*Appearance:  Epic is a light green unicorn with dark blue hair and mane. His eyes are hazel colored, wearing a pair of brown rimmed glasses for seeing far off. His mane and tail grown long, and asside from keeping his mane brushed out of his face, it is allowed to grow wild. He stands around average height for a pony, with a thick frame of roughly 260 lbs.

Sexuality: Bisexual

Cutie Mark: Open book with unintelligible writing in it.

Special Talents: Writing stories, particularly adventure fantasies.  Telekinetic fighting with one handed swords, axes, shields, and maces

Flaws: Near sighted, can't see very far without his glasses

*Spells:

Telekinesis - A universal spell to nearly all unicorns, it allows him to manipulate the environment around him without the use of hands, and from much greater distance than his body can reach.

Magic Armaments - By focusing his magical energy into a solid form, this spell allows Epic to create weapons and armor at will. The weapons hover around him, being wielded through telekinetic manipulation. As they are magical, the strength of his weapons and armor depends entirely upon his focus on maintaining and powering the spell, and they will break if he is distracted.

Enter Book - This spell allows Epic to create a pocket dimension inside of a book itself, allowing him and those who travel with him to actually experience the story written inside. If the book is blank, they can create a world and adventure based upon their imagination, which the book will proceed to write itself based upon their experiences. If the book is destroyed with people inside it, they are immediately expelled from the book.

Exit Book - Allows Epic and those who travel with him to exit a book without having to destroy it.

*Background: Epic Quest is a writer who is renowned for writing "fantasy" adventure stories for Equestria to enjoy. What few ponies know, however, is the method behind his writing. His library is located on the border of the Ever Free Forest, where he often makes visits deep inside the forest and clashes with the monsters who live, returning home to commit the story to paper, albeit changing the names and characters so readers don't know that it was based on his own adventures.

Sometimes, when he's looking for help in writing a story, he'll invite someponies who he feels would make great character concepts, and transports them inside a blank book. They then proceed to create a world of their own imagining, and the story writes itself while they have a good time. He even has a restricted access section of his library, where certain attempts to write a story got a little more steamy than he had expected, and didn't believe such "erotic novels" should be sold to Equestria's young minds.
