Blood Rain

Cody woke up in a dark room with constellations on the ceiling.

He felt his head pounding.

He smelled that same mixture of Sulfer and Crack that he did in his pot house.

"Hey wake up." a voice said beside.

"Huh." Cody looked over to his side seeing a light-brown pony with a hourglass cutie mark.

"I said wake up, bum." the Dr. chuckled.

"Hey that's my line."

Cody got up and rubbed the dirt and dried blood from his eyes.

"Your Highness wants you." a guard spoke up in the doorway.

Dr. Whooves and Cody walked out, Cody looked at the halls made up of blue jewels and the ceiling with a crescent shining bright.

He thought it was the actual moon but it stayed stationary.

"Listen Whooves." Cody spoke up, the Dr. turned towards him, "Perhaps we got off on the wrong foot or rather hoof."

"Don't worry about it. I should be apologizing to you. For hitting a direct descendant of the Queen."

Cody smiled as he chuckled it himself, "Yeah, nice hit though."

"Thanks," Whooves responded as they reached the doorway that lead into the throne room.

Nightmare greeted them instantly, "Why hello Dr. and son."

"Greetings my Queen." Cody greeted as he bowed.

"yes,greetings," Dr.Whooves said bowing with him.

Nightmare Moon walked ahead of them. She walked out onto a balcony. Where Cody followed her. Dr.Whooves stood behind them.

"Listen son..." Nightmare began, "I am sorry for cursing you with that demon. I should of killed it when I had the chance."

"No,No mother. It is a part of me now... In fact I can't live with out it."

Nightmare looked at Cody with tear-filled eyes. She quickly wiped the accumulating tears away.

She looked off into the distance that overlooked the land below.

"You see son...I wanted you to rule by my side. But my dear sister wouldn't allow the demon to live. I had to banish you to the human world so maybe one day I might see my dear prince once again. And now I have."

"Yes. I will do as you command." Cody's eyes became red, as he turned into his demon.

"Now Whooves." Nightmare commanded, the Dr.'s ears perked up, "Get the portal ready."

Whooves nodded and trotted off leaving Brandon and Nightmare alone.

"Now who is your dear sister, Mother?" Brandon asked as the two went back to the balcony.

"Well her name is Princess Celestia. She always got the most attention from mother and father." Nightmare began.

"Well now she will pay for destroying this land. From what you told me, anyway." Brandon interrupted.

"Yes," she agreed as she leaned against the demon.

"I will not let you fail mother." Brandon started to cry, but the heat around his eyes boiled the tears, making them into fog.

"Yes, We need you to do something for us."

"Anything." Brandon bowed.

"Kill the one known as 'Twilight Sparkle'." Nightmare looked off into the distance, "She will be the end of us."

"Yes as you command."

Brandon walked out of the double golden doors of the throne room.

Smiling mischievous...He now could kill for a reason and a cause.

"Twi, you will soon meet- Ego sum salutary,"

He spoke out in Latin as he exited the castle.
