A thousand years ago Nightmare Moon was banished from Equestria to the Badlands; a unforgiving place where Changelings terrorize ponies and where crime roams without law. Today she seeks her revenge on her sister Celestia only there is one problem. When Nightmare Moon was banished the Elements of Harmony cast a protective barrier to prevent Nightmare Moon's return. This barrier however is invisible to the eyes of ponies and because of this many ponies believe Nightmare Moon is nothing but a legend, a tale used to scare little fillies and colts but sadly this legend is far from fake.

Nightmare Moon plans to return to Equestria and with it she will bring Eternal Night and nightmares to all of her treasonous subjects who turned their back on her night that millennium ago and blindly followed the path of the sun. She will have her eternal night, no matter who she must go through and who she must destroy.


(Note: This is a Alternate Universe story and will have a lot of modifications to some characters. Later within this story will be blood and horror elements since this story will involve dark magic and cases of violence).
