The Bearer of the Sword
The stay
Previous Chapter"Where have I heard about you?" I said to Trixie.
"Oh, you might have known me for my amazing tricks back in the day." She remarked. "I was once a show traveler and a master at the arts of magic. I preformed for hundreds of ponies in every city I went!" Trixie walked to the kitchen and got a water bottle. She threw it at me, and I caught it with my wing.
"Could you get me out of these chairs?" I pleaded Trixie.
"Oh, right. That." Trixie used her horn to cut the ropes. She opened the cap for me, because you can't open a bottle with hooves. It's just impossible.
"So, what next?"
"We were going to get out of here, but the changelings are on full guard."
"Are we going to sneak out?" I asked.
"No. Too dangerous. Even a Great and Powerful spy like me would get caught."
"So, what are we going to do?"
"Looks like you'll be staying here for the night." Trixie sighed. She turned around to make me not see her face. I guess she was probably blushing at the fact that a stallion is staying over. Since she was a famous, I thought she would have slept with a couple of stallions. I guessed she didn't.
"Well, I need a blanket and pillow if I'm going to sleep on the couch." I said.
"Oh, yeah. The couch." Trixie said, embarrassed. Trixie got the pillow and the blanket and made it up. "Now, go to sleep. You need enough energy to either die or live." Trixie walked into her room and went to bed. I got inside the covers in the couch and went to sleep.
