Chapter 1: Fluttershy's Future
"Golden Delicious, I would appreciate it if you please return this book to Twilight Sparkle." Fluttershy cooed going to the chicken coop where Golden Delicious was combing the feathers of Curly the Rooster. "Yes Mame, can I add this bow to Curly first?" Golden Delicious replied picking up the green bow and twirling it around Curly's neck making a bow tie. She races past Fluttershy, laughing into the house. Fluttershy follows smiling too. "MMM…MMM, I smell something good." Golden Delicious smacked as she walked into the kitchen. "Hey sugar cube, want some my famous apple pie?" "Auntie Applejack!" Golden Delicious runs and scoops a hug from Applejack. "Hi Applejack. We were just heading over to Twilight's to return this book." Fluttershy says in her whisper of a voice. "Well don't mind me, I just wanted to say hi to old Macintosh before I go." Applejack says still smiling. "What?!?! Where are you going?" Golden Delicious asks curiously. "Well, I am just gonna be gone for a week to visit some relatives in Manehatten." Applejack explains cutting a slice of pie and plating it for Golden Delicious. ", But I'll be back for your special birthday party." Applejack scruffs Delicious's mane with a giggle. "I'm hoping for my very own apple tree this year." Delicious hopped up and down anxious. "Don't forget about that doggie you wanted." Fluttershy pitched in. "I wouldn't forget." Delicious grabbed the book off the counter and skipped out the front door. "She is a bundle of energy, isn't she?" Applejack follows her out and Fluttershy calls out, but not too loud, "Mac, I'm going to Twilight's." Then exited out the door. On the way there, Golden Delicious keeps singing, "58 bundles of hay on the wall, 58 bundles of hay, one falls down, look at the crowd, 57 bundles of hay!" Fluttershy used her loudest voice (which is only really a whisper) to try and ask Golden Delicious to be quiet. "Delicious! Would you please shut that racket!" Rainbow Dash said up in the Cloudsdale with even some cloud puff in her ears. "Sorry Rainbow Dash…" Golden Delicious mumbled as she slowed down for Fluttershy to catch up and hung her head down. "Thank you Rainbow Jack, I mean Apple Dash-" Fluttershy stuttered. "Close, but what's wrong? You look a little sleepy, nothing I can't fix." Rainbow Dash jumps off the cloud free-falling for a second until she spreads her wings and makes circles of circles around Fluttershy in a heap of dust. Rainbow Dash stops in mid-air and sits down slowly. Fluttershy dizzies around then shakes her head. "Thank you, Rainbow Dash," She replies "I'm heading to Twilight's, want to come?" Fluttershy tilts her head a little hoping she would. "Sure why not, as long as Golden Delicious stops singing." Rainbow Dashy flys down back to ground and hovers above Fluttershy. "Off to Twilight's!"
