I forgot where I was for a moment, but everything from the past 2 days flooded back to me after a moment. I turned my head and Dash was still fast asleep, her head in the crook of my arm. I sighed happily and then rested my head on hers and used my free hand to gently brush her mane away from her face. I noticed one thing after I stretched, and I realized that she listened to me when I said that she could be naked if she was alone and not in public with me, she took off everything except for the big pair of boxers I gave her, everything else was on the floor in a heap. I was pulled back to attention when she nuzzled her head in closer to me and then wrapped her arms around my midsection. She sighed afterwards and yawned, which made me smile. “Morning sleepyhead, how was your nights rest?” I asked her before brushing the hair out of her eyes that moved there when she yawned. She looked up at my face and I saw that she was blushing like mad, I had to know now. “Well, I kind of had a dream about us, a fantasy if you need it to be more specific. It filled me up with joy and happiness and I…kind of wished it would happen to be honest…” she said in a soft voice to me before burying her head in my arm again. “Can you tell me? I’m really interested to know what was so good about it” I said to her with a smile and a tone of sincerity. “Well, we umm…we made love…We made love and then some time later I realized I was pregnant with our child, it filled me with love and affection. I kind of want that, I mean, I know I shouldn’t because I’m weird to you and everything, but it was just nice to think about” she said to me, her face full of shame now, like she said something wrong. I moved away from her a little bit, grabbed her head gently with my hands and pulled her up until her face was mere inches away from mine. “Don’t ever say that you’re weird, or that you should be ashamed for thinking that. You are beautiful; you have everything I would ever want in a girl. I don’t think you’re weird, I like you just the way you are. To be honest, I had kind of the same dream…” I said to her sincerely, my face soft and loving. “I want to come out and say it Rainbow, I love you. I fell in love with you the moment I saw you, and my feelings were sealed when you saved my life. I only want to give you everything I can now, I want a lifetime with you to show how much you mean to me now, so no, you’re not weird, you are perfectly fine” I said to her with a smile. I held out my hand to her “Rainbow Dash, I have never been so sure of anything in my 20 years of living on this god forsaken rock, but will you be mine? Will you stay with me and let me fulfill all of your dreams and fantasies and give you a life of happiness?” She looked like she was about to cry but she had a big smile on her face as well “Ezekiel, I do want that, I really do, I just need to say something first. I grew up having a lot of people picking on me and saying I wasn’t good enough and that I was a filly fooler and so on. I don’t want to have that feeling here with you by my side. Will you never let anything bad happen to me, and if something does happen fix it and help me?” “I swear on my life that I will keep you safe, and that they will have someone to contend with if they ever try to make you feel like you just told me, you need not feel like that with me, I want you to know that I’ll keep you safe and come to your aid if anything did ever happen to you” I said to her before grabbing her hand and kissing it lightly. “One last thing that you do need to know. Back in Equestria all girls of age get heat. During that time we really need a male or a thing called a ‘cooler’ to satisfy us. I wanted to let you know that though I have been in heat before, I never got satisfied. In other words, I’m a virgin; I’ve never had sex or anything. I never once found the stallion I wanted to spend my life with….until now. Will you be the one to satisfy me when that day comes? Would you want that? Or do you want to wait longer?” she asked me, her face red in embarrassment. “RD, calm down please, don’t work yourself up over this. To put it simply, I knew you got heat, to the girls here it’s called a period, or the time of the month when you are most vulnerable to pregnancy. To me you’re perfect, I never seen anyone like you before. Do the girls here think differently than I do?” Dash asked me warily. I sighed and turned my head to the window for a moment. When I turned my head back I began speaking softly “RD, people thought I was weird, they thought what I did was weird, how I acted, who I talked to, everything. They thought I was a creep. I never really had a social life, I always kept to myself. It hurt, but I got used to it. No girl ever wanted me because they always go for the pretty ones, the wealthy ones, the jocks, I had none of that. I was, and still am just an average guy. Everyone just has their own opinions I guess” I finished. “Oh Eze, that sounds so wrong” the cyan Pegasus said to me before she wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tight. “You have me now, and I am and always will be happy with you. Forget your past, now we can live for the now and the future…together” she said to me with a grin. “Ok, I’m so glad you came to me. I never will let anything happen to you RD” I said to her in reply. Deep down inside of me a part of me was telling me that it would just end badly like the first relationship I got in 3 years ago. I pushed the thought away and hugged her closer to me and nuzzled my head into her neck and kissed her lightly. She let out a startled gasp and then gave out a little, almost unnoticeable moan of pleasure. I pulled away after a second and she looked at me with those ‘why’d you stop’ look. I grinned “what? Am I teasing you? You could always stop me or fight me to stop Dash, I’m not very tough you know” I said to her before going in quick and pecking her neck again, followed by me sliding my head up and breathing into her ear softly for a moment. “Eze, you are bad!” she said to me with a grin. She then dove out of the way of me as I tried to kiss her again and made a raspberry to me, which made me laugh. “Come on. You got to work for it if you want to kiss me more!” she said before she sat up on her knees and laughed as she looked at me. “You’re on” I said to her before I jumped forward and pinned her arms to the bed with my hands. I was on top of her and she was below me, looking at me like ‘yeah? You caught me, now what big shot?’ I smiled and then lowered my head to hers and whispered into her ear “I win; you can always throw me off you” before I kissed a trail down her neck and up to her mouth where I set my lips on hers and I pressed myself to her to show her how much I love her. “Now, I have a question for you Dash; what kinds of things do you do for fun, to be wild and crazy I mean. If you don’t know what I mean I can give you some of my personal examples if you wanted me to” I said to her as I moved off her and sat back up facing her. “Umm, I think I get what you mean, and if you mean like wild parties at the phrat houses in Cloudsdale University or in the big cities back there…no I haven’t. I told you I wasn’t very popular so I never got to really go to one. I focused on my sports and practicing flying” she replied back, a little ashamed again. “RD, stop being ashamed of yourself, it’s not your fault. Now, seeing as you’re going to be staying with me, you are going to start living like a young adult should. First chance I get, you’re going to a rave; then after that I think I might introduce you to a little plant that will really let you have fun. Sound good? I just want to say that none of those two things would hurt you in any way ok? And I already promised that I would keep you safe, so I plan on keeping my word” I said to her with a smile. “Sure, I’ve never heard of a plant that makes you have fun, or whatever a rave is, but I bet they will be fun” she said back to me before she reached up and pulled me down to lying next to her on the bed. She turned to me and her face was full of emotion again “Kiel, I figured out by looking at your calendar and remembering how many days are inn our months and how they differ trying to tell when I’m going to go into heat, and I decided that it will be around the 17th of June, or possibly the day before or after. Will we still be ok then? Are you sure you want me like that?” she said to me worriedly, her eyes watering up a little. “Dash, you need to stop worrying so much. Dear, I already said I was ready to be with you like that, I really do love you if you didn’t know” I said jokingly to her. “I will be ready then, and I am surprised you found out a rough time of when it would happen. I couldn’t do that” I said with a chuckle. “Love, what if it hurts? I’m a virgin…and I’ve heard that it hurts really badly. Will you help me if it does? Or if it gets too bad and I sound like I’m in pain but I keep trying to get you to go on stop it from continuing? It’s too early in the morning for that. Back to what I told you we can do for fun; want to hear something secret that I want you to join in on?” I said to the cyan Pegasus with a grin. “What is it?” dash replied, scooting a little closer to me and looking at me waiting to hear more. “Well, seeing as it’s the 14th of June right now, we have 3 days before it starts. So I planned our leaving on a good day then. We leave for California on the 16th to go back to our real home outside of Laguna Beach” I said before taking a breath. You will love it there, there is a sport called surfing I think you would do amazing at, the people are one of a kind, and there are always fun things to do. Would you like to go with me? It’s your choice because I don’t want you to do anything you don’t want to” I said to her before coughing once to clear my throat. “It sounds awesome! And we’ll get there before anything even starts! So what was so bad about what you said?” RD replied before giving me a curious look. “I am only telling you this because I trust you and I care about you and would love you to get into the business I have going out there. I actually own a little head shop and dispensary of the plant I told you about earlier. Some people call me the ‘Medicine Man’ there. I do my work well, and I do it right. I sell and grow marijuana, the plant I want you to try with me. We have some of the best dope in the world out there, with 15% THC content” I said to her, my face beaming with pride as I remembered my real business. “Sure, it sounds like a fun thing to experience. Are you alone out there? Or do you have friends there?” Rd said to me curiously. “Oh, out there I have a couple. I have Chet, my little informant. He is a genius. Then I have Zach, my other dude. He keeps everything quiet and hush hush. This business can attract a lot of people that want it, so I have him to keep everyone from knowing I have it” I said to her happily to answer her question. “Wow, it sounds busy out there…are you sure I won’t distract you? I don’t want to burden what you do…” Rainbow Dash said to me, sounding a little down. I pulled her head up to mine and kissed her on the lips softly “Love, would I even say anything to you if I didn’t want you out there with me? You mean more to me now than the job, but I do want you to live right and enjoy life, the job means nothing, it’s just really good money, I already have the crown jewel of my life right on the bed next to me” I said after I pulled away from her. “Oh Eze, you make me itch for you so bad…why do you have to be so nice?” Rd said to me before pushing me away jokingly and then smiling. “Well, one reason is because I love you, another is because I am a philanthropist, and possibly another one is because I never had a friend before really. Those two don’t really count; I only talk to them when I need them. Why do YOU have to get all bummed when you say something that you think I won’t like? I also promised I’d never hurt you or be mean didn’t I?” I said to her with a grin. “Ok. Eze, want to just bum around here all day? I am still aching from 2 days ago. Got anything we could do?” Rainbow said to me with a smile. “Well, I have something in mind. We could always smoke. I can get us some stuff and we can mellow out and relax. Just be warned though, we might get into the mood for foreplay or something. I won’t let it get to sex, I promise” I said to her before I grabbed my IPhone off the bedside table and texted a dude to drop $100 worth off to me. He said he’d be about 10 minutes. “Ok, I can’t wait. This sounds like fun. What will we do tomorrow?” RD asked me before she got up and put on my big shirt I gave her from two days ago. “Well, I am going to go to the bank and withdraw $300 bucks to get us some new clothes and you some stuff that you want. You do live here now, so you can get whatever you want with me tomorrow. I will be getting you clothes so you don’t have to wear mine. So get what you like ok?” I said to her with a smile. “Ok, that sounds like a plan. So when do we start doing whatever you said we were going to?” Dash said eagerly. She looked a lot happier than when we talked about ‘mushy gushy feelings’ I liked to call them. “We have to wait 10 minutes. Grab my little backpack would you please? I’d like to take the time to tell you a little about what we’re going to be doing” I said before I breathed in. I looked at her and then back to my bag as I pulled out a small bowl that was adorned in rainbow colors spiraled around it. There was even a cloud with a rainbow lightning bolt on the actual bowl of the piece and she noticed. “I actually had this one made for me personally. I liked you even when I watched that show. Now, this is called a bowl. You put the dope in the hollowed out center and then use a lighter to burn it and inhale the smoke” I said before I made the motions of how to use the piece. She looked fascinated. “Does the smoke hurt?” she asked me curiously. “Umm, sometimes. It can all depend on what you get, your tolerance and so on. I’m a lightweight and I cough a lot, but coughing is good, it gets you higher. When it gets here ill show and tell you more ok?” I said to her with a soft smile before I kissed her on the lips again. “I love you so much Ezekiel, thanks for letting me into your life. I don’t ever want to lose you now” RD replied to me, her cheeks rosy red. The Past ReturnsWe waited the ten minutes for what I asked for us and then after the guy left it was just me and her again. She looked at the bag in my hand and then back to me. “So…that’s it?” she said to me, her head tilted a little. “Yup, this is the stuff. Now that I told you everything while we waited, we can just get right to it if you want” I replied to her calmly. “Sure!” she said back to me before grabbing the bowl off the table and then grabbing the bag from me. I opened my mouth to protest, but she obviously was a really quick learner, because she was picking it apart and putting it into the bowl. After she was done she set the bag down and got the lighter and put the bowl up to her mouth and inhaled as she lit the plant on fire. While she was busy with that there was a knock at the door. I got up and walked over to it and looked out the peep hole to see who it was. What was out there surprised me; there was a girl. She looked very pretty and well kept, and her beautiful maroon hair ran past her shoulders. She was wearing a dark green dress with black leggings and flip flops on her feet. She looked right at the peep hole and I could have sworn she saw me looking through because she smiled wider and her face lit up with joy for some reason. I opened the door and she ran in and hugged me tightly, burying her face into my chest and rubbing it back and forth. “Ezekiel…Ezekiel…I finally found you. I…finally found you Kiel” she said to me over and over as she pressed herself closer and closer to me. I pulled her away for a moment. I don’t ever recall seeing this girl before, but yet she knows my name and says that she finally found me. Did I know her from somewhere? “Yes, you found me. Umm, how do you know who I am anyways?” I asked her as I led her inside; she had piqued my curiosity. “You…you mean you don’t remember? It was 12 years ago, when we were both 8” she said to me before she sighed and looked out the window of the balcony. She looked really sad then, and what she said to me made me start thinking. Past As I thought, pieces began to come back. The only thing major that happened that year to me was…my mother and father’s passing away from a car accident. Neither group was to blame; it was the weather conditions that played the fatal role. I remember the impact, and after everything was over and seeing my father’s hand holding my mother’s as they sat forward on the dashboard of the car, then I remembered something else, hearing crying. I remembered unbuckling my seatbelt and falling sideways onto the broken glass and shell of the car and pulling myself out of the smashed window to the outside. I looked around and tried to figure out where the crying was coming from. I saw the damage done by both cars, and I looked at the other car and saw a woman lying halfway out of the windshield. Then I heard the crying again, and I knew it was coming from the other car. I slowly walked over to the other car, and when I got there… I looked to the girl with a soft smile. “Come on; let’s get you out of there. It’s not safe, let’s wait for help to come over there on that picnic bench” I said to her before I unbuckled her seatbelt and took her gently out of the car and walked her over to the bench. Present “Oh Lurina, I never thought I’d see you again. I missed you so much” I said to Lura with a soft smile. “Oh Kiel, I finally found you after all this time…I…I missed you so much. When my father took me away to move on, I never forgot you, and I made a vow to myself that I would find you again one day and repay you for all the kindness you gave me. I…I really found you Kiel” she said to me before she reached over and wrapped her arms around me and buried her face in my chest again. “I finally found you…I found you.” I was dumbstruck as she hugged me. How did she find me? Where is her father now? Why does she keep reinforcing that she found me finally? I didn’t know what else to really do, so I put one hand on her long, beautiful hair and rubbed back and forth slowly. “Everything will be ok now” I said to her before hugging her tightly. RD was looking at us through the doorway. After a moment she walked up to us and looked Lura over. Then she looked back to me, her face looking off. “Eze, I never knew that you had another girl who likes you…should I leave…” she said to me softly, her face turning a little redder and tears welling up in the corner of her eyes. “NO! I don’t want you to leave, why would you say such a thing?” I retorted back, she eased up her tension a little and then even smiled briefly. “Dash, this is Lurina or Lura for short as I called her way back in our childhood before things changed. You have nothing to worry about Dash.” I took a breath and turned to Lura, who was just gripping my shirt harder and burying her face deeper into my chest, she would look over at Rainbow Dash, and then hide using me as cover. “Lurina, if you don’t mind, I have a few questions for you” I said to her softly. “Ok…Eze” Lura replied, her voice very small and shy. “Lura, where is your father? I would think he’d be worried sick about you” I asked her first. She looked a little brighter for a moment, and even flashed me the tiniest grin. I could feel my heart starting to melt in my chest as she looked up at me with the tiny smile. “I…I…I needed you, so I followed my dream of one day seeing you again, and with that dream, I found confidence. I told my father I was leaving to go out and experience the world. He didn’t look to be buying it, so I had to ask if he really knew what was going on, but he beat me and answered before I could even ask” she replied, her voice still soft-spoken. She took a breath “He knew what I was doing, and it didn’t help that I kept telling him one day when I was older I would leave to find you. So he knew right when I was leaving. He seemed happy, and didn’t object to me leaving.” “Ok, as long as you didn’t make him worry about you” I said to Lura before I pulled away from her embrace. She didn’t object, and then she looked over to Rainbow Dash, who was looking at her with a soft smile. “Lurina, meet Rainbow Dash, she isn’t from around here, and she’s staying with me seeing as she has nowhere else to go.” Lura smiled a little “It’s…nice to meet you Rainbow Dash; I hope that we can be friends too; if that’s ok with you I mean…” Lura said softly, but her blue eyes shining bright. “I hope we can be friends too Lura, I’d like that” RD replied to the girl. ‘She better not try to make a competition out of this, because I’ll make sure she loses’ Dash thought as she smiled widely. Dash thought about how much her and Eze have been through, and knew that he still loved her, she knew it. “Well Lura, we need to decide what we’re going to do with you till you get on your feet. You can stay here with us until you find a place if you want. Do you have any sort of income?” I said to her quizzically. “…Yes, I will be getting money in the mail tomorrow. I don’t know how much, but I know it will allow me to sustain myself till I get a job” she replied, the little smile of hers returning for a few moments. “Ok, that’s good. So, we have room for one more here on the fold out bed on the couch, would you like that? It’s only for a day then Dash and I are going to be leaving tomorrow for Laguna Beach, California tomorrow afternoon. You could always buy a ticket when you get the money and come out and start fresh with us. Dash has to live with me, but I wouldn’t mind having you in the condo next to me if you want. We could all get to know each other a lot better and catch up” I said to practically both of them as Lura walked over to Rainbow and smiled at her. Dash looked first to me, then to Lurina “I wouldn’t mind it honestly, it will be fun! 3 best friends together sounds awesome” RD said to me before putting her arm around Lura’s shoulders and smiling at her. “I’ll help you out whenever you need it ok Lura? Any friend of Ezekiel is a friend of mine” she said to her lastly. “…Thanks for showing me so much kindness. And thank you Rainbow Dash for being here for me, you really are nice. I can see why Eze likes you a lot” Lurina said to RD. She turned back to me “Kiel, I must let you know this; you remember my daddy being in the government right? Well, he told me before I left to just be on the watch for any information on an escaped experiment. He barely gave me any information on what the experiment was, all I know is that it is half human and half machine, both housed in one vessel. I know that is was somewhere on the west coast that it escaped from” she said to me. Dash looked amazed that something like that could even be possible, and I was just dumbstruck at what she was telling me. I regained my thoughts a little and brushed the unease off my shoulder “Lura, we don’t even know anything about it other than it looks human. We will probably never meet it or even see it. So I take it you’re coming along for the ride and going to stay out there with us?” “Yes” she replied, her eyes looking distant. She shook her head a little and then smiled and gave out a little laugh. “Sorry, it’s just so many things are happening so fast. I missed you so much Eze, I never thought I’d see you again…I…” she choked up and then wiped her eyes and smiled, but never finished her sentence. I wondered why she got so worked up at the end of that, but I realized that I had something to do now. I walked over to the couch located on the far side of the room and pulled a lever on the back of it, releasing the bed out of the couch so Lura has a place to sleep. I got her a sheet and comforter out of the closet near the bathroom and made her bed for her as well, then smiled when my work was done “There, now you have a place to sleep till tomorrow Lura.” I walked over to them as they stood side by side “Now listen, I am not dumb and I know what everything will turn into eventually, so I will get this out in the open right now. I know you both love me, to the point of wanting to be with me forever and having me for yourself. I know how you two feel a little conflicted and may end up getting angry with each other, and I do not want that to happen alright?” I said to them sternly, striking a little worry out of Lura and RD, since they never seen me act like this before. “Now, I Will say this, I do have feelings for both of you as well, but I do not want this to become a competition. I want to make you both happy, but what you both probably want out of me is too much right now. So I have come up with this, we will all just be friends, and that includes anyone else we end up possibly meeting. From there, it will be what grows from the friendships we have with each other that will in the end decide what may happen dating wise. No competitions, we act like friends and what builds from that is how we go ok? No special treatment either, I will treat you all the same until my own feelings show. I know both of yours, but I am still unsure of my own yet, I do not want to hurt either of you, so I feel this is best and will matter most in the end” I said to both of them before putting my hands on both of their heads and rubbing them gently. They looked at each other and smiled, then looked back to me. Lurina spoke first “Yes…I like that idea…I don’t want to hurt someone else that loves you. Its better if everyone knew this, so now feelings won’t be as hurt at the end, and dating doesn’t necessarily mean forever right? Life is long and full of surprises, so no one knows what will happen. I will abide by these rules and be happy with that, because at least I’m with you again.” She stepped back and let dash speak then “I agree; it’s totally not cool to treat friends like that. I don’t want to ever feel like that, so I don’t want to make Lura feel like that either. I will follow the rules too, so we all can be happy in the end, and as she said, no one knows what will happen in the end” Dash finished, smiling brightly with her magenta eyes shining. I reached out with both arms and pulled them into a hug “You two are awesome. I’m glad you don’t think that’s wrong or bad of what I feel is right. I do not want friendships torn at the end of this and sad feelings. And you both are right, even I don’t know how this will end, so for now let’s just live like young adults….by partying and living like we want!” I said before I laughed and brought both of them down on the bed with me, holding them close. We just laid there on the bed and talked, Lura told us about how she found us, which was her going to my apartment that was under repair and asking everyone where I was at. I guess it was kind of easy to find me because I never left my home town, so she found me really easily. Dash and I told Lura about how she found me, how she had to save me, take me to the hospital, and keep an eye on me as I recovered. My sides still hurt, but I was happy. Then I told Lurina about where Rainbow was from and she understood completely. As we laid there Lura had her head resting on my arm as she lay next to me and Dash had her head on my chest. They both were talking to each other now and they were both laughing and having a nice time, and it even looked like Lura was coming out of her shell a little, which was a bonus, because she was so shy when I met her. Lura looked up to me “Kiel, I have something kind of important I need to talk to you about. It’s nothing too bad, but it involves you and only you, so I think you should hear it. Can we talk out on the balcony for just a few moments?” Dash moved off of my chest and let me sit up “Sure Lurina, I don’t mind.” She led me over to the balcony doors and let me out before shutting it behind us. She turned to me and her face was red and tears were streaming down her cheeks. She looked terrified of something, and I had to try and reassure her. “Lura, what’s wrong dear? Please, tell me so I can try to make it easier for you.” “Kiel, I had a dream last night. It was so real, like a vision. I saw you, but I saw 4 others hidden in shadow. I don’t know what that meant, but then the vision changed from you to a beating heart that slowly stopped beating until it gave one final pump, and then I saw blood on a white shirt, and then I woke up. Kiel, I think I had a vision about you, please be careful. I don’t want to lose you again. I need to be around you, just like she needs you too” she said to me before pointing to Dash through the window. I don’t know what the shadows mean behind you, but I know it probably isn’t good” she finished saying before she broke down and walked over and buried her face in my shirt again, she was gripping it so tightly I thought it resembled a vice grip. She was rubbing her face back and forth repeating ‘don’t leave me or her ever again please’ over and over again. I pulled her away from me and smiled softly “I swear on my life I won’t be leaving anyone again for a long time. I never wanted to leave you that day, but we were too young, I wanted to help you through everything so bad, I felt terrible that I couldn’t. I had nightmares for a year about it, and in every one of them I ended up meeting you and you hated me and told me it was me going to baseball practice and my parents fault your mother died. I never want to allow anything bad to happen again while I’m around, so now I have a full time job, taking care of you and Dash. Don’t worry about anything anymore, I’m here, and I don’t plan on leaving anyone anytime soon.” “…Ok Ezekiel” she said finally before she let go and wiped her eyes. She smiled again and that made me feel better. “Thanks Kiel, you are too sweet. I’m so happy you value me and her so much” she said happily. We walked back in the room and resumed lying down on the bed together with Dash. We turned on the TV and heard a report about a problem at a research facility in Spokane, Washington and that made me think of what Lura told us about the experiment that very well could have escaped from that facility on the TV. My social life includes you guessed it…what you just read. I’d love to have more things to do for fun, but I apparently am creepy, so no one ever talks to me. The only enjoyment out of life I get is watching MLP: FiM, other than that I’m “The Nobody.” I have actually formed a thing in my head where I wished Rainbow Dash would actually show up to my house. She would know how to have fun, and I kind of like her, she reminds me of myself in high school, before that place shattered my dreams and hopes that I wouldn’t get picked on and manipulated. Sadly, she isn't real; she’s just a cartoon character. Very sad indeed, I would have loved that. I sat up in my bed “Saturday…I have no work, no classes. I get to enjoy doing nothing today!” I said sarcastically to myself, because I was not happy about having nothing to do all day. I grabbed the TV remote groggily off my bedside table and pointed it at the television and clicked the power button and then proceed to the news and weather on channel 69. That channel always amused me…if you know what I mean. I sat in my bed and watched the weatherman on the screen “as you can see we have a massive thunderstorm sweeping across the area. There are no reported super cells or tornadoes in this storm, but 60mph wind gusts and above have been recorded across the area.” The weather man changed the picture on the projector behind him to show the full extent of the storm at hand. “I would advise eve-“*crack!* the televisions circuits fried as the power cut out. There was a blinding white light that came from the window and then a loud roar of thunder above. Great, now I have no power to even watch the show I could of at least looked forward to in another hour. Dang it! “Well, no MLP today!” I said in another sarcastic happy tone. I got up slowly and walked over to the window and looked outside. I could see nothing other than water being slammed into the glass from the wind and rain. I strained to look past it, but everything was so blurry I found that idea about as useless as my TV now. Ha! I made a pun! As soon as I turned away a large portion of a tree slammed through my wall adjacent to me; showering me with glass and rubble from the wall. The part of the tree no doubt came from the mighty oak that was out front of the apartment building I was living in. The branch hit the wall just a few feet away from me, and luckily nothing hit me, but the force of the branch breaking through knocked me to the ground. “Sheeeeiiiiiit, I do not need this crap right now. It’s going to be so much money to fix all this. The now smoking TV, now my freaking wall that isn’t even mine! Wait, I don’t have to pay for that one, but the TV! It cost 600 dollars! ARGH” I said as I was picking myself up off the floor. As I got into a kneeling position I saw another blinding flash of white light followed by another deep roar of thunder, which sounded closer now. A moment later a second branch about the same size as the first, broke all the way through the roof and landed on top of me, slamming me back to the floor in agonizing pain. I could hear some bones crack, and I knew they were my ribs. More Money! I have student loans to pay off too you know nature, and they aren’t cheap! At this point I was in so much pain I thought I was hallucinating. It looked to me like outside my smashed window was the head and shoulders of Rainbow Dash, the pony I actually did want to meet. She looked a little different though, she almost looked…human. Her face was beautiful, her eyes full of life and energy. She looked scared about something, but confidence also shown strong in her. The force is strong in this one my lord. I was awestruck by her beauty, and something kindled inside me after years and years of it being kept hidden, from so many heartbreaks before…passion and love. She will be mine, I shall make it so…if I live of course. She was absolutely breathtaking, even more so than her cartoon version of herself. She looked around as if she was looking for something or lost, but when I made a moan in pain from the branch pinning me, she turned and looked me dead in the eyes. She gasped and then took off, I got to see one of her wings as she flew away, it was even a beautiful sight to see. “Damn…I really wanted to meet her and introduce myself to the hallucination of the only thing I actually liked” I said into my carpet, which was now wet, but felt comfortable enough to just put my head on it and stare at the fibers and wait for death. “Let me get you out of here” a soft, sweet, and energetic voice said to me from behind. After a few moments, the branch was lifted high enough to where I could commando crawl my way out. I did realize that I had broken ribs, how many I could not tell you, but I did. I got out of the way of everything and crawled to a corner and huddled in it like a cat running away from a newspaper. It was at that moment I got the full extent of her appearance. First off, she was naked, which made me have to keep turning my head away so I wouldn't make things awkward right off the bat. She was a beautiful cyan blue, her rainbow mane slicked down because of the rain. Her fur wet as well and sticking up in places and laying plastered to her in others. She had an amazing figure; she looked to play the role of a 20 year old. From the little glances I saw her breasts and rear, and they were toned too. I guess she really was an athlete. She was looking me over too, I could see her eyes gazing across me, and then she looked down at my pants and smiled, just briefly, but I knew that I made it awkward. She began walking towards me, her wings folded once more onto her back. She had a confident look on her face and she stopped a few feet away from me. She sat down on her knees and her face softened, and almost turned to sadness and worry “umm, I don’t really know what to do now. I don’t even know where I am, and when I saw you…whatever you are…I saw you were in trouble so I decided to help you. No need to thank me. Can you fill in some blanks for me now so I can get my own story straight?” she said to me softly, hiding half of her face behind her mane. “S-sure” I said to her shyly. “Well, I know you’re not from here, so what was the last thing you remember doing before you wound up here?” I asked her while holding my sides. “Well, I am from this place called Equestria, my name is Rainbow Dash, but you can call me RD, Dash, Rainbow and so on; my name has many short versions. I work for the weather team there and we were building up a big storm to water the plains down south of my town I live in, but when I was calculating the storms strength, I was hit with a stray bolt of lightning, resulting in me blacking out. When I woke up, I was outside of your building, on this really hard grey rock in the shape of squares. It was pouring down rain, and there were flashes of lightning and rumbles of thunder everywhere! I looked around for a moment and then I saw you under the tree branch, and I decided that I wanted to free you so I can possibly get answers” she said to me, still sitting on her knees. “Well, I think the only thing I could tell you is that by some strange accident or occurrence, you were transported to my world during making that storm of yours, because we too were having a big storm move through our area, so it could be possible” I said to her as I slowly and painfully took off my shirt. I handed it over to her and she took it cautiously. “What are you doing? Don’t you need this?” she asked me, a little blush coming to her face. “No, and I am finding it very hard to think straight when I can see…ehem…your breasts RD. Think of it as a friendly gesture. Now, do you want to figure out what to do next? Or are you going to just let whatever happens next happen? I don’t want to see you unhappy. I don’t know how you could get back to Equestria, but I won’t let you stay out in the cold, you can stay with me. It’s the least I can do for my heroine that saved my day” I said to her as she pulled the shirt over her head and down over her body. “Thanks…no one ever shown me this kind of gratitude before…it’s really sweet of you…umm…what’s your name?” she asked me, leaning closer in interest. “Umm, my names Ezekiel, but you can call me Eze or Kiel for short if you want. Listen, I have something I need to say right now, so just listen to me for a sec ok? It will sound weird” I said to her with my face hardening a little. When she nodded I took a deep breath. “RD, I knew who you were right when I saw you out my window. I know about Equestria, and how you are part of the weather team. And a lot of other people here on Earth know who you are too. You could say you’re famous, a lot of kids like you, mostly girls, but some guys too. You needed to know, but know that you are safe here; I will never let anything happen to you Rainbow Dash.” “As long as what you say is true I don’t have any reason to doubt that I’ll be safe here. If you are ok with it, I would actually like to stay with you. I want to consider you to be my first friend on another world. What do you say?” she asked me as she got up into a standing position again. I had to turn my head a little so I wouldn’t look down at the sight of her nethers again. This, I will remedy, even if I have to let her use my boxers! “I’d love to have your company RD, the only thing is, I need to go to the ER and get my wounds treated, and by the scratches and bumps you have as well, you should go too. We won’t be staying here for a while though; the city has to rent me a hotel to stay in till my apartment is fixed, so you can come with me there and then we’ll get you a room set up when my house gets fixed ok? Can you help me up?” I asked her before holding out one of my hands. She took it and lifted me up, and though it hurt like hell, I was happy. I found a friend, and I was going to take care of her for saving me. I hobbled over to my bedroom and then opened one of my dressers. I pulled out a pair of small boxers and a pair of small sweatpants. I handed them to her “RD, you need to be clothed here, it’s known as indecent to walk around without proper clothing, though when we are at the hotel and later on here at my house, and you can walk around naked for all I care. Now, want to help me get to the nearest ambulance so I can get treated and show you more of where you will be staying?” I asked her with a smile. Though today sucked, it was also pretty good, I found a friend, and maybe, just maybe, something more later on. 1 DAY LATER A day has passed since the storm and my trip to the ER with Rainbow Dash. She got nowhere near the attention I did. They didn't even really wonder or ask about why she was cyan blue or that she had a rainbow mane. They took me away on a stretcher and left her waiting for me to return. I didn't know if she would be there when I got back, but my spirits were lifted when I saw her sleeping in the chair when I woke up after I got my full body scan. The doctor woke her up when he came in a few minutes later and told me I was free to go, so I grabbed my belongings that I had with me when I was admitted and then left with her. She did tell me that we were going to be staying at the Hampton Inn in the center of town. She said that the lady behind the desk said that to her a few hours after I had gone. She must have listened to people’s conversations because she got very acquainted with saying human terms and not addressing like she was from Equestria. I was still pretty whooped from yesterday’s activities and I thought a day in the hotel would be good, since it was cloudy and only 45 degrees. “Hey Dash, want to just have a day in the hotel? To relax?” I asked her with a smile. I couldn’t help but smile a little when I saw her in my clothes; it just kind of warmed my heart seeing it. “Sure, I am pretty beat anyways” she replied back to me. We were about 3 blocks away from the hotel, so it only took 15 minutes to get there. It took another 10 minutes to get our room key, and then I took her and led her to our room. We walked inside and there was 1 double bed and a couch, along with a few chairs and lamps to make it look more homely. We had a balcony to look over when it got nice out, so it was a good room all in all. “How do you like the digs RD? And we get to keep this room for free for 2 months! I don’t even have to pay rent or utilities while my apartment is getting fixed!” I said to her happily. She flopped down on the bed and smiled at me “Eze, I really like it here, and all this hospitality you’re giving me…well…it means a lot, it really does. No one’s ever given me this kind of affection before; it’s really sweet of you. Now we have a problem. Who’s sleeping where?” she asked, a little smirk hidden in her face. “Well, I will take the couch so you can have the bed. I’m not picky” I replied to her calmly. I saw her face droop a little bit, like it wasn't what she wanted to hear, and I got curious. “Dash, what did you have in mind about sleeping arrangements?” She turned her head a little and her mane hid half of her face again, but I could see the pink in her cyan cheeks still. “Well, I umm…I wanted….to see if you wanted to share the bed with me…” she said really softly, almost in a whisper. This was so unlike her usual boastful and confident self. “I mean, I really kind of like you and I don’t mind…” “Rainbow Dash, you just need to talk to me. Can I ask you something, and you can tell me if you want me to answer the same question to you now too. Did you…fall in love with me after our time of meeting each other?” I asked her, a soft smile on my face. She took a deep breath “Y-yes I did. I connected with you after I have seen all of the hospitality and affection you shown for me. No one’s ever done it before, it makes me tingle, and I get so happy when I see you. I know we have just met, but I want to be yours, and I would wait for you to be ready if you weren't. It’s just that, you Eze, you are the first one who’s ever shown any interest or attraction in me, of the opposite gender of course. I was called a filly fooler when I was younger, but I never did anything like that. I actually was really quiet about my relationship life…because I didn't have one. I’m still a virgin, I never dated, I wanted to find the right Stallion for me…and I think I did” she said to me, her face full of emotion. She looked like she was going to cry. I flopped down on the bed next to her and pulled her head towards me “RD that was really sweet, I mean it. You are not alone in how you grew up. I was alone too, I found some girls, but they left me, I am a virgin too, I never once got to show the love I felt in my heart for those I connected with, but you...what you told me. It really moved me. I had a shitty life growing up, but I think that’s changed now. Then she did something I never expected, she tenderly grabbed my chin, turned my head to hers and kissed me on the lips. It was the softest kiss I’ve ever experienced. She held me to her for a few moments, out lips caressing each other’s, and then she opened her mouth and I opened mine and we let our tongues take it from there. I like this already; I never want this to end! We lay on the bed and kissed and made out with each other till we both fell asleep in each other’s arms.
Feelings Begin To SurfaceWhen I woke up in the morning, I felt like I had just awoken from one of the best night’s sleep ever. I forgot where I was for a moment, but everything from the past 2 days flooded back to me after a moment. I turned my head and Dash was still fast asleep, her head in the crook of my arm. I sighed happily and then rested my head on hers and used my free hand to gently brush her mane away from her face. I noticed one thing after I stretched, and I realized that she listened to me when I said that she could be naked if she was alone and not in public with me, she took off everything except for the big pair of boxers I gave her, everything else was on the floor in a heap. I was pulled back to attention when she nuzzled her head in closer to me and then wrapped her arms around my midsection. She sighed afterwards and yawned, which made me smile. “Morning sleepyhead, how was your nights rest?” I asked her before brushing the hair out of her eyes that moved there when she yawned. She looked up at my face and I saw that she was blushing like mad, I had to know now. “Well, I kind of had a dream about us, a fantasy if you need it to be more specific. It filled me up with joy and happiness and I…kind of wished it would happen to be honest…” she said in a soft voice to me before burying her head in my arm again. “Can you tell me? I’m really interested to know what was so good about it” I said to her with a smile and a tone of sincerity. “Well, we umm…we made love…We made love and then some time later I realized I was pregnant with our child, it filled me with love and affection. I kind of want that, I mean, I know I shouldn’t because I’m weird to you and everything, but it was just nice to think about” she said to me, her face full of shame now, like she said something wrong. To be honest, I had kind of the same dream…” I said to her sincerely, my face soft and loving. “I want to come out and say it Rainbow, I love you. I fell in love with you the moment I saw you, and my feelings were sealed when you saved my life. I only want to give you everything I can now, I want a lifetime with you to show how much you mean to me now, so no, you’re not weird, you are perfectly fine” I said to her with a smile. I held out my hand to her “Rainbow Dash, I have never been so sure of anything in my 20 years of living on this god forsaken rock, but will you be mine? Will you stay with me and let me fulfill all of your dreams and fantasies and give you a life of happiness?” She looked like she was about to cry but she had a big smile on her face as well “Ezekiel, I do want that, I really do, I just need to say something first. I grew up having a lot of people picking on me and saying I wasn’t good enough and that I was a filly fooler and so on. I don’t want to have that feeling here with you by my side. Will you never let anything bad happen to me, and if something does happen fix it and help me?” “I swear on my life that I will keep you safe, and that they will have someone to contend with if they ever try to make you feel like you just told me, you need not feel like that with me, I want you to know that I’ll keep you safe and come to your aid if anything did ever happen to you” I said to her before grabbing her hand and kissing it lightly. “One last thing that you do need to know. Back in Equestria all girls of age get heat. During that time we really need a male or a thing called a ‘cooler’ to satisfy us. I wanted to let you know that though I have been in heat before, I never got satisfied. In other words, I’m a virgin; I’ve never had sex or anything. When I turned my head back I began speaking softly “RD, people thought I was weird, they thought what I did was weird, how I acted, who I talked to, everything. They thought I was a creep. I never really had a social life, I always kept to myself. It hurt, but I got used to it. No girl ever wanted me because they always go for the pretty ones, the wealthy ones, the jocks, I had none of that. I was, and still am just an average guy. Everyone just has their own opinions I guess” I finished. “Oh Eze, that sounds so wrong” the cyan Pegasus said to me before she wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tight. “You have me now, and I am and always will be happy with you. Forget your past, now we can live for the now and the future…together” she said to me with a grin. “Ok, I’m so glad you came to me. I never will let anything happen to you RD” I said to her in reply. Deep down inside of me a part of me was telling me that it would just end badly like the first relationship I got in 3 years ago. I pushed the thought away and hugged her closer to me and nuzzled my head into her neck and kissed her lightly. She let out a startled gasp and then gave out a little, almost unnoticeable moan of pleasure. I pulled away after a second and she looked at me with those ‘why’d you stop’ look. I grinned “what? Am I teasing you? You could always stop me or fight me to stop Dash, I’m not very tough you know” I said to her before going in quick and pecking her neck again, followed by me sliding my head up and breathing into her ear softly for a moment. “Eze, you are bad!” she said to me with a grin. She then dove out of the way of me as I tried to kiss her again and made a raspberry to me, which made me laugh. “Come on. You got to work for it if you want to kiss me more!” she said before she sat up on her knees and laughed as she looked at me. “You’re on” I said to her before I jumped forward and pinned her arms to the bed with my hands. I was on top of her and she was below me, looking at me like ‘yeah? You caught me, now what big shot?’ I smiled and then lowered my head to hers and whispered into her ear “I win; you can always throw me off you” before I kissed a trail down her neck and up to her mouth where I set my lips on hers and I pressed myself to her to show her how much I love her. “Now, I have a question for you Dash; what kinds of things do you do for fun, to be wild and crazy I mean. If you don’t know what I mean I can give you some of my personal examples if you wanted me to” I said to her as I moved off her and sat back up facing her. “Umm, I think I get what you mean, and if you mean like wild parties at the phrat houses in Cloudsdale University or in the big cities back there…no I haven’t. I told you I wasn’t very popular so I never got to really go to one. I focused on my sports and practicing flying” she replied back, a little ashamed again. “RD, stop being ashamed of yourself, it’s not your fault. Now, seeing as you’re going to be staying with me, you are going to start living like a young adult should. First chance I get, you’re going to a rave; then after that I think I might introduce you to a little plant that will really let you have fun. Sound good? I just want to say that none of those two things would hurt you in any way ok? And I already promised that I would keep you safe, so I plan on keeping my word” I said to her with a smile. “Sure, I’ve never heard of a plant that makes you have fun, or whatever a rave is, but I bet they will be fun” she said back to me before she reached up and pulled me down to lying next to her on the bed. She turned to me and her face was full of emotion again “Kiel, I figured out by looking at your calendar and remembering how many days are inn our months and how they differ trying to tell when I’m going to go into heat, and I decided that it will be around the 17th of June, or possibly the day before or after. Will we still be ok then? Are you sure you want me like that?” she said to me worriedly, her eyes watering up a little. “Dash, you need to stop worrying so much. Dear, I already said I was ready to be with you like that, I really do love you if you didn’t know” I said jokingly to her. “I will be ready then, and I am surprised you found out a rough time of when it would happen. I couldn’t do that” I said with a chuckle. “Love, what if it hurts? I’m a virgin…and I’ve heard that it hurts really badly. Will you help me if it does? Or if it gets too bad and I sound like I’m in pain but I keep trying to get you to go on stop it from continuing? I know you’ll keep me safe though, I just wanted to get that out” she said to me with a lot less worry, but fear in her eyes. “You have my word dear. Now let’s get off the topic of love making. It’s too early in the morning for that. Back to what I told you we can do for fun; want to hear something secret that I want you to join in on?” I said to the cyan Pegasus with a grin. “What is it?” dash replied, scooting a little closer to me and looking at me waiting to hear more. “Well, seeing as it’s the 14th of June right now, we have 3 days before it starts. So I planned our leaving on a good day then. We leave for California on the 16th to go back to our real home outside of Laguna Beach” I said before taking a breath. You will love it there, there is a sport called surfing I think you would do amazing at, the people are one of a kind, and there are always fun things to do. Would you like to go with me? It’s your choice because I don’t want you to do anything you don’t want to” I said to her before coughing once to clear my throat. “It sounds awesome! And we’ll get there before anything even starts! So what was so bad about what you said?” RD replied before giving me a curious look. “I am only telling you this because I trust you and I care about you and would love you to get into the business I have going out there. I actually own a little head shop and dispensary of the plant I told you about earlier. Some people call me the ‘Medicine Man’ there. I do my work well, and I do it right. I sell and grow marijuana, the plant I want you to try with me. We have some of the best dope in the world out there, with 15% THC content” I said to her, my face beaming with pride as I remembered my real business. “Sure, it sounds like a fun thing to experience. Are you alone out there? Or do you have friends there?” Rd said to me curiously. “Oh, out there I have a couple. I have Chet, my little informant. He is a genius. Then I have Zach, my other dude. He keeps everything quiet and hush hush. This business can attract a lot of people that want it, so I have him to keep everyone from knowing I have it” I said to her happily to answer her question. “Wow, it sounds busy out there…are you sure I won’t distract you? I don’t want to burden what you do…” Rainbow Dash said to me, sounding a little down. I pulled her head up to mine and kissed her on the lips softly “Love, would I even say anything to you if I didn’t want you out there with me? You mean more to me now than the job, but I do want you to live right and enjoy life, the job means nothing, it’s just really good money, I already have the crown jewel of my life right on the bed next to me” I said after I pulled away from her. “Oh Eze, you make me itch for you so bad…why do you have to be so nice?” Rd said to me before pushing me away jokingly and then smiling. “Well, one reason is because I love you, another is because I am a philanthropist, and possibly another one is because I never had a friend before really. Those two don’t really count; I only talk to them when I need them. Why do YOU have to get all bummed when you say something that you think I won’t like? I also promised I’d never hurt you or be mean didn’t I?” I said to her with a grin. “Ok. Eze, want to just bum around here all day? I am still aching from 2 days ago. Got anything we could do?” Rainbow said to me with a smile. “Well, I have something in mind. We could always smoke. I can get us some stuff and we can mellow out and relax. Just be warned though, we might get into the mood for foreplay or something. I won’t let it get to sex, I promise” I said to her before I grabbed my IPhone off the bedside table and texted a dude to drop $100 worth off to me. He said he’d be about 10 minutes. “Ok, I can’t wait. This sounds like fun. What will we do tomorrow?” RD asked me before she got up and put on my big shirt I gave her from two days ago. “Well, I am going to go to the bank and withdraw $300 bucks to get us some new clothes and you some stuff that you want. She looked a lot happier than when we talked about ‘mushy gushy feelings’ I liked to call them. “We have to wait 10 minutes. Grab my little backpack would you please? I’d like to take the time to tell you a little about what we’re going to be doing” I said before I breathed in. I looked at her and then back to my bag as I pulled out a small bowl that was adorned in rainbow colors spiraled around it. There was even a cloud with a rainbow lightning bolt on the actual bowl of the piece and she noticed. “I actually had this one made for me personally. I liked you even when I watched that show. Now, this is called a bowl. You put the dope in the hollowed out center and then use a lighter to burn it and inhale the smoke” I said before I made the motions of how to use the piece. She looked fascinated. “Does the smoke hurt?” she asked me curiously. “Umm, sometimes. It can all depend on what you get, your tolerance and so on. I’m a lightweight and I cough a lot, but coughing is good, it gets you higher. I don’t ever want to lose you now” RD replied to me, her cheeks rosy red.
The Past ReturnsWe waited the ten minutes for what I asked for us and then after the guy left it was just me and her again. She looked at the bag in my hand and then back to me. “So…that’s it?” she said to me, her head tilted a little. “Yup, this is the stuff. Now that I told you everything while we waited, we can just get right to it if you want” I replied to her calmly. “Sure!” she said back to me before grabbing the bowl off the table and then grabbing the bag from me. I opened my mouth to protest, but she obviously was a really quick learner, because she was picking it apart and putting it into the bowl. After she was done she set the bag down and got the lighter and put the bowl up to her mouth and inhaled as she lit the plant on fire. While she was busy with that there was a knock at the door. I got up and walked over to it and looked out the peep hole to see who it was. What was out there surprised me; there was a girl. She looked very pretty and well kept, and her beautiful maroon hair ran past her shoulders. She was wearing a dark green dress with black leggings and flip flops on her feet. She looked right at the peep hole and I could have sworn she saw me looking through because she smiled wider and her face lit up with joy for some reason. I opened the door and she ran in and hugged me tightly, burying her face into my chest and rubbing it back and forth. “Ezekiel…Ezekiel…I finally found you. I…finally found you Kiel” she said to me over and over as she pressed herself closer and closer to me. I pulled her away for a moment. I don’t ever recall seeing this girl before, but yet she knows my name and says that she finally found me. Did I know her from somewhere? “Yes, you found me. Umm, how do you know who I am anyways?” I asked her as I led her inside; she had piqued my curiosity. “You…you mean you don’t remember? It was 12 years ago, when we were both 8” she said to me before she sighed and looked out the window of the balcony. She looked really sad then, and what she said to me made me start thinking. Past As I thought, pieces began to come back. The only thing major that happened that year to me was…my mother and father’s passing away from a car accident. Neither group was to blame; it was the weather conditions that played the fatal role. I remember the impact, and after everything was over and seeing my father’s hand holding my mother’s as they sat forward on the dashboard of the car, then I remembered something else, hearing crying. I remembered unbuckling my seatbelt and falling sideways onto the broken glass and shell of the car and pulling myself out of the smashed window to the outside. I looked around and tried to figure out where the crying was coming from. I saw the damage done by both cars, and I looked at the other car and saw a woman lying halfway out of the windshield. Then I heard the crying again, and I knew it was coming from the other car. I slowly walked over to the other car, and when I got there… I looked to the girl with a soft smile. “Come on; let’s get you out of there. It’s not safe, let’s wait for help to come over there on that picnic bench” I said to her before I unbuckled her seatbelt and took her gently out of the car and walked her over to the bench. Present “Oh Lurina, I never thought I’d see you again. I missed you so much” I said to Lura with a soft smile. “Oh Kiel, I finally found you after all this time…I…I missed you so much. When my father took me away to move on, I never forgot you, and I made a vow to myself that I would find you again one day and repay you for all the kindness you gave me. I…I really found you Kiel” she said to me before she reached over and wrapped her arms around me and buried her face in my chest again. “I finally found you…I found you.” I was dumbstruck as she hugged me. How did she find me? Where is her father now? Why does she keep reinforcing that she found me finally? I didn’t know what else to really do, so I put one hand on her long, beautiful hair and rubbed back and forth slowly. “Everything will be ok now” I said to her before hugging her tightly. RD was looking at us through the doorway. After a moment she walked up to us and looked Lura over. Then she looked back to me, her face looking off. “Eze, I never knew that you had another girl who likes you…should I leave…” she said to me softly, her face turning a little redder and tears welling up in the corner of her eyes. “NO! I don’t want you to leave, why would you say such a thing?” I retorted back, she eased up her tension a little and then even smiled briefly. “Dash, this is Lurina or Lura for short as I called her way back in our childhood before things changed. You have nothing to worry about Dash.” I took a breath and turned to Lura, who was just gripping my shirt harder and burying her face deeper into my chest, she would look over at Rainbow Dash, and then hide using me as cover. “Lurina, if you don’t mind, I have a few questions for you” I said to her softly. “Ok…Eze” Lura replied, her voice very small and shy. “Lura, where is your father? I would think he’d be worried sick about you” I asked her first. She looked a little brighter for a moment, and even flashed me the tiniest grin. I could feel my heart starting to melt in my chest as she looked up at me with the tiny smile. “I…I…I needed you, so I followed my dream of one day seeing you again, and with that dream, I found confidence. I told my father I was leaving to go out and experience the world. He didn’t look to be buying it, so I had to ask if he really knew what was going on, but he beat me and answered before I could even ask” she replied, her voice still soft-spoken. She took a breath “He knew what I was doing, and it didn’t help that I kept telling him one day when I was older I would leave to find you. So he knew right when I was leaving. He seemed happy, and didn’t object to me leaving.” “Ok, as long as you didn’t make him worry about you” I said to Lura before I pulled away from her embrace. She didn’t object, and then she looked over to Rainbow Dash, who was looking at her with a soft smile. “Lurina, meet Rainbow Dash, she isn’t from around here, and she’s staying with me seeing as she has nowhere else to go.” Lura smiled a little “It’s…nice to meet you Rainbow Dash; I hope that we can be friends too; if that’s ok with you I mean…” Lura said softly, but her blue eyes shining bright. “I hope we can be friends too Lura, I’d like that” RD replied to the girl. ‘She better not try to make a competition out of this, because I’ll make sure she loses’ Dash thought as she smiled widely. Dash thought about how much her and Eze have been through, and knew that he still loved her, she knew it. “Well Lura, we need to decide what we’re going to do with you till you get on your feet. You can stay here with us until you find a place if you want. Do you have any sort of income?” I said to her quizzically. “…Yes, I will be getting money in the mail tomorrow. I don’t know how much, but I know it will allow me to sustain myself till I get a job” she replied, the little smile of hers returning for a few moments. “Ok, that’s good. So, we have room for one more here on the fold out bed on the couch, would you like that? It’s only for a day then Dash and I are going to be leaving tomorrow for Laguna Beach, California tomorrow afternoon. You could always buy a ticket when you get the money and come out and start fresh with us. Dash has to live with me, but I wouldn’t mind having you in the condo next to me if you want. We could all get to know each other a lot better and catch up” I said to practically both of them as Lura walked over to Rainbow and smiled at her. Dash looked first to me, then to Lurina “I wouldn’t mind it honestly, it will be fun! 3 best friends together sounds awesome” RD said to me before putting her arm around Lura’s shoulders and smiling at her. “I’ll help you out whenever you need it ok Lura? Any friend of Ezekiel is a friend of mine” she said to her lastly. “…Thanks for showing me so much kindness. And thank you Rainbow Dash for being here for me, you really are nice. I can see why Eze likes you a lot” Lurina said to RD. She turned back to me “Kiel, I must let you know this; you remember my daddy being in the government right? Well, he told me before I left to just be on the watch for any information on an escaped experiment. He barely gave me any information on what the experiment was, all I know is that it is half human and half machine, both housed in one vessel. I know that is was somewhere on the west coast that it escaped from” she said to me. Dash looked amazed that something like that could even be possible, and I was just dumbstruck at what she was telling me. I regained my thoughts a little and brushed the unease off my shoulder “Lura, we don’t even know anything about it other than it looks human. We will probably never meet it or even see it. So I take it you’re coming along for the ride and going to stay out there with us?” “Yes” she replied, her eyes looking distant. She shook her head a little and then smiled and gave out a little laugh. “Sorry, it’s just so many things are happening so fast. I missed you so much Eze, I never thought I’d see you again…I…” she choked up and then wiped her eyes and smiled, but never finished her sentence. I wondered why she got so worked up at the end of that, but I realized that I had something to do now. I walked over to the couch located on the far side of the room and pulled a lever on the back of it, releasing the bed out of the couch so Lura has a place to sleep. I got her a sheet and comforter out of the closet near the bathroom and made her bed for her as well, then smiled when my work was done “There, now you have a place to sleep till tomorrow Lura.” I walked over to them as they stood side by side “Now listen, I am not dumb and I know what everything will turn into eventually, so I will get this out in the open right now. I know you both love me, to the point of wanting to be with me forever and having me for yourself. I know how you two feel a little conflicted and may end up getting angry with each other, and I do not want that to happen alright?” I said to them sternly, striking a little worry out of Lura and RD, since they never seen me act like this before. “Now, I Will say this, I do have feelings for both of you as well, but I do not want this to become a competition. I want to make you both happy, but what you both probably want out of me is too much right now. So I have come up with this, we will all just be friends, and that includes anyone else we end up possibly meeting. From there, it will be what grows from the friendships we have with each other that will in the end decide what may happen dating wise. No competitions, we act like friends and what builds from that is how we go ok? No special treatment either, I will treat you all the same until my own feelings show. I know both of yours, but I am still unsure of my own yet, I do not want to hurt either of you, so I feel this is best and will matter most in the end” I said to both of them before putting my hands on both of their heads and rubbing them gently. They looked at each other and smiled, then looked back to me. Lurina spoke first “Yes…I like that idea…I don’t want to hurt someone else that loves you. Its better if everyone knew this, so now feelings won’t be as hurt at the end, and dating doesn’t necessarily mean forever right? Life is long and full of surprises, so no one knows what will happen. I will abide by these rules and be happy with that, because at least I’m with you again.” She stepped back and let dash speak then “I agree; it’s totally not cool to treat friends like that. I don’t want to ever feel like that, so I don’t want to make Lura feel like that either. I will follow the rules too, so we all can be happy in the end, and as she said, no one knows what will happen in the end” Dash finished, smiling brightly with her magenta eyes shining. I reached out with both arms and pulled them into a hug “You two are awesome. I’m glad you don’t think that’s wrong or bad of what I feel is right. I do not want friendships torn at the end of this and sad feelings. And you both are right, even I don’t know how this will end, so for now let’s just live like young adults….by partying and living like we want!” I said before I laughed and brought both of them down on the bed with me, holding them close. We just laid there on the bed and talked, Lura told us about how she found us, which was her going to my apartment that was under repair and asking everyone where I was at. I guess it was kind of easy to find me because I never left my home town, so she found me really easily. Dash and I told Lura about how she found me, how she had to save me, take me to the hospital, and keep an eye on me as I recovered. My sides still hurt, but I was happy. Then I told Lurina about where Rainbow was from and she understood completely. As we laid there Lura had her head resting on my arm as she lay next to me and Dash had her head on my chest. They both were talking to each other now and they were both laughing and having a nice time, and it even looked like Lura was coming out of her shell a little, which was a bonus, because she was so shy when I met her. Lura looked up to me “Kiel, I have something kind of important I need to talk to you about. It’s nothing too bad, but it involves you and only you, so I think you should hear it. Can we talk out on the balcony for just a few moments?” Dash moved off of my chest and let me sit up “Sure Lurina, I don’t mind.” She led me over to the balcony doors and let me out before shutting it behind us. She turned to me and her face was red and tears were streaming down her cheeks. She looked terrified of something, and I had to try and reassure her. “Lura, what’s wrong dear? Please, tell me so I can try to make it easier for you.” “Kiel, I had a dream last night. It was so real, like a vision. I saw you, but I saw 4 others hidden in shadow. I don’t know what that meant, but then the vision changed from you to a beating heart that slowly stopped beating until it gave one final pump, and then I saw blood on a white shirt, and then I woke up. Kiel, I think I had a vision about you, please be careful. I don’t want to lose you again. I need to be around you, just like she needs you too” she said to me before pointing to Dash through the window. I don’t know what the shadows mean behind you, but I know it probably isn’t good” she finished saying before she broke down and walked over and buried her face in my shirt again, she was gripping it so tightly I thought it resembled a vice grip. She was rubbing her face back and forth repeating ‘don’t leave me or her ever again please’ over and over again. I pulled her away from me and smiled softly “I swear on my life I won’t be leaving anyone again for a long time. I never wanted to leave you that day, but we were too young, I wanted to help you through everything so bad, I felt terrible that I couldn’t. I had nightmares for a year about it, and in every one of them I ended up meeting you and you hated me and told me it was me going to baseball practice and my parents fault your mother died. I never want to allow anything bad to happen again while I’m around, so now I have a full time job, taking care of you and Dash. Don’t worry about anything anymore, I’m here, and I don’t plan on leaving anyone anytime soon.” “…Ok Ezekiel” she said finally before she let go and wiped her eyes. She smiled again and that made me feel better. “Thanks Kiel, you are too sweet. I’m so happy you value me and her so much” she said happily. We walked back in the room and resumed lying down on the bed together with Dash. We turned on the TV and heard a report about a problem at a research facility in Spokane, Washington and that made me think of what Lura told us about the experiment that very well could have escaped from that facility on the TV. Laguna Beach was hundreds of miles away from there, so they were going to be safe I thought as the news turned to the trial coverage of the Boston Marathon Bombers. We continued talking till late in the night and I remember hearing the clock chime 12 times and then I couldn’t recall anything after that.

Two Lonely Souls MeetLost Then FoundBy: Kyle Get up, go to college, go to work, come home, go to sleep, and repeat...that’s my life in a nutshell. My social life includes you guessed it…what you just read. I’d love to have more things to do for fun, but I apparently am creepy, so no one ever talks to me. The only enjoyment out of life I get is watching MLP: FiM, other than that I’m “The Nobody.” I have actually formed a thing in my head where I wished Rainbow Dash would actually show up to my house. She would know how to have fun, and I kind of like her, she reminds me of myself in high school, before that place shattered my dreams and hopes that I wouldn’t get picked on and manipulated. Sadly, she isn't real; she’s just a cartoon character. Very sad indeed, I would have loved that. I sat up in my bed “Saturday…I have no work, no classes. I get to enjoy doing nothing today!” I said sarcastically to myself, because I was not happy about having nothing to do all day. I grabbed the TV remote groggily off my bedside table and pointed it at the television and clicked the power button and then proceed to the news and weather on channel 69. That channel always amused me…if you know what I mean. I sat in my bed and watched the weatherman on the screen “as you can see we have a massive thunderstorm sweeping across the area. There are no reported super cells or tornadoes in this storm, but 60mph wind gusts and above have been recorded across the area.” The weather man changed the picture on the projector behind him to show the full extent of the storm at hand. “I would advise eve-“*crack!* the televisions circuits fried as the power cut out. There was a blinding white light that came from the window and then a loud roar of thunder above. Great, now I have no power to even watch the show I could of at least looked forward to in another hour. Dang it! “Well, no MLP today!” I said in another sarcastic happy tone. I got up slowly and walked over to the window and looked outside. I could see nothing other than water being slammed into the glass from the wind and rain. I strained to look past it, but everything was so blurry I found that idea about as useless as my TV now. Ha! I made a pun! As soon as I turned away a large portion of a tree slammed through my wall adjacent to me; showering me with glass and rubble from the wall. The part of the tree no doubt came from the mighty oak that was out front of the apartment building I was living in. The branch hit the wall just a few feet away from me, and luckily nothing hit me, but the force of the branch breaking through knocked me to the ground. “Sheeeeiiiiiit, I do not need this crap right now. It’s going to be so much money to fix all this. The now smoking TV, now my freaking wall that isn’t even mine! Wait, I don’t have to pay for that one, but the TV! It cost 600 dollars! ARGH” I said as I was picking myself up off the floor. As I got into a kneeling position I saw another blinding flash of white light followed by another deep roar of thunder, which sounded closer now. A moment later a second branch about the same size as the first, broke all the way through the roof and landed on top of me, slamming me back to the floor in agonizing pain. I could hear some bones crack, and I knew they were my ribs. More Money! I have student loans to pay off too you know nature, and they aren’t cheap! At this point I was in so much pain I thought I was hallucinating. It looked to me like outside my smashed window was the head and shoulders of Rainbow Dash, the pony I actually did want to meet. She looked a little different though, she almost looked…human. Her face was beautiful, her eyes full of life and energy. She looked scared about something, but confidence also shown strong in her. The force is strong in this one my lord. I was awestruck by her beauty, and something kindled inside me after years and years of it being kept hidden, from so many heartbreaks before…passion and love. She will be mine, I shall make it so…if I live of course. She was absolutely breathtaking, even more so than her cartoon version of herself. She looked around as if she was looking for something or lost, but when I made a moan in pain from the branch pinning me, she turned and looked me dead in the eyes. She gasped and then took off, I got to see one of her wings as she flew away, it was even a beautiful sight to see. “Damn…I really wanted to meet her and introduce myself to the hallucination of the only thing I actually liked” I said into my carpet, which was now wet, but felt comfortable enough to just put my head on it and stare at the fibers and wait for death. “Let me get you out of here” a soft, sweet, and energetic voice said to me from behind. After a few moments, the branch was lifted high enough to where I could commando crawl my way out. I did realize that I had broken ribs, how many I could not tell you, but I did. I got out of the way of everything and crawled to a corner and huddled in it like a cat running away from a newspaper. It was at that moment I got the full extent of her appearance. First off, she was naked, which made me have to keep turning my head away so I wouldn't make things awkward right off the bat. She was a beautiful cyan blue, her rainbow mane slicked down because of the rain. Her fur wet as well and sticking up in places and laying plastered to her in others. She had an amazing figure; she looked to play the role of a 20 year old. From the little glances I saw her breasts and rear, and they were toned too. I guess she really was an athlete. She was looking me over too, I could see her eyes gazing across me, and then she looked down at my pants and smiled, just briefly, but I knew that I made it awkward. She began walking towards me, her wings folded once more onto her back. She had a confident look on her face and she stopped a few feet away from me. She sat down on her knees and her face softened, and almost turned to sadness and worry “umm, I don’t really know what to do now. I don’t even know where I am, and when I saw you…whatever you are…I saw you were in trouble so I decided to help you. No need to thank me. Can you fill in some blanks for me now so I can get my own story straight?” she said to me softly, hiding half of her face behind her mane. “S-sure” I said to her shyly. “Well, I know you’re not from here, so what was the last thing you remember doing before you wound up here?” I asked her while holding my sides. “Well, I am from this place called Equestria, my name is Rainbow Dash, but you can call me RD, Dash, Rainbow and so on; my name has many short versions. I work for the weather team there and we were building up a big storm to water the plains down south of my town I live in, but when I was calculating the storms strength, I was hit with a stray bolt of lightning, resulting in me blacking out. When I woke up, I was outside of your building, on this really hard grey rock in the shape of squares. It was pouring down rain, and there were flashes of lightning and rumbles of thunder everywhere! I looked around for a moment and then I saw you under the tree branch, and I decided that I wanted to free you so I can possibly get answers” she said to me, still sitting on her knees. “Well, I think the only thing I could tell you is that by some strange accident or occurrence, you were transported to my world during making that storm of yours, because we too were having a big storm move through our area, so it could be possible” I said to her as I slowly and painfully took off my shirt. I handed it over to her and she took it cautiously. “What are you doing? Don’t you need this?” she asked me, a little blush coming to her face. “No, and I am finding it very hard to think straight when I can see…ehem…your breasts RD. Think of it as a friendly gesture. Now, do you want to figure out what to do next? Or are you going to just let whatever happens next happen? I don’t want to see you unhappy. I don’t know how you could get back to Equestria, but I won’t let you stay out in the cold, you can stay with me. It’s the least I can do for my heroine that saved my day” I said to her as she pulled the shirt over her head and down over her body. “Thanks…no one ever shown me this kind of gratitude before…it’s really sweet of you…umm…what’s your name?” she asked me, leaning closer in interest. “Umm, my names Ezekiel, but you can call me Eze or Kiel for short if you want. Listen, I have something I need to say right now, so just listen to me for a sec ok? It will sound weird” I said to her with my face hardening a little. When she nodded I took a deep breath. “RD, I knew who you were right when I saw you out my window. I know about Equestria, and how you are part of the weather team. And a lot of other people here on Earth know who you are too. You could say you’re famous, a lot of kids like you, mostly girls, but some guys too. You needed to know, but know that you are safe here; I will never let anything happen to you Rainbow Dash.” “As long as what you say is true I don’t have any reason to doubt that I’ll be safe here. If you are ok with it, I would actually like to stay with you. I want to consider you to be my first friend on another world. What do you say?” she asked me as she got up into a standing position again. I had to turn my head a little so I wouldn’t look down at the sight of her nethers again. This, I will remedy, even if I have to let her use my boxers! “I’d love to have your company RD, the only thing is, I need to go to the ER and get my wounds treated, and by the scratches and bumps you have as well, you should go too. We won’t be staying here for a while though; the city has to rent me a hotel to stay in till my apartment is fixed, so you can come with me there and then we’ll get you a room set up when my house gets fixed ok? Can you help me up?” I asked her before holding out one of my hands. She took it and lifted me up, and though it hurt like hell, I was happy. I found a friend, and I was going to take care of her for saving me. I hobbled over to my bedroom and then opened one of my dressers. I pulled out a pair of small boxers and a pair of small sweatpants. I handed them to her “RD, you need to be clothed here, it’s known as indecent to walk around without proper clothing, though when we are at the hotel and later on here at my house, and you can walk around naked for all I care. Now, want to help me get to the nearest ambulance so I can get treated and show you more of where you will be staying?” I asked her with a smile. Though today sucked, it was also pretty good, I found a friend, and maybe, just maybe, something more later on. 1 DAY LATER A day has passed since the storm and my trip to the ER with Rainbow Dash. She got nowhere near the attention I did. They didn't even really wonder or ask about why she was cyan blue or that she had a rainbow mane. They took me away on a stretcher and left her waiting for me to return. I didn't know if she would be there when I got back, but my spirits were lifted when I saw her sleeping in the chair when I woke up after I got my full body scan. The doctor woke her up when he came in a few minutes later and told me I was free to go, so I grabbed my belongings that I had with me when I was admitted and then left with her. She did tell me that we were going to be staying at the Hampton Inn in the center of town. She said that the lady behind the desk said that to her a few hours after I had gone. She must have listened to people’s conversations because she got very acquainted with saying human terms and not addressing like she was from Equestria. I was still pretty whooped from yesterday’s activities and I thought a day in the hotel would be good, since it was cloudy and only 45 degrees. “Hey Dash, want to just have a day in the hotel? To relax?” I asked her with a smile. I couldn’t help but smile a little when I saw her in my clothes; it just kind of warmed my heart seeing it. “Sure, I am pretty beat anyways” she replied back to me. We were about 3 blocks away from the hotel, so it only took 15 minutes to get there. It took another 10 minutes to get our room key, and then I took her and led her to our room. We walked inside and there was 1 double bed and a couch, along with a few chairs and lamps to make it look more homely. We had a balcony to look over when it got nice out, so it was a good room all in all. “How do you like the digs RD? And we get to keep this room for free for 2 months! I don’t even have to pay rent or utilities while my apartment is getting fixed!” I said to her happily. She flopped down on the bed and smiled at me “Eze, I really like it here, and all this hospitality you’re giving me…well…it means a lot, it really does. No one’s ever given me this kind of affection before; it’s really sweet of you. Now we have a problem. Who’s sleeping where?” she asked, a little smirk hidden in her face. “Well, I will take the couch so you can have the bed. I’m not picky” I replied to her calmly. I saw her face droop a little bit, like it wasn't what she wanted to hear, and I got curious. “Dash, what did you have in mind about sleeping arrangements?” She turned her head a little and her mane hid half of her face again, but I could see the pink in her cyan cheeks still. “Well, I umm…I wanted….to see if you wanted to share the bed with me…” she said really softly, almost in a whisper. This was so unlike her usual boastful and confident self. “I mean, I really kind of like you and I don’t mind…” “Rainbow Dash, you just need to talk to me. Can I ask you something, and you can tell me if you want me to answer the same question to you now too. Did you…fall in love with me after our time of meeting each other?” I asked her, a soft smile on my face. She took a deep breath “Y-yes I did. I connected with you after I have seen all of the hospitality and affection you shown for me. No one’s ever done it before, it makes me tingle, and I get so happy when I see you. I know we have just met, but I want to be yours, and I would wait for you to be ready if you weren't. It’s just that, you Eze, you are the first one who’s ever shown any interest or attraction in me, of the opposite gender of course. I was called a filly fooler when I was younger, but I never did anything like that. I actually was really quiet about my relationship life…because I didn't have one. I’m still a virgin, I never dated, I wanted to find the right Stallion for me…and I think I did” she said to me, her face full of emotion. She looked like she was going to cry.
