Right now, my changeling army will feed off every pony in each major city in Equestria. Then, all that will be left is hate...despair.....loathing. By that time, I will be more powerful then Celestia and Luna combined!!!!!!!!!!!" Chrysalis shouts throughout the cave. "My queen!" shrieked the changeling scout. "WHAT IS IT!" snarled the changeling queen. "I am sorry to interrupt your monologue, but battalions of changelings were discovered in Ponyville, Manehattan, and Fillydelphia, and were massacred by some monster. It made us weak with all its anger," whimpered the scout. "Hmmm... This creature could prove to be problematic.... I will consult me, myself, and I on what to do next. In the meantime, make sure the rest of you who haven't been pummeled into dust, STAY HIDDEN!" comically said Chrysalis. End of Chapter 2 Chapter 5: The InvasionWe join our nefarious nemesis in that far away cave that I mentioned three chapters ago for Chrysalis's judgement call. Let's see what it is......... Chrysalis' voice echoes throughout the changeling nest (which is the cave), "My changeling armada! We are done hiding! Send out the entire changeling armada to Canterlot to draw out this creature which is dispatching my babies. Now go, cease control of Canterlot!" The changeling swarm flew to Canterlot. "Does the Queen seen a little more scary than usual? She does to me," said changeling Decay. "Yeah. I mean, I know she's angry, but wow! She does realize that this creature weakens us with its anger, right?" said changeling Heavy. "Shut up, you two! We just do what the Queen tell us to do," said changeling Super. And on they flew. Arriving at Canterlot, the changleings start destroying buildings, vendors, statues, and everything they see. They feed off of the love of everypony they see, until word gets to Canterlot castle. Captain Equestria says to Princess Celestia, "Princess, we need backup for our forces in Canterlot Square!" Peacemaker says, "Canterlot's overrun with changelings! We can't take them all on our own." Celestia says, "Call in S.T.A.R.S. They will contain the threat and serve as your backup. I will call for additional help." Peacemaker and Captain Equestria say, "As you wish." Celestia goes and wakes up Luna. "Sister! We are under attack by the changeling armada. We need the help of Venom Moon!' Luna replies,"Have Twilight Sparkle and her friends stand by with the Elements of Harmony...." She "suits up" and continues to say, "We shall take care of this nuisance!" Venom Moon rushes out the window and into Canterlot Square. She flies right into five different changelings and slams them into a building. As the building collapses on the changelings, Venom Moon rushes to the next group of changelings. And the next, and the next, and the next. All are dispatched similarly. Then, Venom Moon roars to the sky, "Who else wants some!!!" Chrysalis appears behind Venom Moon and whispers in her ear, "I do." Venom Moon tries to swing her hoof into Chrysalis, but Chrysalis ducks under it and bucks Venom Moon into a building and it collapses on her! End of Chapter 5. Final Chapter: Venom Moon VS Queen ChrysalisWhen we last left our hero, Chrysalis had just bucked Venom Moon into a building and it collapsed on her. Is this the end of our hero? I can't watch, but I'm going to because this is so exciting..... Venom Moon bursts out of the rubble and shouts "CHRYSSSALISSSSSS, THOU DOSSST NOT KNOW WHO THOU DEALSSS WITH!!!!!!!!!!!" Chrysalis tauntingly replies, "Then tell us." Our hero shouts, "WE ARE VENOM MOON, AND WE ARE HERE TO STOP YOUR REIGN OF TERROR!!!!!" Venom Moon dashes toward Chrysalis and grabs her. She jams her knee into Chrysalis' stomach. Then, Venom Moon begins slamming her into walls. With each wall they slam through, Chrysalis' power weakens due to Venom Moon's rage. Venom Moon tosses Chrysalis into the air, but Chrysalis catches herself with her wings. She begins draining the love from the ponies around her to regain her strength. But Venom Moon stops her by grabbing her leg with webbing. She uses that webbing to slam Chrysalis into the ground. Being the frightened wimp she is, Chrysalis shivers as she watches Venom Moon trot closer and closer. Venom Moon shoots webbing on Chrysalis' front hooves and back hooves to keep her restrained on a wall. Venom Moon, now breath to breath with the villain, slaps her twice and crushes her wings between the wall and her hoof. Venom Moon attaches four tentacles to Chrysalis and drains her of her magic. She writhes in pain, begging for Venom Moon to stop. Venom Moon stops and shouts, "THOU HAST BEEN DEFEATED! LEAVE THIS PLACE AND NEVER RETURN!" Chrysalis, now loosed from the bonds, runs away with her remaining changelings following behind her. Sometime later, Princess Luna returned to her normal self and life in Canterlot returned to normal. Yes, things had to be rebuilt and some ponies had to heal from wounds. But all in all, yeah, normal. But things in Equestria will never be the same. And everypony waits for Venom Moon to return, if needed. The End, for now. Dr. Strangemane is a pony version of Marvel's Dr. Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme. He is a unicorn and wields the Eye of Agamato to enhance his magical abilities. It also allows him to see everything, but not all at once of course! The Mighty Vashanti are a group of very powerful magical entities which assist Dr. Strangemane. The Doctor is the pony version of himself, from the Doctor Who television series (or Doctor Whooves from the YouTube series Doctor Whooves and his Assistant.) The Doctor's assistant, or companion, is Derpy Hooves, the popular wall-eyed pony. S.T.A.R.S. refers to a group of specialized s.w.a.t. team-like ponies, as in the group of the same name from Resident Evil. They specialize in containing and defeating changelings and repairing the damage they have caused. Captain Equestria is the pony equivalent of Marvel's Captain America. He fights for justice and the preservation of the Equestrian way of life. Peacemaker is a stallion in a metal suit equipped with a variety of pony-style weapons. He has pie launchers and cupcake shooters, not to mention artificial magic beams. You may know his Marvel counterpart, War Machine (from the Iron Man comics.) And of course our star, Venom Moon. She is Princess Luna with the Venom symbiote, from Marvel's The Amazing Spiderman comics. Now that I think about it, she is more like She-Venom from Marvel's The Bride of Venom. Well, you get the idea! Anypony else should be already known to fans of MLP: FIM. I almost forgot the various changeling ranks decay is all changelings who can cause decay, scout is fast moving lookout changelings, heavy is changelings that rarely use there shape changing ability and just feed and strong-arm, super are battalion leaders. Luna, stumbling into the crater, lands on her face. "Ouch! That hurts," Luna says. She looks closely at the cosmic rock when, "SKREEEEEEEEEEE!" Something latches itself onto Luna, when Luna's vision goes DARK!!!! That morning... (From this point on, the characters will speak for themselves.) "Eeeeeeeeeeeek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Luna shrieks "Whats wrong sister!" Celestia cries. Luna replies, "Just a nightmare". Rainbow Dash, being the fastest of the "Mane Six", bursts through the castle door. "Princess Celestia! Some monster has been attacking Ponyville!" Celestia says, "That's strange. I've been getting letters all night about a monster attacking all over Equestria, from Manehattan to Fillydelphia." Twilight, arriving by teleportation, says "I think it may be the same monster." Luna cries out, "What did it look like?" Rainbow Dash describes it: "Black and white, with a spider on its chest, sharp teeth, and a long tongue." Twilight says, "It was shaped like an alicorn." Luna whispers, "That was the monster from my nightmare." End of Chapter 1. Chapter 3: Luna's SecretReturning to Canterlot castle, Luna has a worried look on her face and Celestia knows something is wrong. The "Mane Six" gather in the foyer with Luna and Celestia. Celestia looks Luna straight in the eye and asks, "What do you know?" Luna replies, "I can't tell you here." So everypony gathers in the drawing room and Luna tells her story. "I was out patrolling the night, making sure all was quiet. When a meteor struck Equestria, not too far from here. I think something was on that meteor and it attached itself to me." Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack say simultaneously, "You mean that monster was you?!" Luna says, "I'm afraid it may be." Twilight jumps in and says, "Alien life. So the Doctor was right. I owe him five bits." Just then, a letter comes in from Mr. and Mrs. Cake saying that the monster didn't harm anypony. There was just damage to some buildings and some changelings were beaten down. Mrs. Cake writes, "The monster had some intelligence behind it." And Mr. Cake writes, "S.T.A.R.S. took care of the clean-up." Celestia looks over at Luna. "It looks like you knew what you were doing, even though you didn't know you were doing it." Luna says, "It appears that when I sleep, this monster comes out. But when I wake, I have no recollection of what I've done. At least I didn't hurt anypony." Twilight says, "Hey. Maybe you can learn to use it's power and fight for justice." Luna says, "Maybe that IS what I was trying to do, since I only harmed changelings. Now if only I can remember..." A voice echos through the drawing room, "Perhaps I could be of assistance." Through a misty cloud and magical symbols, teleports in Dr. Strangemane. End of Chapter 3. Chapter 4: Luna's TrainingWe join the princess of the night as Dr. Strangemane is explaining how he can help our hero. Let's see what happens......... "I am Dr. Strangemane. I am here to...wait. Before I go on, have you heard of the multiverse theory?" Twilight says, "I have, but I don't believe the others have." Dr. Strangemane says, "Well, like our world, there are many others. Some are drastically different, some quite similar. But all are in different dimensional plains. And in these different worlds are counterparts of ours. In many of these worlds, I'm actually known as Dr. Strange. And many of these worlds do not include pony life as the dominant species. But enough about that." He continues, "I'm here to cast a spell on the symbiote that has attached itself to Luna. This spell will allow Luna complete and utter control over the symbiote. But the problem is, the spell must be renewed every year. Are you ready, Luna?" "Go ahead," Luna says. "By the will of the mighty Vashanti, I command thee Symbiote. Thou shalt obey the Princess of the Night!" says Dr. Strangemane. A flash of light engulfs the room. And when it clears, Luna's alter ego appears in her place. "We have control," says Venom Moon. Everypony gasps! Dr. Strangemane says, "Follow me to the training room. We shall assess your ability to use the symbiote's power. But only Luna can follow." "Call us Venom Moon," says the new combined entity. Then followed a seven hour training session during which Venom Moon demonstrated many abilities. They could shoot magically unbreakable webs from their horn. They were stronger than a thousand stallions. They could extend out of their new suit tentacles, which could reach long distances and shape-shift into weapons. The symbiote also bestowed a camouflage ability, which allowed them to mimic the appearance of anypony around them. They knew just when danger was about to strike, due to the symbiote's precognition. The training was very intense and Luna returned to her normal appearance when it was done. Back in the drawing room, Luna shouts, "I feel great! I've never had this much power before!" And that's saying a lot, because she is basically the goddess of the night! Dr. Strangemane says, "Be warned! The symbiote has two major weaknesses. They are sonic vibration and fire. Both these things combined will separate the symbiote from you and either one will hurt both of you." Luna says graciously, "Thank you for the warning. I shall be careful to stay away from those things." Suddenly, Dr. Strangemane walks into a closet in the drawing room and he is gone. Pinkie Pie snickers and says, "That sure was a strange pony!" Luna leaves to raise the moon for the night. End of Chapter 4.
