Twilight Sparkle find an ancient tome in her vast collection of books and, in opening it, incidentally invites The Corrupted into Equestria. At the request of the Mask, Rick Taylor follows The Corrupted and is dropped into a foreign world on the brink of destruction. As if that isn't bad enough, when Rick emerges, he finds himself transformed into an alicorn. As the Corrupted influence spreads over Equestria, Rick offers to help the Mane 6 relcaim it, but to do so, each must venture to the brink of insanity, face down their perasonal demons, and hope they make it back in one piece.
