Alright, so apparently I don't have the patience to write fan-fiction past 20,000 words, but for a short-short story I can manage to finish the darn thing before 'real' projects pull me back. This one's a real ice-berg; lots under the surface, nice and compact. I promise it won't be a waste of your time, unless you haven't read much fan-fiction. Then you might not get it; it's pretty meta.
