Behemoth, a recently promoted Sergeant in the Royal Celestial Guard, is sent to administrate and over see the annual evaluations of the Wonderbolt Corps. His interaction with one of the newest additions to the Corps is a welcome respite from the endless bureaucratic drudgery.
