Lancer comes to Ponyville in search of Gilda, however gets mixed up in a war against Nightmare Moon.
(This is a complete retelling of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic)

The War Begins

*Now in Pony Village(Ponyville).*
???(Dragon): What did we do to deserve this?
???(Unicorn): Calm down Spike, everything will be alright.
Spike: I know Rarity, but, how did this all happen.
Rarity: I don't know, all we can do is try to fight Nightmare Moon.
Spike: How can we do that? We don't even have weapons.
Rarity: I have my magic. here take this.
*Hands Spike a sword*
Spike: Thanks, I think that we are now ready to defeat this thing.
*Suddenly, a familar unicorn arrives*
Spike: Twilight, have you figured out how we can defeat Nightmare Moon?
Twilight: We need a weapon called the Buster Sword, it was once used by the legendary demon warrior, Lanner.
Combined with the Elements of Harmony.
Lancer: Wait did you say Lanner.
*Lancer along with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy Arrive*
Twilight: Yes, are you his son?
Lancer: Yes.
Twilight: You must be Lancer.
Lancer: How do you know of me?
Twilight: I was sent a book about the Legendary Demon Warrior(Lanner) from Princess Celestia.
Lancer: Wait, Celestia sent you the book. She was the one that sent me a dream back when I was a child.
Lancer: It went like this:
"Celestia: Do you feel it. It feels like you’re trapped. You can’t escape. You’re in MY WORLD now. You were doomed from the start. But don’t lose hope. There may be a chance for you. You see, you are the son of a great demon warrior who saved the world at it’s time of need. What is your name.
Lancer: ….. Lancer.
Celestia: Oh, Lancer. You are indeed the son of the legendary demon warrior. Lancer, if you go in the right path, you and everyone will know will be led to true salvation. Now Lancer, you must wake up. Go, and discover yourself."
Twilight: Wait a moment, this happened back in the day right?
Lancer:Yes.
Twilight: I remember that Celestia was acting a little strange, like she was speaking to a ghost. This all happened during my magic training. But I can barely remember. And True Salvation, it means that you were meant to lead everyone to a good future. And if thats the case, you can help us defeat Nightmare Moon.
Lancer: How can I fight her, all I have is this sword from someone named Anne Smith.
Twilight: Wait, that's the Buster Sword, you can help us.
Lancer: Are you sure?
Twilight: Yes, you go help Spike and Rarity,and I'll find the Elements of Harmony and everyone else. Good Luck.
Rainbow Dash: Should we come too?
Twilight: Yes, I'll need help in finding the Elements and everyone else.
Rainbow Dash: Ok, lets go.
Fluttershy: Good luck Lancer, you're our only hope. And don't die. Please be safe. Don't get......
Twilight: Lets go Fluttershy!
*Twilight and other left.*
Lancer: (How did I get drawn into this)

Spike and Rarity and Lancer vs. Nightmare Moon

Now we are at the fight against Nightmare Moon.
Spike: What should we do Lancer?
Lancer: Ok, first we need to have a shield up, Rarity, can you supply us with a couple magic shields?
Rarity: Sure, all-through I've never cast a shield before, I mainly use my magic to make dresses.
Lancer: (Oh Brother)
Rarity: But I can try.
*Rarity's horn began to glow as she yelled*
Rarity: Shield Power!!!!
*Lancer and friends were protected by a magic barrier*
Lancer: Good work Rarity.
Rarity: Thanks.
Lancer: Now we shall begin!
*Lancer and friends began to fight Nightmare Moon*
Lancer: I shall not lose!
*He said this as he struck Nightmare Moon with his sword, but is was in vein as she snuck up on him and punched him in the chest, Lancer screamed in pain*
Lancer: GGGGGAAAAAAHHHH, DAWN IT.
Spike and Rarity: Lancer Are you ok?
Lancer: Yeah, I'm fine.
Spike: Twilight should be here with the others. All we need to do is weaken Nightmare Moon.
Lancer: But how she's impossible to defeat.
???: Lancer don't doubt yourself.
Lancer: Who said that?
???: Don't you remember, it's me The Princess of the Sun, Celestia.
Lancer: Wait a minute, this is what you meant, it's really up to me.
Celestia: I forgot to mention. You are one of the Elements Of Harmony, the Element of Bravery.
Lancer: What!
Celestia: Don't be scared, you were chosen to fulfill your father's destiny, you are the son of Lanner, Lancer, come forth with great power!
Lancer: Wait a minute, I see Twilight, she has them. The Elements of Harmony, and everybody else.
Celestia: Go forth with one fateful slash, to be enough to weaken Nightmare Moon.
*Lancer slashed with all his might, and eventually Nightmare Moon fell*
Twilight: We did it, now the Elements of Harmony, before she recovers. This includes you too Lancer, catch.
*Twilight threw the Element of Bravery towards Lancer, and he successfully catches it. A bright light shed from the elements as Nightmare Moon fell, and revealed The Princess of the Moon, Luna. The eternal night fell with Celestia's Sun shining it's brightest*

Nightmare Moon was revealed to be a corrupted Princess Luna. After everyone successfully defeated Nightmare Moon and returned Luna back to her normal self, everyone talked at great lengths about everything that has happened.

It’s has already been a few years since Lancer ran away, everyone of Lancer friends (except Fluttershy because she drop out, on account of the fact that she never came to her classes after the Lancer Incident) has graduated. Lancer sets out for Pony Village (Ponyville)
Lancer: I haven’t been here in years. I wonder if I can find my friends.
*Suddenly a voice came from behind Lancer*
Voice: Lancer, is that you, it’s been so long.
*Lancer turns around, and finds that it is Fluttershy.*
Lancer: (Wow how she has grown). Hello Fluttershy, long time no see.
Fluttershy: It’s really you Lancer. I got worried. But that was nothing compared to how worried Rainbow Dash and Gilda were.
Lancer: By the way how are they?
Fluttershy: Rainbow Dash is doing well, she’s somewhere.
Lancer: And Gilda?
Fluttershy: Oh, there is something that I should tell you, after you left, Gilda turned into a punk. She started to bully everyone saying. “IT’S YOUR FAULT LANCER RAN AWAY!” She got expelled twice, but was able to graduate none the less.
Lancer: Wait, Gilda turn punk because I ran away.
Fluttershy: She must have missed you the most. After her outburst, me and Rainbow Dash broke up our friendship with her. And Rainbow Dash doesn’t want anything to do with any griffon now. However she only cares for one griffon, you Lancer. Let’s go see her.
*They both arrive at Rainbow Dash’s new home*
Rainbow Dash: Yo, who are yuh.
Lancer: (Wow Rainbow Dash’s speech has changed) Don’t you remember me, I’m Lancer.
Rainbow Dash: Yo don look like him, prove it.
*Lancer removes the bandages off the left side of his face*
Rainbow Dash: … No way, it can’t be, Lancer how I thought you were dead. You survived.
Lancer: Yes, that Garble guy didn’t cause that fatal of a blow. Strange, Fluttershy was the only one to recognize me first.
Rainbow Dash: Yeah, strange.
Lancer: What happened to Gilda?
Rainbow Dash: She became too much of a jerk for us to be her friend, i can call her.
Lancer: Sure.
*Rainbow Dash grabs the phone and calls Gilda*
Gilda on phone: Yeah.
Rainbow Dash: Hey Gilda.
Gilda on phone: Oh hey. whats up.
Rainbow Dash: Someone wants to talk to you.
Gilda on phone: Who?
*Rainbow Dash gives the phone to Lancer*
Lancer: Hello Gilda, long time no see or talk.
Gilda on Phone: What is that, Lancer!!! That can't be! I heard he died.
Lancer: It's really me.
Gilda on phone: Lancer, it's really you, how are you.
Lancer: Why not come over. I'm in Rainbow Dash's house right now.
Gilda on phone: Ok i'll be right there.
Lancer: (I can't wait to see Gilda Again, I wonder how she looks nowadays.)
*Suddenly it turned dark*
Lancer: What the hell happened.
Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash: Oh no! We gotta go.
Lancer: Wait where are you going?
