This just in. A mare by the name of Fluttershy was found guilty for the murders of 9 ponies. I'll list their names in order of the killings.

The mare claimed to be under control by a potion from a pharmacy store. After several tests of her and tests of the potion, It was revealed that the potion made her less shy, but DID NOT cause the killings. During the apparent period of the killings, the potion had no affect yet drove the mare to believe so.

She is to be executed tomorrow publicly by order of Princess Celestia herself.
