//-------------------------------------------------------// Time Lord In Equestria -by CrystalHero97- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 - The Man And His Box //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 - The Man And His Box Somewhere out in the universe, there was a large blue box flying around. This box was the spaceship for a great man. The mans name was unknown, but preferred to be known simply as the Doctor. He's been flying around for over 900 years, saving the universe and protecting humanity carefully. Without a companion and on a course for the little blue planet in the year 2015, the Doctor was sitting in his TARDIS thinking about his life. He took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly. "Well, I've been protecting humanity for a long time. Wonder how that lot would ever survive without me." He chuckles lightly and sighs. "Imagine if I never borrowed you." He looks around the interior of his TARDIS with a grin. "Well, the Daleks would've beaten the Timelords and destroyed all life anyway." He jumps up from his seat and slowly walks around the central console of his TARDIS, lightly touching it with his fingers as he walked. He stopped and clapped his hands together. "Right, time to go-" Before he could complete his sentence, the TARDIS shook with a mighty force, knocking the Doctor to the railing. "What the bloody hell?!" He stood up and walked towards the doors of the TARDIS, struggling while it continued to shake. He grabbed hold of the doors and threw them open. What he saw made his jaw drop. The TARDIS was flying through the Time Vortex, but at the same time it was flying away from a gigantic tear inside the vortex. The Doctor grunted in anger. "Brilliant! Just what we needed!" The Doctor could barely hear himself over the TARDIS' struggle. He shook his head and sighed, closing the doors of the TARDIS. He spun around and walked towards the central console, again with difficulty due to the attempts of the TARDIS struggling to escape the tear. When he reached the console, he placed both hands on the devices scattered on the console and began pulling and pushing on the many knobs and buttons. "We can't leave a tear in time alone!" He reached up and pulled a rope, making a bell noise as the TARDIS continued its shaking. "We need to go inside and find whatever is keeping it open, then we close the tear! If we leave it, the results could be catastrophic!" He grunted as he pulled a lever and squeaked a rubber ducky. "Unfortunately, we might be trapped wherever we're left! Do I have a plan to get back here?! Nope! Let's go!" He mashed his hand onto a large red button with a big smile as the TARDIS stop struggling and was flung through the tear. The interior shook and spun rapidly as it lost control. The Doctor held on for dear life onto the central console, trying not to let go. "Alonns-y!" ~Ponyville Cafe, Equestria~ "Lyra, honestly. You need to stop this obsession with those "hew-mens" or whatever they're called. Don't you need to practice playing your lyre, anyway?" Lyra shook her head. "No way, Bon-Bon! They're just too fascinating for me to ignore! I want to meet one someday!" Bon-Bon shook her head with a small smile and went back to her salad as Lyra continued scanning her Mythology book for any information on bipedal apes. "Hiya, girls!" Bon-Bon looked to the new voice with an even bigger smile and a wave. "Hay, Derpy! How are you?" When Derpy approached the couple, she giggled. "Ah, you know. The usual. I got a letter for you!" Derpy reached behind herself and into her saddle bag, pulling out a letter and hoofing it to Bon-Bon. She grabbed it and nodded. "Thanks, Derpy." Derpy smiled and looked to Lyra with a puzzled look. "What's that book about?" Lyra looked up from her reading to Derpy. "Mythology. I'm trying to find something about humans, but I can't find anything!" Lyra banged her head down onto the pages and groaned in defeat. Derpy giggled and gave Lyra an apologetic smile. "Don't worry, Lyra. If you look hard enough, you'll find them! Or if you're lucky, they'll find you!" Lyra lifted her head and sighed with a sad look. "Yeah, I guess so." Derpy turns around and walks off, waving back to the two friends. Derpy started humming to herself as she walked through the streets of Ponyville. She loved it in Ponyville. She had loads of friends whom she loved dearly, and plenty of ponies who didn't mind having a small conversation with her. As Derpy was walking through the streets, she glanced down one of the alley ways. She stopped walking completely and stared at what she saw. A very large, blue box. She stared a few seconds more before deciding to walk up to it. Taking cautious steps, she slowly made her way to the foreign object. It was covered in strange lettering and seemed to have doors. With a careful hoof, she reached out and knocked on the doors. ~Inside The TARDIS~ "Uugggghhh. Well, that was rough." The Doctor slowly lifted himself from the floor of the TARDIS, rubbing the back of his head with caution. "Bloody hell. Where are we?" He looked down upon his figure, hoping that none of his limbs were missing. What he saw was a pair of brown hooves and a tail. The Doctor's eyes grew wide with shock and leaped up from the floor. "AH! WHAT?!" He leaned on the railing and examined himself. Yep, he had hooves. And a tail. He reached his han- hooves in front of himself. "Well, this is odd. Talk about a new face and body! I don't even look anything like a Timelord, I'm a horse! Wait, I'm too small for a horse. So I'm a pony?! Why am I a pony?!" He reached up to the top of his head and pulled his hair down. "Not ginger. Again." He let go of his hair with a creeped out look. "Wait, how did I grab my hair with hooves? And on another note, why am I a pony?" *Knock, Knock, Knock* The Doctor cringed at the familiar sound. He got up and sighed, looking to the doors with a sad look. "Yeah, just a second!" He looked down to his hooves with an unsure look. "Okay, let's see if I can walk or not." ~Ponyville, Alley way~ Derpy flinched away and shut her eyes as she knocked afraid of what would happen. "Yeah, just a second!" She opened her eyes and stared at the box, confused. Somepony was inside? With a nervous voice, Derpy spoke up. "Um. H-Hello? Is s-s-somepony in there?" A loud thud resounded from inside the box. "Ow! Yes, there is somepo- somepony?" The doors shook a bit before opening. Derpy watched in awe as a brown coated earth pony exited the mysterious blue box. The mystery pony looked to Derpy with a cocky smile. "Hullo! I'm the Doctor!" Derpy squealed in surprise and fell back on her flanks. The Doctor looked down at her strangely. "What are you doing down there?" Derpy gave the Doctor an angry look and started getting off the ground and back onto her hooves. "What am I doing here? What are YOU doing in some strange box-thing?!" The Doctor turned to the blue box and back to Derpy. "It's my ship! May I introduce my TARDIS!" Derpy cocked her head to the left in confusion. "Your ship? It's just a box!" The Doctor chuckled and smiled at Derpy. "On the outside, yes. It's just a box. Now, if you'll excuse me..." The Doctor pushed passed Derpy and strolled by her and out the alley way, as if nothing happened. Derpy shook her head and ran out of the alley way, following the Doctor by his side. "So, um, who are you?" The Doctor was looking around the town. He seemed to be amazed at the things he saw. "I already told you, I'm the Doctor." "Doctor who?" The Doctor chuckled and sighed. "Just the Doctor." Derpy gave his form a quick check. He had a brown coat and mane, along with a tie of sorts around his neck. On his flanks was his cutie mark, an hourglass. The Doctor caught her staring at his flank. "Oi! Stop looking at my bum." Derpy quickly looked back to the Doctor with a sheepish smile. "Sorry, Doctor. I just wanted to know what your cutie mark is." "My what?" Derpy laughed and motioned her head towards her flank, which had bubbles on it. "You know, a cutie mark? It shows up when you discover your special talent!" The Doctor looked back to his flank and saw the hourglass. He laughed and returned his look to Derpy. "Well, that would make sense." She glanced back to his flank with a puzzled expression and looked back to the Doctor. "How does it make sense? It's an hourglass! What is your talent, time or something?" "Yep, that sounds about right." Derpy shook her head and frowned. "My head hurts." The Doctor laughed and smiled widely. "Yeah, that'll happen when you talk to me. Happens to all my friends." Derpy's face lit up with a massive smile. "I'm your friend?" The Doctor stopped and turned to her, smiling. "You can be if you want to be." The Doctor's face suddenly looked shocked. "Since when were your eyes like that? And I never caught your name Miss..." Derpy frowned and sighed. "My name is Derpy, and my eyes...well-" A loud, piercing scream echoed through the town. The Doctor turned his head away from Derpy and towards where the sound was coming from. "Talk later, run now!" The Doctor went into full sprint towards the sound of the scream, leaving Derpy with a few seconds to react then run after him towards the commotion. ~Sugarcube Corner~ The Doctor ran up to the windows of the bakery with Derpy following behind. He looked inside and saw what appeared to be a pink pony curled up in a ball, lying down on the floor with a look of terror. He pushed the door open and ran up to the pink pony with Derpy by his side. He leaned down to her level and grabbed her hooves. She looked absolutely terrified. "Calm down, now! What happened? Is something wrong?" The pony nodded and curled up tighter. "Where is it?! What's wrong?!" "Life form incompatible. Upgrade impossible. Delete. Delete. Delete." The Doctor froze with fear when he heard that. He looked to the entrance of the kitchen where the pony was looking with absolute fear. Standing in the doorway, was a full sized Cyberman with his hand outstretched. "Delete. Delete. Delete." Youtube Video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9Y5t2NsbR4) //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Cyberman Uprising //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Cyberman Uprising "Delete. Delete. Delete." The Cyberman took a step towards the group of ponies, ready to execute them on the spot. "Stop right there!" The Cyberman froze at these words. It lowered its arm and pointed it at the Doctor. "State your name, organic." The Doctor stood up to full height and looked at the Cyberman with a grin. "I'm the Doctor, and you're a Cyberman." The Cyberman's eyes flashed blue very faintly before it lowered it's arm completely. "State your purpose for being here, Doctor." The Doctor chuckled lightly before shaking his head. "No, that is what I want to know. What are you doing here?" The Doctor spoke with a calm and casual tone while Derpy and the other pony were stiff with fear. "Cyberman are all about assimilation, not extermination. That being said, you have literally no reason to be here. There are no life forms on this planet that are eligible for an upgrade. Killing them means nothing to you emotionless husks. So, I will repeat myself." The Doctor takes one step forward to the Cyberman, which is still motionless. "What. Are you doing here?" The Cyberman stood still for a few seconds longer before responding. "A malfunction with our inter-dimensional teleporter stranded us in this hidden part of reality." The Doctor smiled, victory seeming close. "So, this was all an accident?" "Affirmative." "Well then, why don't you just leave?" The Cyberman's eyes lit up once again, a bit longer this time. After its eyes went back to normal, the Cyberman stood there f or a few seconds longer once more. "We have formed an ideal conclusion. We shall return, Doctor." The Cyberman raised its right arm and slammed its right hand onto the symbol on its chest. A very thick, grey smoke was expelled from the body of the Cyberman. The Doctor and Derpy coughed and hacked, waving the smoke away to reveal the Cyberman was gone from his previous position. The Doctor rubbed his forehead and shook it roughly. "No! I lost him. Arrgh. What did it mean by an 'Ideal conclusion'?" The pink pony appeared in front of the Doctor with great speed and a large smile on her face. "Thanks for saving me! My name is Pinkie Pie! You must be new here, because I know everypony in Ponyville! And if I don't know you, it means you're new here!" The Doctor ignored her and pushed past her, stuck in his own thoughts. "What did he mean by that...?" Derpy flew up and over to where the Doctor was, poking his shoulder. "Um, Doctor. What's wrong? The big metal monster is gone." The Doctor turned around to face Derpy with a serious look. "First off, the fact that it's gone is dreadful! We have no idea where he could be! Second off, that wasn't some mindless 'monster', it was a Cyberman. A highly intelligent race of modified life forms that had all emotion drained from them. Thirdly-" The Doctor pointed a hoof to Derpy's wings. "-since when did you have wings?" Derpy blushed and landed on the floor. Pinkie Pie walked up next to the couple. "Wait, how do you know all that Mr. Doctor?" The Doctor turned to Pinkie with a small smile. "It's just 'the Doctor' thanks. And I know all that, because I'm a Timelord. Now, if you'll excuse us." The Doctor walked out of the bakery with Derpy following behind, and a very confused Pinkie Pie left in the bakery. Derpy walked along side the Doctor as he was looking around, most likely for where the Cyberman went. "Doctor, what do you mean you're a Timelord? You look like an ordinary earth pony to me!" The Doctor kept looking around, but answered the question. "I looked like a full bodied Timelord before my ship, the TARDIS, was caught in a tear inside the Time Vortex. When I landed some outside force must have made me look like a pony." Derpy just shook her head in deep confusion and a slight frown formed on her face. "I have no idea what any of that means." The Doctor continued walking around until he reached a newspaper stand. What made him stop, was the picture of the sky with something crashing towards the ground. He stopped, making Derpy bump into him, and pointed a hoof at the newspaper. "Derpy, what does that say?" Derpy shook her head and looked to the paper. "Um, it says a mysterious object fell from the sky and landed in the Everfree Forest. Nopony has gone inside to check on it, and Zecora said she's had a look, but couldn't find anything." The Doctor nodded and smiled. "I'm willing to bet my screwdriver that was the Cyberman ship. Wait, my screwdriver! Where is it?!" The Doctor reached behind him and pulled out the familiar metallic object. "Where did...? Okay, look never mind." He reached back and replaced the screwdriver. "Doctor, if they crashed in the Everfree, what would a Cyberman be doing in Sugarcube Corner?" "Reconnaissance. They needed to know where they were and what was here, so I'd say they tried teleporting a scout to the town, but since the teleporter was partially damaged, it went off course slightly." Derpy cocked her head to the right. "How do you guess that?" "Cyberman aren't all about stealth, they would've tried sending the scout to the middle of town. They wouldn't care who saw them, with the illusion that no one could stop them stuck in their heads." "Doctor." "Yes, Derpy?" "I'm scared." The Doctor turned around to see Derpy with tears in her eyes. "What will they do to us?" The Doctor placed a reassuring hoof on Derpy's shoulder and looked her in the eyes with a confident gaze. "You listen to me. No matter what, how or when, I will never let them do anything to any of you. I swear on my life that I will protect you all to the bitter end. You hear me?" Derpy smiled a weak smile, tears pouring down her face, and embraced the Doctor in a hug. "Thank you, Doctor." "Don't mention it." Derpy released him from the embrace and wiped the tears away. The Doctor smiled and looked around frantically. "Right, so where is the Everfree Forest?" Derpy smiled and flew up just above the ground. "Doctor, follow me!" The Doctor looked up to the pegasus and laughed as she flew towards the Everfree Forest with the Doctor following behind. "Alonns-y!" ~Everfree Forest Entrance~ "Here we are, Doctor." Derpy and the Doctor stood outside the entrance to the Everfree Forest. The Doctor smiled and motioned his head to the forest. "Alright, let's go!" The Doctor walked into the forest with Derpy by his side. He pulled out his sonic screwdriver with his mouth (He still doesn't know where he keeps it) and turned it on, pointing it in every direction to see if he could find out where the Cybermen were. "Doctor, what is that thing in your mouth?" "Mh suhnk skroo drphr." "Um, excuse me?" The Doctor pulled the sonic screwdriver from his mouth with a hoof and began walking on three legs. "My sonic screwdriver. Alien technology, you wouldn't know what it is." Derpy gasped and giggled with glee. "So what you said before, it was true! You really are an alien, aren't you?" "That's right. I'm an alien. A Timelord, to be exact. One of the oldest races in the universe." "Where are the other Timelords? I bet they miss you." The Doctor stopped in his tracks and gave Derpy a sad look. "...There...are no other Timelords, Derpy. I'm all alone." Derpy smiled sadly and grabbed him in a hug again. "Not as long as I'm here, you're not." The Doctor smiled and returned the hug. They broke apart and the Doctor nodded, and started walking through the forest again, Derpy by his side. After a minute or so, the Doctor's screwdriver made a higher pitched noise right near a large bush. "Found them. They're right ahead." The Doctor pocketed his screwdriver and turned to Derpy. "Keep quiet. Stay by me at all times." Derpy nodded and the Doctor looked to the bush, reaching forward and splitting it apart to reveal a Cyberman looking down at them. The Doctor whispered one thing before the Cyberman reached forward and grabbed him. "Bugger." ~Few Hours Later~ The Doctor was woken to the sound of Derpy, calling out his name. "...Doctor....Doctor.....DOCTOR WAKE UP!" The Doctor shot up from the floor and looked around. Him and Derpy were in a chrome colored cage that looked like something an animal would be held in. Around them were dozens of Cyberman, all positioned in a defensive style around the two. They were aboard the Cyberman Ship. "Doctor. We meet at last." A small section of the Cyberman broke apart to reveal a slightly larger Cyberman, adorned with armour and a helmet. "I am the Cyber-Commander. Welcome to our ship." The Doctor groaned and stood up, keeping his gaze upon the Cyber-Commander. "What do you want, eh? You have nothing left on this planet! Get out of here!" "Incorrect, Doctor. We Cybermen can do one thing no other life forms can do." The Doctor laughed at such an accusation. "Oh yeah? And what's that? Rust?" "Adapt." A Cyberman from the area walked up to the cage and opened the door, reaching in and grabbing Derpy. "Doctor! Help!" The Doctor reached for her and grabbed her hoof, pulling as hard as he could. "Derpy! I can't hold on much longer!" The Cyberman gave a mighty tug, pulling the Doctor from Derpy's grasp as it closed the cage. "You mentioned our technology is incompatible with the native species around here. This was true, until we adapted it." The Cyberman walked over to the Cyber-Commander, holding a struggling Derpy right up to him. "Let go! Doctor! Help!" The Doctor could only watch in fear as the Cyber-Commander placed a small device to the side of Derpy's head. "Although we cannot fully convert them into Cyber form, this is adequate for now." The Cyber-Commander raised an arm and pushed a small button on his wrist, making the device on Derpy light up. Immediately, Derpy stopped struggling. The Cyberman lowered her to the ground. The Doctor prayed that she would run, or call out his name. But no luck. Derpy turns around and faces the Doctor with an emotionless gaze, while the device on her blinks a blue light. "No...No, Derpy! C'mon! Snap out of it!" "You have failed this time, Doctor. This time, the Cybermen shall rise to victory!" Youtube Video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9Y5t2NsbR4) //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - Emotional Trainwreck //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - Emotional Trainwreck The Cyber-Commander turned to the Cyberman to his left and pointed to a console to the left wall of the ship. "Prepare to deploy the troops. We shall upgrade every life form on this planet." The Cyberman bowed slightly and walked over to the console, pressing buttons and pulling levers. The Cyber-Commander turned to the Doctor, who was still staring at Derpy with a gaze that was hidden from everyone. "Tell me, Doctor. I have been told about your ability to develop plans instantaneously. What plan do you have now?" "I'll tell you what I'll do..." The Doctor slowly lifted his head to the Cyber-Commander. "...I'm going to get out of here, save Derpy and everyone else. And then..." He raised his face to the Cyber-Commander, eyes filled with rage. "...I'm going to rip you apart. Servo by servo, gear by gear." The Cyber-Commander turned to face the Main Console behind him and the Doctor focused back on Derpy. "Prepare for planet-wide upgrade." A large set of doors opened up behind the cage the Doctor was being held in. The Doctor continued to stare at Derpy. Her face was emotionless as her body was motionless. The Cyber-Commander turned around as the other Cybermen did so as well. "Go forward and upgrade all life forms you see." The Cyber-Commander, along with the Cybermen, marched forward out of the ship and into the Everfree Forest, heading towards Ponyville. The Cybermen left Derpy and the Doctor all alone aboard the ship. The Doctor grinned and pulled his sonic screwdriver out, sonic-ing the cage around him. "They forgot to search me~!" The cage fell apart as the Doctor stowed his screwdriver back. He sprinted forward towards Derpy, determined to save her. He grabbed his screwdriver out once more and aimed it at the device stuck to Derpy. "I promised to protect you and by Rassilon I will save you!" He continued to sonic the device, but to no avail. he grunted and stowed it back while giving Derpy a saddened look. "The sonic won't work." The sniffed and reached forward to the emotionless pegasus, giving her a massive hug. "Please, Derpy. Just come back. Please..." The Doctor hugged tighter and sighed. "I don't want to be alone." The Doctor heard a spark of electricity and something hit the floor. A few seconds passed before the silence was broken. "Doctor?" The Doctor smiled and pulled away to reveal a confused Derpy in his grip. "What happened?" The Doctor leaned forward for another hug. "Emotion. The Cyberman's greatest weakness." He pulled away and ran towards the Main Console the Cyber-Commander used just moments before, with Derpy trailing behind seconds later. He looked the console over, trying to find something. He groaned and pulled his screwdriver out, aiming the tool at the machine. "Let's see if we can undo the adaption of the Cyberman." ~Ponyville~ "All life forms will be upgraded. Resistance will end in deletion." A wave of Cyberman was marching down the streets of Ponyville. Ponies were running indoors from fear and watched from the windows, or were simply too scared to even move and watched in awe as the Cyberman marched. As they marched on, Twilight Sparkle herself was with her 5 friends hiding inside SugarCube Corner. She turned away from the window and looked to her friends. "Okay. We need to come up with a plan. Any ideas?" "Oh! OH!" Twilight rolled her eyes and nodded to the pink party pony. "We can just wait for the Doctor to save us!" Twilight shared a confused with her friends and looked back at Pinkie Pie. "Pinkie, who is the Doctor?" "A stallion who saved me from one of those things marching outside right now." Pinkie smiled while Twilight stared slack-jawed at her friend. "Why didn't you tell us this sooner?!" Pinkie shrunk back slightly and giggled. "I guess I forgot." Twilight groaned loudly and slammed her head onto the floor. ~Cyberman Ship~ The Doctor was now inside the Main Console. He had opened it up and was now looking for something to help. From Derpy's perspective, he looked much like a mechanic does when underneath a car. "This goes here....and this connects here...." A large noise behind Derpy alerted the bubbly pegasus. She turned around to see the Cyber-Commander was now inside the ship looking directly at the two. "D-D-Doctor." "Just a second, Derpy!" The Cyber-Commander reached a hand forward and started walking towards the frightened mare. "Doctor!" ~Ponyville~ Two loud resounding knocks on the doors of SugarCube Corner caught everypony's attention. "Come out, or else we will use force." Twilight gulped and looked to her friends. Applejack was looking shocked, Rainbow Dash looked ready to kill, Rarity was on the verge of tears, Fluttershy was stiff as a board, Pinkie looked upset and had her mane straight. Twilight took a deep breath and used her magic to border the door up with random furniture. "We're not coming out!" A few seconds passed before the furniture shook. "You are resisting. You will be deleted." ~Cyberman Ship~ "D-D-Doctor!" "Derpy, please! Just a moment!" The Cyber-Commander was just steps away from the mare. "Delete." "Doctor!" "AH-HA!" ~Ponyville~ The Cybermen had broken the barrier, and Twilight's magic was failing. The 6 friends crowded into a corner, hugging each other for dear life with tightly shut eyes as the Cybermen advanced towards them with outstretched hands. "Delete. Delete. Deleeeeee......" The Cyberman's arm went limp, as did the upper half of his body. The Cybermen behind him followed suit. The 6 friends opened their scared eyes, to reveal the Cybermen had stopped completely. "What...what happened?" ~Cyberman Ship~ The Doctor sprung up from underneath the console with a smug smile. "Well, originally I was only looking to disable your adaption, but instead I found the circuit that maintains a Cyberman's loss of emotion. Removing that would effectively kill you all." The Cyber-Commander halted his advance towards the scared mare. "Doctor, what have you done?" The Doctor smiled like a kid on Christmas as he picked up the circuit from the console. "Saved the day." The Doctor yanked on the circuit, removing it from the console. The Cyber-Commander grabbed his head as sparks shot out from his joints. He looked to be in terrible pain. "DOOOOOCTOOOOOOOOR!" As the sparks stopped the Cyber-Commander fell over, now a pile of scrap metal. Nothing more. ~Alley way~ The Doctor stood in front of his TARDIS with Derpy. All the Cybermen bodies in Ponyville were being cleaned up by the weather team. The Doctor scoffed a laugh and looked up to his TARDIS. "Well, this is where we say goodbye, Derpy." He turned back to Derpy to see her disappointed face. "Do you really have to go now? I had a lot of fun with you." The Doctor smiled and nodded. "Yeah. All of Time and Space at my fin- hooves. It's a busy job but someones gotta do it." Derpy nodded and turned around, walking sadly with her ears flopped against her head out the alley way. "You know, you can come with me." Derpy's ears perked back up as she spun quickly around to see the Doctor smiling brightly while leaning against his TARDIS. "Really?!" The Doctor nodded once more, and the pegasus leaped forward and grappled him in a hug. "Thank you! But, how will we fit inside?" The Doctor pushed her away and laughed. "This bit always gets me." He lightly pushes the door of the TARDIS open, revealing the inside. Derpy stared with open mouth at the interior of the ship. "It's....it's....." The Doctor nudged her and laughed. "Go on. Say it. I've heard it a million times." She flew inside the ship and all around. "It's......it's..." "Bigger on the inside?" Derpy nodded as the Doctor closed the TARDIS door with a smile. "Well, Miss Derpy!.." The Doctor casually strolled up to the main console with a massive grin on his face. "All of Time and Space. Where do ya wanna go?" He leaned on the console as Derpy spun around with a worried look. "What about my friends? What about my job? I just can't leave them behind!" "Derpy, it's a Time Machine. We can be gone for a week and I can drop you off 5 minutes from now!" Derpy looked amazed before smiling brightly. "So, anywhere right?" The Doctor smiled and nodded as he flipped a few switches and pushed buttons. "Can we go to your planet?" The Doctor froze at the request. Looking to Derpy with a sad look he shook his head. "Sorry Derpy, my planet is gone..." Derpy frowned before tapping a hoof on her chin. "What about the Discord Era? 1,000 years ago?" The Doctor smiled and pushed and pulled more random things on the TARDIS. "Sure, why not?" The TARDIS shook violently and the Doctor and Derpy held on for dear life as the ship took them to their next destination. The Doctor laughed heartily and threw his head back with glee. "Alonns-y!"
