All in the Code

Code was having a lot of fun with his new magic training center. The walls had been made to absorb everything made by magic so they wouldn't be destroyed by it and it was far enough underground to me made tall enough and wide enough for any spell that he thought possible. He had just finished mastering the meteor rain spell before he was interrupted by a loud banging from above. Knowing that the door was there, he teleported up through his shield in front of the door, ready to greet his guests. What he saw almost made him burst out laughing right there, but he stopped himself before it was to late.

In front of him was an annoyed white alicorn, five white unicorns and five white pegasi, the latter two decked in armor and spears raised. After noticing the terrified and petrified form of Discord behind the group, his blank face turned into a frown. He connected his mind to the stone draconequus and asked him how he got there again. He just whimpered and said ask Celestia, which Code assumed to be the alicorn. Well, bright side was that he got to meet one of the rulers. To bad he was annoyed that he got interrupted, had spears raised at him, and realized they ignored what he said to the Elements, probably by command of the alicorn.

At this point Code was scowling. It only took a second with that little form of revelations, and was already formulating the perfect response.

"What." He said, as he crossed his arms.

"Do not speak with such disrespect to the princess!" With this, the two guards in front pushed their spears closer, both in a magical grip. Code rolled his eyes and placed two fingers on each tip and melted them, burning the wood out of their grip.

"Answer before I go back in and ignore you. You aren't exactly making the best impression of people I care about. The only reason I'm still here is because you ignored what I said earlier about trying to reform Discord." Code said. After a second, he added, "Oh, and keep racism out of this or I swear I will punch you in the face, Celestia."

She didn't even bat an eye. "I would first like to formally greet you to Equestria in hopes you come in peace." Code just made a zapping sound from his fingers as his arms were crossed at this. "And I would like to ask you, why did you spare Discord."

"Because he was broken by the trauma from trying to get past my mental barriers and I already blocked his magic to an extent where only I could release. Some of it is already gone, I see. Seems he is getting rid of the corruption quick. What I want to know is why you petrified a defenseless creature."

"You know he wasn't defenseless, he was the greatest threat in Equestrian history."

"Was. You should have seen his blocks if you are as powerful as you say you are."

"Yes, I did, but they were already diminishing while he was talking to my student and her friends. He was breaking them."

"Well of course he was. If he was having a conversation with the Elements than he was already breaking the corruption over him. The blocks were designed to diminish until he fully broke himself of the evils over his mind."

To this Celestia looked at the statue like she had made a mistake before shaking her head and looking back at Code with a stern look. "It was still not in your jurisdiction to make that decision. It was mine."

"I think you mean ours, and I don't care. I knew you hated him from the start and if you were left to make that decision it would have been biased. The entire race can be considered this, hell, the entire planet could. He served one thousand years perfectly conscious. I think that was enough. I am the only one who wasn't biased in decision, making it in my jurisdiction. I read your law books."

"You dare accuse the princess of that? You should be punished now." The guards that still had spears all raised them at this, and Code did the same to them. Now weaponless, the guards got back down on the ground with a glare at Code.

Celestia look at Code in annoyance, not liking what was happening here. "You are not even a citizen of Equestria. You can't do what you did."

"It isn't Equestrias decision, it is the planets. You are the only one who still thinks he deserves stoning, and that is most likely on a personal level. I took it in my own hands because not only have the other species no even acknowledged this event, but your nation is unfit to judge him. I'm done with this. Discord, get out of the stone." With this, Code's nanobot swarm flied over to Discord at an alarming speed and broke down the stone outside the draconequus in mere seconds. Celestia was stunned at the speed and the display, but tried to charge her horn at Discord.

The swarm quickly went over to Celestia and built the stone on her horn before she could do anything. Code nodded at this, not wanting a fight to break out. He was glad he recently moved the technology from the magic testing room to his metal exterior. Discord looked a bit thankful but a bit scared at Code while Celestia tried again and again to use magic from her horn, failing every time.

Discord walked to Codes side, oddly trusting him more than Celestia. The mare in question look at Code with an angry face asking simply, "What did you do."

"I freed Discord again without his powers, besides the ones he earned back, and stoned your magic supply until you promise on your power for a year that you will not attack either of us. Not risking it anymore. Also, Discord, you can go back into town if you want, none of the Elements agreed with Celestia on her decision to petrify you again."

"Well then. Thank you Code, I guess, and I hope this goes well enough. I am taking you up on the offer of leaving, as an angry Celestia isn't very happy to be around. Ta-ta!" With this, Discord teleported back to town, Celestia's glare still locked on Code.

She made the promise and Code broke the stone from her horn, leaving it useless for a good half hour before Celestia just left without a word, teleporting her and her guards back to the capitol. Still haven't found where that is yet, but Code honestly didn't care enough to find out. He teleported back into his magic training room and got back to elementals part two: Combining magics. He rubbed his hands together and got to work on storm spells.
