“Hey Flyer, what’s up!” “Hey Fly, How’s it goin” Wattson had to hear this every day he spent with his brother. Daylight was the most popular kid in school, and everypony around knew it. He was the star of the basketball team, his dad was the Mayor of Fillydelphia, and his mom was the best chef in town. He hated every minute he spent with his brother, but he really had nowhere else to go, so he was stuck hanging out with him.

“Do you even no those guys?” questioned Blade.      “Are you kidding me, I get that like 60 times a day! If I knew eveypony who said “hi” to me in a day, I wouldn’t remember any of my school work.” High flyer said, laughing. “Wow” Blade said in disgust “if I hear anypony say, “What’s up Flyer” one more time, I think I’m gonna lose it.” Blade whispered under his breath. And this continued for the rest of the day. “Hi boys” said a mare sitting on her porch. “Hi Ms. Breeze,” They said in unison. The colts continued down the road to their home to get ready for dinner.   “Hey boys, how was our day at school today?” Their mother said. “Pretty good, I guess” Said Blade as he walked up the stairs to his room.  “What’s wrong with your brother?” questioned their mom, stirring cake batter.    “I haven’t the foggiest; he seemed fine at lunch today.” High Flyer said, “Hey, where’s Grey?”  Just then, a grey and white wolf appeared in the room and jumped onto daylight, “oh, there he is, that a boy. You wanna go for a run? Yea, let’s go! See you later mom!” High Flyer said running out the door with Grey. “Bye” she hollered back “Be home by five, dinner will be ready” she said as she walked back into the house. The purple and red mare walked over to the stairs and just stared up them. “I really hope Blade is okay, I don’t want him to get in trouble for his temper.” She said in a monotone voice as she walked back to her dinner.

Up in Blade’s room, he lies on his bed, pondering what all happened today. “Man, I can’t wait till I’m old enough to run for mayor.” Blade said, reaching for the key around his neck. He pulls open a drawer and pulls out a blue box, he sticks the key into the lock on the box, and it opens. “One Day. One day I will be the popular one, and everypony will forget about High Flyer. One day I will be the new mayor of Fillydelphia, just like my dad.” He says as he pulls out a paper. And if anypony gets in my way…. they won’t live to see what comes next.” Blade says as he lays his head down to the pillow, and falls to sleep.
