"C'mon, everypony, lets move! we got to get to the rally point in 10 minutes!"
Twilight Sparkle struggled to stay conscious. The pains in her legs were too great. A contrail from an RPG marked its path through the sky to its detonation point some 30 feet above where she lay. The boulder pinning her to the ground used to belong to the highest tower on the castle. The crackle of gunfire fills the air. Changlings march everywhere. Ponies lay dead on the ground.
Twilight's heartbeat thudded in her ears. Shifting underneath the boulder, she managed to roll out from under it. pulling herself towards the extraction point, she realized just how bad the boulder's effect really was on her. The bones in her left legs were crushed and she couldn't move her right leg. She turned towards the rally point and inched nearer and nearer.
Just when she thought nothing could get worse, things got worse. A Changling assault group raced past on the street and 4 got off when they saw she was alive. As they marched closer to her, she reached for her pistol, which, unfortunately, was strapped to he left leg and was in the same condition as her bones. There was an assault rifle off to her left and she tried to get it. the changlings got closer and closer, and Twilight realized the leader of the 4 was Queen Chrysalis.
Chrysalis and her changlings stopper her a yard before the assault rifle. "Well, well, if it isn't Twilight Sparkle, the pony who ruined my master plan to get food for my minions. We will settle that score now." Chrysalis lowered her plasma cannon, and was about to fire when a hail of gunfire took the changlings by surprise. Applejack leaped down from a second-story window of a building with her LMG unleashing 9 rounds a second.
Chrysalis was able to teleport away from the gunfire but her Changling bodyguards were killed with at least 4 bullets impaled in various spots in their bodies. Applejack surveyed the area around them and then approached Twilight. "Are you OK? I saw the RPG shoot at the spot where you were and came as soon as I could."
"I'll be fine if we can make it to the rally point in 5 minutes," Twilight responded. "We should probably get moving."
"OK. Pinkie and Fluttershy are going to meet us there. Rainbow is authorized by Celestia to raze Canterlot in 5 minutes when the helicopter takes off."
With that Applejack picked Twilight up and ran towards the extraction point 100 yards away. 45 yards later a changling soldier sprang out in front of them and raised his plasma rifle. Before he could fire a .50 caliber round from Fluttershy's sniper rifle exploded his head.
They dashed towards the helicopter with seconds to spare. They hopped on right when the rotors started spinning. Taking off, they looked at the devastated Canterlot. Then Rainbow Dash's F-35A Lightning streaked past, delivering its payload of 20 cluster bombs and a nuke in a desperate attempt to destroy all opposition. Flying away, they looked towards Ponyville, which is where their heading was.
"RPG!"
The Helicopter's tail boom exploded in a fireball. Before getting knocked unconscious the only thing Twilight remembered was tumbling towards the ground at 100 miles an hour.
