343 Guilty Spark visits Equestria

While partying 343 Guilty Spark have tried many activities, he failed at Pin The Tail On The Pony because he was blindfolded, so he cannot use his beams, he beat Twilight Sparkle in a pop quiz and all sort of crazy events when suddenly, the door opened revealing a white alicorn- Princess Celestia with another alicorn, Princess Luna.

"Ah, 343 Guilty Spark," said a happy Princess Celestia, "It appears that most of my meetings have been cancelled, giving me enough time to ask you questions."

"Gladly!" Sparky loved answering questions, "What is it you need?"

Rainbow Dash immediately interrupted "What the hay are you and why are you here!" She shouted.

The Princesses frowned at Rainbow Dash's sudden outburst, however Sparky did not care.

"I am a monitor, an artificial intelligence made by the Forerunners, I was made to contain the Flood, a highly dangerous parasite, and to fire my rings once they get freed." He answered. Princess Celestia was creeped by the mention of the Flood, she asked Sparky another question, "What were you doing before you ended up her." 343 Guilty Spark looked at her, before he spoke, the others interested at his story.

"Defending The Ark"

//Flashback....

Sergeant Johnson walked up to the Index Control Panel, 343 Guilty Spark floating behind him.

"Oh hello, wonderful news, the installation is almost complete!" He announced to Johnson.

"Yeah, great news." Johnson said sarcastically.

"Yes, isn't it?" Said 343 Guilty Spark "I just began my simulation, no promises, but the installation should fire in just a few more days."

Johnson turned to Sparky and said "We don't have a few more days!"

343 Guilty Spark immediately hesitated. "But, but but... A premature firing will destroy the Ark!

"Wo cares" growled the human.

"You will then destroy this installation..."

Suddenly reached full-state rampancy, 343 Guilty Spark turned to Johson, firing a powerful red beam at him, before screaming.

"Unacceptable! Unacceptable! Absolutely unacceptable!" he then turned to a charging John-117, Sparky immediately fired the same beam at the 7 foot tall human, knocking him atleast 15 feet away. He then stung the Arbiter with a weaker beam, strong enough to paralyse him.

"Protocol dictates action, I see now helping you was wrong!" he yelled at the limping spartan, he then calmed down for a while, "You are the child of my makers, a inheritor of all left behind, you are Forerunner, but this ring...is mine!"

He flew up very high and fired a beam continuously at Master Chief, filled with rage and anger, he summoned a force field to protect him from all the weak attacks the spartan threw at him. "You do not deserve this ring!" 343 Guilty Spark declared, "I kept it safe, it is mine!"

A weak voice came out from behind the monitor, it was Johnson, "Not... For long!" He groaned before firing a shot from his Spartan Lazer. 343 Guilty Spark was immediately angered by the dying human. "My eye!" he shouted "You mean blind me?". He prepared to prepare another beam, but Johnson gave Master Chief his Spartan Lazer, the spartan turned to the monitor and shot him.

"Do you not want your inheritance, reclaimer?" Muttered the weakened monitor, who quickly prepared another beam and fired, nearly killing Master Chief. The spartan wanted to end it, aimed at the monitor and fired the last shot, blowing it up. Little did anyone know, the monitor was caught in a slipspace rupture.

The ponies were amazed at the monitors story, it was hard to believe such a peaceful machine can be violent. They did not expect such a story.

The princesses could not handle it, "We will ask you more questions tomorrow." They said, before walking away.
