It didn't take long after the events of a Canterlot wedding for things to go to hell, the changelings have left Equestria to the pony's but leaving only few of there kind behind to fight for survival, only the changelings aren't the problem, the unicorns have gained enough knowledge of the Pegasus and earth pony's to begin a new slaver empire, the pegasi have started a war for power, and the earth pony's are fight a loosing battle, with the princesses having no real way of stopping this Equestria has fallen into a dark war.
but hope still remains through one pony… …no changeling, who plans on ending this war and bringing the races back under the rule of the princesses, but who will listen to a changeling?

P.P.S I was thinking for a bioshock infinite kinda affect to this.
