Rainbow dash's POV

"Pinkie Pie, how were you prepared for this and how did you get the guns?" I asked.

"Well one day I thought 'hmm what if another country decides to invade equestria or aliens come to enslave us. I should prepare.' As for the guns let's just say I have friends in high places." she replied.

"Oookay." I said awkwardly.

After that it was silent for a while. I decided to break it.

"So Rarity, planning on going out with anyone after this is all over?" I asked.

Her face turned the brightest shade of red possible.

"Umm. Yes?" she said slowly and glancing at AJ.

"With who?"

"AJ." she said looking down.

"Really?"

"Yes." replied Applejack.

"I knew you two would make a cute couple."

"Less talk more walk." interrupted Pinkie Pie with a very cold look on her face.

'What's her problem?' I thought.

Twilight Sparkle's POV

we were playing poker. I found some cash and some playing cards in the cabin of the ship. So we brought a crate and some chairs out and started playing. I was winning with $25. Spike had $15. Fluttershy had $7. and Discord had $2. Fluttershy and Spike were tied with full houses with 2 kings and 3 aces.

"Straight Jack high" I said laying down my hand.

"Damn." said Spike.

"You beat me." said Fluttershy in a quiet voice.

"Good but not good enough." said Discord.

I looked over and saw a royal flush.

"Damn you Discord." I said while he took the pot.

He was now at $52.

I then heard a growl. Judging from the looks of the others they probably heard it too.

"What was that?" whispered Fluttershy.

We all got up and grabbed our weapons.

"Discord you and Fluttershy check the other end of the ship." I said.

After they went away me and spike searched our half of the ship.

Pinkie Pie's POV

"We're almost there." I said.

"Pinkie Pie what's wrong?" asked RD.

"Nothing." I said sternly.

We heard growling. We stopped. I signaled the others.

–RD take Rarity to a roof for sniping and stay with her. AJ you're with me.–

We got into position. Me and AJ went towards the gas station. I found some tanks and filled them. We strapped them to our backs and went back to were we were. When we were almost there what we saw was unexpected. There was a tank that was twice the size of a regular one. And RD was fighting it.

"Shit." I mumbled not wanting to attract the tanks attention.

Fluttershy's POV

I was scared. Like the worst thing you can imagine multiplied by 10,000,000,000,000 (A/N:10 trillion for those who didn't know) scared. Me and Discord were back to back.

"A-are you sc-scared?" I asked.

"Yes." he answered.

"What's the plan?"

"Stay together."

"Good plan."

He chuckled. Then something happened I didn't know what but all I knew was that I was on the ground and my guns were about 5 feet away. When I looked up I saw a hooded creature.

'This must be a hunter' I thought as I struggled to get away.

It hissed at me. Its face a mere few inches from mine. I heard a gun cock.

Applejack's POV

"Do you have a plan?" asked Pinkie Pie.

"Yeah, blow his brains off." I said cocking my guns.

Me and Pinkie Pie were hiding behind a wall. Away from the huge tank.

"That's a stupid plan!" she whispered loudly.

"You got a better one?" I asked in a loud whisper.

The wall in front of us broke in its place was a heavily breathing Rainbow Dash. We stared at her shocked.

"What are you staring at?" she snapped, "Aren't you going to help me?"

Pinkie Pie cocked her M1-Grand and took aim at the incoming tank.

BOOM!

The tank fell down to the ground.

CRASH!

"W-was that you Pinkie?" asked an amazed Rainbow Dash.

"I hope not." said the sweetest voice to my ears.

We looked around at the dust to see a womanly figure through the dust. She had a big gun with her.

"R-rarity is that you?" I asked.

The woman walked through the dust.

"I hope so." she said.

It was Rarity.

"R-rarity!? I-I thought you d-died." said RD.

"DIED!?" yelled me and Pinkie Pie.

"Well I guess we'll have to explain." said RD.

FLASHBACK

~ We did as you told us Pinkie and found an awesome viewpoint so we could watch your back.~

"This is the best place to be for sniping it's at least 20% cooler than all the other places." said RD.

They were on an balcony in an apartment complex near the gas station.

"Ugh it's so dirty though." rarity said.

Rainbow dash moaned.

"Is not getting dirty all you care about? OK whenever your in a situation like this think 'what would applejack do?' OK." said RD.

"Fine." replied rarity.

~But while we were arguing that big tank was coming towards us. it wasn't until we stopped that we did but it was too late.~

"GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUU UUGH" the tank growled.

The tank smashed the room under the two girls making them fall. Rainbow Dash opened her wings but was too late to save Rarity.

~That's when I thought she died. I then proceeded to attack the monster tank.~

Rainbow was firing her M4-carbine at the tank when out of the corner of her eye she thought she saw Pinkie Pie and Applejack, but when she looked she saw nothing. The tank then hit her, making her fly through the air and into the wall.

~That's when I saw you two and you know the rest.~

END FLASHBACK

"Okay that answers what happened but it still doesn't explain how yah survived Rarity?" I said.

"Oh that was easy darling. You see I just cast a protection spell around me while I was falling." answered Rarity.

"Oh okay then."

"If you don't mind I would like to get back to the ship please." said Pinkie Pie impatiently.

"OK, OK." we said.

We immediately set off for the boat unknown to us at the time the others were in a bit of a pickle.
