The Secrets of the Immortal Fluttershy Flamel

There is no way you can understand how long and miserable, has been my life. Not only I've seen and lived through the years, watching the world turns and changes around me, also I've lost countless friends and family who were, have passed to a better life, where they could rest in peace. That's part is one that I want to change.

I wanna die...

Before, I was an exceptionally strong and brave pony, known for my ability to cope with any situation, regardless of the consequences. But now, with the passing of time, I've developed an attitude of shyness and weakness, dealing with the harrowing idea of seeing the deaths of those around me. The mere thought of dying is something that fills me with some satisfaction since by this time all I wanted was to live as an ordinary pony: get married, have foals, see them grow old, and wait to die. Unfortunately this idea was crushed with a word that has defined my life all these years; immortality. Of course, not only have I travelled, but I also learned magic in it's purest essence, long before the unicorns became the only ones to use it to this day.

After years of travelling and living on most of the planet, I decided to go in search of new horizons to settle. It was then that I reached a small town in development, a place that was full of joy and opportunities. After spending a few days there I found that I preferred to stay and settle there, to build a cottage that I've been changing through the years to leave a legacy. Until now I've decided to only have animals as friends. It's too hard for me to face the loss of someone I knew. Until the day I met the first of my new friends, who would change the mood of my life and help me live happily. Thanks to them, I've made a decision.

I've lived for a long, long time. I've seen things you could ever imagine. I’ve fought with unimaginable monsters do not even belong to the worst nightmares ponies. Visited places are beyond the scope of any other pony, including Pegasus. I've seen empires rise and fall, as kings come and went. Wars came and went. I've fought, I've fled and even I hid.

I've had works as a doctor, soldier, cook, police and thief. But the most enjoyable job has been to take care of animals.

My life has been long and harrowing enough, I guess. Regardless of all that, to this day I've found the happiness I missed.

The day is coming.
