to join in. "Well, I've got to get going. See you later!" I waved and began walking to the woods... When I arrived, it was dark. I turned on the video recorder and looked around. Nothing. All I found was a couple of notes saying:"Always watches. No eyes." I was creeped out. Mind my language, but it was like the beginning of a shitty horror story. I finally saw it. All I could see was his white face. I hit record. He stared at me. He seemed to be getting closer. One thing was going through my mind...RUN!!! I turned around and ran to ponyville. I don't know how I outrun him, but I did. I was shaking. I decided to report my findings until... Derpy showed up."Hello there Doctor! I saw you explore the woods. Are you on a adventure? I love adventures! Can I come?" I sighed. "I suppose you can be my assistant through this investigation." She began hopping about."Thank you!" She said, bounding to my side."Where shall we go first!" She shouted. "Actually, Derpy I was going to report my findings..." "Ok! Lets do that then!" And I wrote in this journal for about a hour, with Derpy eating muffins and Twilight moaning at why she was here. I will report more tomorrow!

Twilight was still asleep. I kissed her and crept downstairs. Derpy was there. "Oh hey Doctor! I was waiting for you to wake up!" "Oh...how long were you waiting?" "All night!" I was shocked by this. I sat down. "Umm... Are you felling okay?" I asked. She smiled. "Of cou..." She fell on my lap, asleep. "God dammit Derpy..." I lay her on the couch and booted up the computer. I could finally download this sle... Not enough memory?! I was in shock. At that moment, I grabbed my wallet. Derpy began to wake up."Ugh... Huh? Oh...reporting for duty Doctor!" She shouted. "Uhh...At ease? Look, we need to buy a laptop for my investigations. Do you want to come to the store with me?" "Yes sir!" She hopped to my side. When we arrived there, I began to look at some laptops. While looking, I noticed Derpy looking at me a couple of times. Is she...no. I wasn't going to mention it, until I saw her blushing. Did she... "Umm... Derpy, is something wrong?" "Everything's just fine, Doctor..." She smiled. I had to ignore this. There was work to do! I decided to buy a laptop with a lot of memory. I brought it home and started it up. Once I did all the logging in, I was ready to go. Twilight asked where we'd been. I said to the store. She was ok with that. She sat down next to us and watched me type away. When I finally got the game going, in came the questions. "What is this?" Asked Twilight. "Oh, it's a game that my investigation links into." I said. "Oh. Slender..." "Yup. That's his name. It's a horror game too so..." "Oh I'm sure I will be ok. Besides, your here." She smiled at me. I kissed her and continued playing. I wandered about, found 3 notes and saw him. Twilight screamed and hugged me. "I told you it was a horror game." I continued to play. I got killed on the 5th note. Derpy looked jealous. "Hey Derpy, what's wrong?" She sighed."Nothing." Twilight looked at me with that sparkle. I knew what it meant. "Um... Hey, Derpy, could you maybe go home for tonight?" Derpy nodded. Me and Twilight just needed some quiet time. Derpy left and me and Twilight had a great night... Day 3:NIGHTMARE There I was. There was Derpy. I waved at her. She blew a kiss at me. Shocked, I tried to say something, but nothing happened. Then, I saw him. Slender. "YOUR PATHETIC PONYVILLE WILL SUFFER IF YOU DO NOT STOP HUNTING ME DOWN. I WILL MAKE YOU WATCH EVERYPONY DIE." With that, I woke up... Day 4 I got up. What was that nightmare all about? Was it real? I sighed and got up. I checked my laptop for any messages. Just one. From DJ PON3. Dear Doctor Hooves, Hey Doctor. How ya doin'? I was wondering if you could help me out with a little problem here... I know that the Living Tombstone moved in recently. And I think I like him... Look, what I'm askin' you to do here is... Maybe set up something for us? Like, a dinner or something? Thanks a lot Doctor! From, DJ PON3. P.S:Octavia wants to talk to you. I turned off the laptop. I was known for helping ponies, so I'll help out. I went to the top of a hill and began setting out all the plates. I put a candle in the middle too. Just to you know... Set the mood. When I was done, I invited them both. They arrived. "Hey Doctor. Hey Scratch. What's going on?" I smirked. "Oh, it's just a little thing Scratch wanted me to set up." She blushed. "Thank you Doctor." She said. Tombstone looked at Scratch. He began to get the idea. "Ok, I'll leave you two alone. See you later!" I walked off. Ok, next Octavia. I knocked on her door. She opened it. "Oh, hello Doctor. Would you like to come in?" She opened the door a bit more. "Ok. Sure." I said, walking into the nicely decorated house. I sat down. "So Octavia, what is all this about?" She smiled and sat down. "I know Scratch is in love with that Living Tombstone, but I'd thought I'd tell who I love." She said, blushing. I was a bit concerned. "Well then, I love you, Doctor." She said, with half-lidded eyes. "Oh, Umm... You do know that I have a girlfriend, right?" I said. She looked disappointed. "W-what?!" She said, tearing up. I put my arm around her. "I'm sorry Octavia. You are a very beautiful pony, but like I said, I'm already taken. I'm sorry." I kissed her and I was about to walk out, when she asked something. "Doctor, if you weren't in love with Twilight, would you go out with me?" I turned around. "Of course Octavia. Like I said, you are very beautiful pony, but..." "I understand..." Tears began streaming down her face. As bad as I felt, I couldn't break up with Twilight. I love her way too much. There was still some time left before it became night. I could have another look in the forest. It was decided. I didn't bring the recorder though. Oh well. I walked into the woods. There was Rainbow Dash, crying. She was lay on the floor. "Rainbow! What happened?!" She looked up at me. "There was... A pony... Face as white as snow... I broke my wing trying to get away... He was in a cave..." "Wait, what?! Where is this cave?" "Over to the east. You can't miss it. Do you think you could help me get up?" I nodded. I pulled her up. "Can you walk?" "Y-yes." "Ok. Get yourself to a hospital. I'm going to explore this cave." I went deeper into the woods. Finally, I spotted a dark cave. I went inside. There was Slender, marking the wall. On the wall was a attack plan... For Ponyville! I ran home, and locked the door. "Hey, what's the hurry?" She said, kissing me. "Umm... Ate too many muffins?" She laughed. "I've made you some fish and chips. Your favourite." I smiled at her. "And, I've recorded Doctor Who for you." This is why I could never break up with Twilight. I kissed her and went into the kitchen. Long story short, we watched Doctor Who. Little did I know, tomorrow would change this all...
SlenderPony Chapter 3 InsanityView OnlineSlenderPonySlenderPony Chapter 3 InsanityDay 5 I got up this morning with a bad headache. And I mean REALLY bad. I was a bit sick too... Ugh... Twilight woke up to the sound of me vomiting. "Are you ok honey?" Jesus, I couldn't hear her very well..."Twi, I think I'm a bit sick..." She looked shocked. Then again-once again, mind my language-I couldn't fucking see her too well. She lead me to the bed and lay me down. Ten minutes later, she brought me some toast. "Try to eat something." She said. I picked up the toast. "I WILL CRUSH PONYVILLE!" I dropped the toast and screamed. "Are you ok?! Should I phone the ambulance?" I heard a voice... Like the one in my dream... "D-did you hear that?" "Hear what?" "It was... Like... I will crush ponyville or something..." "I'm going to phone a ambulance." "Ok..." I coughed up some blood. This was getting bad. The ambulance arrived and took me to the hospital. Twilight came too. I was put next to Rainbow. "Hey Hooves!" I tried my best to smile. "He's a bit sick..." Said Twilight. "He was saying something about voices saying I will crush ponyville." "Oh." Rainbow kept talking to Twilight... Fuck I couldn't hear what they were saying! Oh Umm... Sorry about that. Then, I heard it again. "IT'S ME YOU FOOL. SLENDERPONY. STOP HUNTING ME DOWN OR YOU WILL DIE... YOUR PRECIOUS PONYVILLE WILL BE DESTROYED 5 DAYS FROM NOW. LIE DOWN AND MEET YOUR END." "T-TWILIGHT! I CAN HEAR IT AGAIN!" I screamed. I bet the whole hospital heard me. "Ok, honey, listen..." "We need to get to Celestia." "Ok, now I don't..." "Listen to me. Tell the doctors I'm leaving." "Don't be silly!" "Ponyville is going to be destroyed! I don't care how much blood I cough up, I'm saving this town!" Twilight held my hoof. "Ok, calm..." I stood up and walked to the train station. "Honey! What are you doing?!" "I'm saving ponyville, no matter what!" "Well then, I'm coming with you." The train arrived. We got on, and off we went. "Do you want to have a nap? I'll wake you up when we get there." I nodded. I lay down... Day 5 NIGHTMARE I was coughing up more blood. So much, there was now a pool of blood around me. I looked up. SlenderPony was staring down at me. "I WILL WATCH YOU SUFFER." I looked to my right, and there was Twilight. Hanged. "Twi..." I just coughed up more blood. I was devastated. How did this happen so fast? "DON'T TRY TO SAVE PONYVILLE. I ALREADY HAVE WARRIORS WILLING TO FIGHT FOR ME. SHADOWS... HA HA HA!" With that, I woke up. Day 5 (Continued) I hugged Twilight. "Another dream?" She asked. I nodded. We arrived in Canterlot. When we arrived at the castle, I barged in. "Celestia!" I shouted. "What is the meaning of this?!" "A evil is coming to Ponyville. His name is SlenderPony. He already has a army and is going to attack us in five days!" "How do I know your not just having dreams about all this?" "Celestia, please. You have to trust me." She sighed. "Prepare our troops! A war is coming to Equestria." I smiled. "And you, Doctor Hooves..." She added. "You will be our leader into battle. After all, you did tell us about this." At that instant, she threw me a machete and a pistol. "Keep them safe until the day. And if your lying..." She used her magic to turn a book she had nearby into stone. A few hours later, I was back home with Twilight. I recovered pretty well. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. I opened it, and there was Derpy. "I heard about you! I was worried! I know there's a war coming! I wanna fight with you!" I had to think for a second about what the hell she just said, but I made it out. Derpy, look, this is my mission. I don't want you to fight alongside me..." "But..." "Derpy, stay with Twilight. Look after her when I go." "...Ok." I smiled. The rest of the day I spent at the park with Derpy and Twilight. Twilight was still unsure why she was here, but oh well. Hopefully, tomorrow I can have a bit of combat training.
SlenderPony Chapter 4 TrainingView OnlineSlenderPonySlenderPony Chapter 4 TrainingDay 6 I woke up. I checked my hoofs. No sickness. I sighed. "So, your ok then?" Asked Twilight, turning over to me. "I guess so." I said, getting up. I went downstairs and made myself some bacon sandwiches. After this, I went out for a walk. Who could help me out with combat training? Then I remembered. Rainbow has a game called Assassins creed. I could play on that, and learn from it! I went over to Rainbows house and knocked on the door. "One secon... OOFF!" I heard a thwack sound. "Are you ok?" "I-I'm fine!" "Guess your out the hospital then" I said, laughing. "She opened the door a crack. I was starting to think she was hiding something. "Do you think I could play on Assassins creed? I just wanna learn some combat skills, and..." "What? Oh... Um... Nope!" I pushed open the door. "Ok, wh-a-a..." There was soarin'. In Rainbow bed. I sighed. I don't need to say any more, right? "Um... I can explain..." "Is this some secret relationship? Because, if you two are happy then..." "Um... Look, you mentioned something about Assassins creed, right? The Xbox is there. You can take it over to yours. And the game, if you want..." "Thanks Rainbow. And don't worry;I won't tell anypony." I carried the Xbox back to Twilights. I set it up, and I was in. I put in the disk and I started playing. It was pretty awesome. I noticed how easy it was to kill a person in this game... After a couple of hours of playing this game, I noticed parkour might be important. I mean, I might need to get to higher ground, right? Then again, I could always practise tomorrow. Also, I've been planning to do something extra special... Actually, you know what? It will be my secret... Day 7 I woke up bright and early for my parkour today. I'm not sure how easy this was, but I could give it a go. I practised on some small ledges. Pretty easy. I tried some bigger ledges. I could get up those ok. And with permission, and practised climbing up a small cottage. I was awesome at this! I could jump from building to building, ledge to led... OOFF! I had crashed into Cheerlie, who was carrying her groceries. "I'm very sorry about that Cheerlie." I said, collecting her groceries. "It's ok. Could I ask why you were climbing and jumping?" "Oh, I'm practising my parkour for the war!" "Oh yes. Everypony is talking about that. Are you going to be ok?" "I will be fine. I'm sure." Obviously, I was lying. "Well, it was nice meeting up... Well, if you can call it meeting up." She laughed. I joined in. "Seeyou later!" I said, sprinting off. I climbed a bit more and called it a day. When I came in, Twilight was sat in the kitchen with s knife. "Twilight! Are you ok?" "That SlenderPony came. He tried to get me." She said. Did I mention she was sat on the FLOOR?! Well, she was. "That son of a... Don't worry Twi, I'm gonna make him pay..." I was so angry... Just three more days... Three more...
