Father

It has been nine months since the incident. The Royal Guard has been searching all over Equestria for the two lost ponies. Proven too smart for them, Twilight Sparkle always got away whenever they even got an idea to where she was. But, now they had her surrounded inside a cave somewhere in The Desert of Appaloosa. They finally caught up with her and this time she was not going to escape, both parties knew this.

Twilight was just waiting in the cave for any sign of the guard ready to apprehend her. She didn't have time to put up traps like before so getting away could be easier, so this time it was going to be her final stand. She was going to make sure that Cadance's colt didn't go to them, no, she would have both colts on to her last breath. Twilight felt her womb jiggle as she moved about, it had been eight months since she tricked Shining Armor to impregnate her. She could feel her little colt kicking inside of her stomach, it felt wonderful to have life inside.

Twilight trotted on to the cheap baby bed next to the wall to find Cadance's colt resting. Cadance's colt who had not a name was pink with blue streaks across his cute little mane and tail. His body was completely red and it made him look like a round cherry. Twilight turned off the magical light crystals that she stole so it would not give away her position in the cave. Twilight could only rest on her back until trouble arrived.

Twilight never really wanted all of this, she just wanted to be with her B.B.F.F.F. for all eternity. Finding out that her father was her brother may have been the worst or best thing to happen to Twilight after meeting her friends. All it ever was studying and solving Ponyville's problems, she never got what she truly wanted by doing what was right. Now, she is going to lose everything, her colt, Cadance's colt, everything.

Why did it have end like this?

Twilight shifted position on the uncomfortable rock she lied upon. She looked upon her big belly and felt another kick from her colt. She smiled gratefully at the feeling, it was really amazing to give life to a being. She always read it in her books and her studies about reproduction, but, it was nothing like the real thing. Twilight moved a hoof to feel her belly all the way down gently. Twilight after a while began to get sleepy since there was no sign of anypony entering the cave, so she thought it would be a good idea to maybe close her eyes for a few seconds. After a while she went deep to sleep and slept soundly on top of her nice rock.

The Royal Guard surrounded the entire cave entrance, they made sure to be diligent to their surroundings so they could finally catch this crazy mare. Shining Armor and his Second-in-Command were arguing diligently about the situation right outside the cave.

"Commander! At least allow a few of The Royal Guard to accompany you to this..."

"No! I have to do this alone. I am the only one who can talk some sense to her."

"No offense, sir! But, she stole your wife for months and could have done anything to her, It's not wise to..."

"Enough! I have to do this alone... I already have you all burdened with The Princesses and her friends."

"We forged those letters to the Princesses for a good reason! To keep you safe Commander! We can't just let you throw everything away just because of her."

"It wouldn't matter! How long are her friends going to believe that she is on a secret mission for The Goddesses? We could all get in to serious trouble for all of my problems!"

The Second-in-Command frowned at her Commander, she couldn't believe this crazy behavior.

"Please, Commander, Shining, Don't do this!"

"I don't have a choice, I must confront her alone."

"Shining.."

"If I don't return don't look for me."

Shining Armor trotted in to the cave by himself. He walked into the darkness, it's pitch-black scary to look at. Shining glowed his horn to illuminate more light and began to trot deeper inside. He continued past the tall rocks and dusty rock floor until he heard the whine of a colt. He followed the sound that came from the direction until he finally found a hidden ravine. He entered the ravine and got closer and closer until he was met with a magical missile right at his hoofs.

"Don't take a step closer!" screamed Twilight Sparkle. Her presence hidden in the darkness.

"Twilight it's me Shining."

"What do you want!?"

"I just wanted to tell you that, I love you the same way."

"What?"

"Thats right Twilight, I want you, the fact is I want to be with you."

"Your lying!"

"I'm sorry for not telling you before, but, I am ready to be with you."

"..."

"It's all one-hundred percent true! I went all alone just to have you!"

"..."

"Please Twilight, I want to please you like I did back at the Castle! Don't you remember?"

"You... You mean it?"

"Of course, Twily! Remember B.B.F.F.F. forever?."

First there was silence, then, Twilight emerged from the darkness, her horn glowing with energy. Shining Armor noticed her bulging belly and was instantly surprised by it.

"Y-y-y you're pregnant!"

"I am and it's yours Shining Armor."

"I, uh, am so happy!"

Shining Armor trotted up to Twilight Sparkle and gave her a kiss on the mouth. This broke all doubts from Twilight and she felt safe with her B.B.F.F.F..

"Oh, Shiny, I knew you would pull through for me!"

"Yes, so what happened? Wheres Princess Cadance?"

"Oh.. well.. she died..."

Shining Armor felt and adverse amount of rage and sadness deep in his core from the news, but, he did not show a single emotion from that revelation.

"How did she die, Twily?"

"Well.. she gave birth and she died from giving birth to your colt."

"Really? Can I see him?"

Twilight motioned Shining Armor to follow her until she showed him to the crib to see the slumbering colt before him. Shining looked at his colt and almost shed a tear before returning to his acting. He then turned around to see Twilight laying comfortably on the rock.

"Twilight... Did she die happy?"

"Well for a long time I tortured her until she became subservient to my will, then, when she was giving birth she had a heart attack and died in horrific pain." said Twilight Sparkle. Her body resting lazily on her rock. "So yeah she died in pain, but, that doesn't matter to you right my Shiny?"

"Of course not, Twily!" His soul burning with the fires of hell and hate. "She is just part of my past."

"Great! I can't wait to give you more beautiful foals and colts! Then, we can live down here forever! It'll be perfect!"

"That sounds perfect my love. Hey, I brought you something."

"What is it my shiny?"

Shining Armor took out a blue-berry muffin hidden in his armor. Twilight Sparkle's eyes grew hungry for the delectable meal, she hadn't eaten in so many hours and the colt was hungry as hell. Twilight took the muffin and shoved it up her mouth engorging it as fast as possible.

"Thank you, Shiny! I was absolutely starving! You really do love me."

"Twilight..."

"Yes, Shining Armor, anything!"

"I'm... Sorry."

"What do you mea.."

Twilight Sparkle then grasped her heart for their was definitely something wrong. Twilight felt pain through her heart and she was having trouble breathing. She then fell on to her back and began to cough aggressively. Twilight Sparkle could see her love walking away from her. Shining Armor was leaving her to die. Then, Twilight Sparkle felt her water break. Twilight for an agonizing hour gave birth with all her might to her colt sobbing at the loss of her love. At her final breath, she pushed the colt out of her vagina letting it cry as loud as possible. Then, Twilight Sparkle died with an expression of extreme sadness.

Shining Armor exited the cave his expression that of emotionless. All Shining Armor could feel was absolute dread. His entire existence had no worth to it. There was nothing he wanted anymore and everything was just pain now. The Royal Guard talked to him, but, he would not hear it, it was all just mumbling. Then, he smiled, a horrific smile, Then, he began to laugh hysterically before settling down. He glowed his horn and killed the entirety of the The Royal Guard. One by one, they died with their brains exploding and their hearts turned to juice. The entirety of the Royal Guard was mostly corpses and he was about to kill his Second-in-Command before he remembered her. Shining withheld his magic and saw her terrified beyond belief then he gave her one last order.

"I'll let you live, go get my kid, hes in the cave."

"Shining.. but, Why!?" her body shaking from the fear of death.

"I SAID NOW!!!"

The Second-in-Command ran in to the cave so she could follow that one last order. Her eyes were seeping with tears of fear and melancholy. She soon heard the cries of a new-born baby and followed the direction where the sound was coming from. With her horn outstretched, The Second-in-Command shined a light and found Twilight's dead body with her newborn colt lying next to her. She also heard a second colt from a few steps away inside a crib.

Theres two of them?

The Second-in-Command took the two colt's with her magic and held them close. She, then, escaped the cave and finally arrived outside to find Shining Armor had disappeared from sight. With no idea what to do, the Second-in-Command traveled to Canterlot taking care of the babies while on the train. She finally arrived to meet with some more of the Royal Guard that were posted at The Castle.

"What is your authorization to come and meet with..."

"GET ME THE FUCKING PRINCESSES RIGHT NOW!" screamed The Second-in-Command at her subordinate. She continued up to Canterlot Castle where she abruptly entered the chamber.

"What is the meaning of this!?" said Princess Celestia.

"I'm sorry Princess, but, I didn't have much of a choice." said One of The Guard.

The Second-in-Command ran hastily past the Guard and broke down tired and fell to the ground with the two colts in two bags that she bought at the local store. The colts squirmed in their bags sleeping soundly. The Second-in-Command breathed heavily for the amount of work she put herself through.

"Why have you intruded like this!?" said Princess Celestia.

"Boy, do I have a story for you." said The Second-in-Command.
