Prologue: A chance of a lifetime
Hello, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jacob and I love Borderlands, I first heard of Borderlands from my cousin who had just got the game, we would go on and on about how addictive and amazing it was, he would gush over "the rush and enjoyment of mowing down hordes of bandits, the fun badass classes and the joy of just opening a loot chest to get one of the games '87 bazillion' guns", needless to say he got me interested.
When I finally got my own Xbox 360 the first game I got was Borderlands...and from that moment on my other games sat on the shelf collecting dust, I couldn't put the game down, I was completely hooked, I've never been this happy and excited since the first time I saw Rainbow dash do the Sonic Rainboom.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I'm also a Brony, yeah whatever time of my life isn't spent on Borderlands belongs to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, so being a Borderlands and MLP fanatic, I always wanted to explore both their respective worlds, I wanted to go to Equestria and buck some apple trees with Applejack and preform a magic act with the Great and Power Trixie (both of which are my favorite Ponies) and I also wanted to roam Pandora, slay a wide array of creatures and indulge myself in Pandora's unending loot.
I didn't know at the time, but I was about to get my wish, you see one day I got home from school (which sucks by the way) and after watching the season 3 finale 'Magical Mystery Cure' which by the way was awesome, I popped in Borderlands and prepared to play the day away, that's when it happened, there was a bright red flash that came from the screen and I passed out.
Next thing I knew I was on a bus on some other planet...
