//-------------------------------------------------------// Hide and seek, my little ponies. -by Shokyoku- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Introduction - Celestia's prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// Introduction - Celestia's prologue If I have been counting correctly, it has been only 14 years since I crowned Twilight Sparkle a princess. Since then there have been protests and uproars, they ask: "Why can't we be have more power if she, once a normal unicorn can?". We have been feeling trapped inside our castle as the large groups of ponies crowd around all the exits and windows, all of them screaming and shouting as us, not getting a moments rest until they get in. Why not use our magic? Even my magic is unable to overpower the thousands of ponies out there, well, there is no harmless spell that could overpower them. Besides, our magic is already occupied keeping the doors and windows closed. Twilight, of course, has been feeling guilty for all this and insisting I reverse the changes I made to her to stop all this, but she is worthy of being a princess, even without wings she is able to perform magic that no unicorn in Equestria has done before. How could I possibly take away her princesshood when it's her destiny and what she really is inside? It would be like taking a filly away from her mother. Since we have been trapped inside our gloomy castle, Luna and I have been speaking a lot more. She has told me about all her wonderful experiences and how she has made so many friends. Her stories of happiness make me smile. "Sister," Luna spoke loudly, "I can't let this go on." I gave her a blank look. What did she mean? She sighed and continued, "I'm going out. I will try to reason with them." My eyes widened and I gasped, too shocked to force any words out or any movement to stop her. She was already galloping towards the door, her horn slowly stopped glowing and so did the glow around the door. "Ah!" I jolted, knowing what she was up against was too much, but before I could stop them, the thousands of ponies, chanting and cheering burst in. My wings acted automatically, I flew up towards the roof, watching the angry ponies pour in from the doors, feeling my stomach jump to my mouth like I was going to puke all the guilt out. "No, Luna, move!" I screamed, now watching her get taken away by the tsunami. Before she was pulled under, I caught a glimpse of her face. She had her eyes closed and she was smiling softly. The stampeded dragged her under and trampled on her body, the whole lot of them, and I just watched in horror. It all seemed like a blur after that, all I felt was the salty liquid forming rivers down my face. "N.. NO!" I cried and my voice echoed. I looked down to the mostly empty hall, the once polished floor was covered in dust and hoof marks, and there, in the center, lay my sister in a small pool of blood. She was battered and bruised all over and was no longer wearing that smile. Her legs and spine looked broken. Her light blue mane and dark coat were tattered. Her crown was shattered and her neck piece ripped. I had lost my sister to lower ponies. The rage inside be began to grow as I landed on the floor, further examining my sister's corpse. My tears created small, clean looking areas on the floor as they hit it. My turn. My horn glowed and developed in to a blinding light, I darted my eyes all around the room while flames followed my gaze. The walls began to crumble as I slowly exited the castle and listened to it crash down, hopefully on top of those who crashed the place before. "I'm sorry Twilight, Cadence, maybe those innocent ponies who didn't deserve to die." I whispered to myself. Aiming my horn at a large piece of flat land, I shot a beam which quickly made a large wall form all around it, a small hole for an entry door at the bottom. "Yes. It is my turn." //-------------------------------------------------------// Beginning summary //-------------------------------------------------------// Beginning summary Although she was a wise alicorn, Celestia had never learned to accept changes like the loss of the closest person to her. She had to get back for it until she was satisfied or stopped. She would not lower the moon, she would not do her sister's job until it was all over. She stood on top of one of the walls she had created and using her now evil magic, she summoned every pony from around Equestria, even the spirits of the Elements of Harmony. Each one of them was teleported inside the dome against their will and their magic and flying abilities were stripped. She was using Discord's technique, only they had no chance of defeating Celestia. They were trapped. "Hush, commons." Celestia's voice beamed down. "As you may know, there has been riots around Canterlot about Princess Twilight Sparkle." She began to pace up and down the wall before continuing. "She is dead, buried deep under my fallen castle along with my sister, Princess Cadence, the stampede of rebels and.. My sister.." She looked down and watched as all the ponies gasped, Shining Armor with a great look of horror on his face, and of course, the Elements of Harmony, already losing their minds at what they just heard. "You are all here so I can become satisfied and get my revenge. If it wasn't for ordinary little ponies like you, my sister and the others would still be alive!" Rainbow Dash stepped forward and spoke, "So that means you're going to kill us?" She looked furious when Celestia chuckled and nodded. "You can't do this! It wasn't our fault! Give me back my wings!" Celestia looked down, her eyes burning, "Oh, I can't do that. You'd leave my little arena I built for you." She lowered her head, "'None of you will escape alive. Whether you want to survive longer or die first, that's up to you, but I will get around to you sooner or later." As soon as Celestia signaled the ponies to leave, they began to gallop in to the forest and hope for a miracle.
